I read a few books from this author and this one has been the best so far. This is the last book of the Shattered Heart series. My favorite genre is second chance romance and it exceeded all my expectations. I was so excited when this book came out I started it immediately. It only took
me a few hours to devour this incredible book.
Kris and Chase has been friends for a long time. They did everything together. One night they take their relationship to the next level. They have an unforgettable night together. Chase gets a job that makes him leave Kris’s life but she knows he will be back. It is now eight years later and Kris is finally ready to move on from Chase. She is happy with her new life. Kris is in complete shock when she hears that Chase is back. She still has deep feelings for him but is he the same man she onced loved?
I absolutely loved this book. This storyline has it all romance, mystery, and some suspense. You can’t help but to fall in love with these characters. Kris is a beautiful woman that is very independent. She has some walls up due to her past. Chase is a good guy deep down inside. He will do anything to see Kris happy. These characters have some steamy scenes that will make your temperature rise. This talented author will have you at the edge of your seat until the end. I can’t wait to see what this author will write next.

What an unbelievable ending to this fantastic series! This is book 3 in the Shattered Hearts series and you must read them in order. Each book takes you on an incredible journey through the lives of these people. This final book tore me apart more times than I can count but I came out in the end all put back together again! This author truly knows how to pull every possible emotion out of her readers.
This is ultimately Kris and Chase’s story but all of your favorite characters from the first two books come out to play. I was so involved in the lives of these people. I felt like I was right there with them through everything they were going through. I laughed with them, cried with them, wanted to be there to protect them and help them work through their issues. While I can’t go into details without giving anything away, I will say that this book definitely keeps you turning the pages and won’t let you put it down until the very end. If you try to put it down, it will just drive you crazy because you absolutely have to find out what happens next! There were so many times I wanted to call the author and yell at her! (It’s probably a good thing I don’t have her number!) LOL! I couldn’t quite understand how she could possibly do this to me! But every time I was ready to start screaming and throwing things, she pulled me back from the edge. Just when you think you have it all figured out, it all changes. This story is full of drama and suspense, and plenty of romance and sexual tension that is off the charts hot!
I highly recommend this book and this series. Just be prepared for intense emotional overload! You will fall in love with 90% these characters and feel and see everything through their eyes. You will absolutely hate the other 10%! At least I did! There are still some lingering questions in my mind that I’m going to have to let go of. I would recommend you grab a bunch of friends and start a book club and read this series together so you can discuss it as you go along! Trust me you’ll want someone to rant to! 5 stars. Excellent work! I’m looking forward to more from this author!

I'm not completely sure why I was so confused at the beginning of Collision, and stayed that way for a cool minute, since I've read the previous books in the Shattered Hearts series, but I was. I don't know, maybe it was too much information, too quickly, but it is what it is. This is Kris & Chase's story, and it was quite the emotional one once I got over my confusion. They had been friends for forever, and just when they took it out of the friend zone, and spent a super hot night together, he gets a job that he has to be travel for on the DL, but what she didn't realize is that he wouldn't be back for 8 years with no communication. So, Kris started to move on finally, then Chase came back, and now he wanted to explore what they had, but she's not having any of it, and frankly, I didn't blame her at all. In fact, I'm not sure that I would have ever forgiven him, since 8 years is a LONG time to be away with no word, no matter how potent the chemistry is. On top of all this angst, there is a suspenseful undertone, with danger stalking, well, someone and/or someones, and I can't tell you who, because it could be spoiler douchery. It definitely kept me on the edge of my seat with all the twists & turns that had the f-bombs twisting & turning as they were dropped loudly. Plus, an added bonus is that some of the characters from the previous books were present for the ride along. So if you want to know how it all pans out, you know one clicking is up next! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Collision is the third and final book in the Shattered Hearts Series by Nicole Banks. This story has been a while in the making, and I am so happy to say that it was definitely worth the wait. Even though I loved the other two books, Ms. Banks saved the best till last with this one, as this is my favourite of the series.
It’s a fantastic second chances story with emotion, obstacles, danger, suspense, chemistry, drama, angst, family, and romance. I waited so long to finally get my hands on this book, so I was really excited to get to finally dive in. The story held my attention from beginning to end, and I was so immersed in it all that I read it in one sitting. “Collision” has been quite a bittersweet experience, because on one hand I have been wanting to read this story for a while now and then finally got to dive into it and found it was everything I could have hoped for and more- but then in the back of my mind I know it’s also the final book in the series and that’s a little bit sad.

The story Collision (Shattered Hearts Book 3) by Nicole Banks is a romantic suspense book. It is a story that draws you in and doesn’t let you go until the final page. It is the third book in a series that I have loved reading since the first story. I loved reading Kris’s story and of the one that has been gone for eight years. Kris is a woman who is strong, intelligent, and independent. She has learned to mourn the loss she felt when he left and move on. He is back. So are all the feelings that she had for him. He left her without a goodbye. That is a regret that he has always had. Now he is back and wants to reclaim what is his. Will Kris give him another chance? What does the future hold for him and Kris? Read this book to find out. This is a story that is emotional and had my emotions going up and down the entire time. It is also a book that is suspenseful and had me on the edge of my seat wondering what was going to happen next. Many of the characters that are in this story are familiar as they have been brought forward from the first two books. I enjoyed reading about the interactions between them and Kris. Don’t miss out on an amazing story that you will not be able to put down until you finish it. I highly recommend reading it. I would suggest reading the books in order so that you will fully understand all situations that are going on.

Collision (Shattered Hearts Book 3) by Nicole Banks was a pretty interesting read that kept me engaged, and flipping the pages.
This book was by far the better out of the three. I like these two from the other two books, and frankly, I liked their storyline better. Mainly because I felt they were better developed characters. So when I seen they got their own story I was all for it. Needless to say, I was impressed, hooked and fall hard for this redeeming third book, in this okay series. Maybe because the author was more mature when it was written, as it was started at the start of the book. You can tell there is a different tone a written style. The overall story was well put together, from the opening, to the reuniting, to the danger and the thick chemistry. I loved how Chase had to fight he way back in, and the way Kris wasn't having any of his excuses. I was one her side, even though I was rooting for them the whole time. It was a wonderful, reconnecting second chance romance, that was heavy on the feels, and heart pounding suspense.
I have to say this book is worth your time, it can be read as a standalone, but it you want their full backstory and the building romance, then I do suggest the other two books. They're good reads as well, and this whole series gets my super high recommendation and my golden stamp of approval

Chase and Kris have always had a back and forth type of relationship which you see quite a bit of in the first two books. Chase is convinced nothing can happen between them but gets insanely jealous and claims Kris as his if she even shows attention to someone else remind her she is his. Chase has to leave because of a deal he made to help Angel. He doesn’t want to leave Kris but it’s something he has to do. Usually he comes back but this time he chose not to look back. Kris couldn’t believe he left the way he did and now has been gone for eight years so she did what she had to do and moved on the best she could. What she wasn’t expecting, the day of her brothers wedding was to see Chase again after so long. Kris wants nothing to do with him and Chase just wants to win her back. Will they work through their issues or will Kris be unable to forgive him for everything?
This book was a great ending to the series. I had wanted to see more of their relationship and couldn’t wait to read this book. There’s also a lot of underlying suspense in the book that keeps you on the edge of your seat wondering what is going to happen. I loved this book and series!

Nicole Banks has found her way onto my oneclick, read anything, reread everything favorites list.
I loved this series and it is not possible to pick a favorite of the 3. I love them all but I think I'm kinda partial to Kris, I've loved her throughout and was so so glad this book was her story.
Ok so the story itself had me all twisted up, every emotion known to man was felt while reading this book. Im one of those that tries to figure things out as I go and once again I realize how bad I am at that, this author pulled the rug out from under me constantly and had me so invested in these people..All of them as it felt like one continuous story broke up into 3 parts, which is why I don't recommend reading this as a standalone. Grab all 3 of them and make some time because your going to need it.
Reading this series has made me fall in love with multiple POV’s. It is done so well and I truly enjoy that.
I can't recommend this book, this series, and especially this author enough!!

Collision is book three in the Shattered Hearts Series and needs to be read in order because Kris and Chase’s love story starts in the first book and continues to slowly burn and grow through-out all the books. Kris and Chase start out as friends. Their “relationship” is hard to describe in the fact that they don’t have one. They both want to be with the other but there is always someone or something standing in their way.

I enjoyed reading Collision. Banks writes a good story that keeps the reader engaged and wonder what could possibly hold them back now! This story has many secrets and twists with characters that don’t want to be vulnerable to each other but at the same time characters who can’t live without the other. I recommend this series and look forward to reading more from Banks.

Collision (Shattered Hearts Book 3) by Nicole Banks. This is the 3rd and final book in the Shattered Hearts Series. Its just as good as the others. This is a very emotional read with danger, mystery, suspense, and romance all in one book. This is probably my favorite of the 3. This is the story of Chase & Kris who hooked up 8 years ago and she never heard from him again. She was left hurt and felt betrayed by him. It seemed like Kris had just decided to move on when Chase shows back up. Chase wants to pick back up where they left off but Kris isn't so sure. She didn't know the reason he left was for work and that he would be gone for 8 years. There is also another part of the story which is so suspenseful that you will be on the edge of your seats but I can't tell you much or I will ruin it for you. Just trust me and read this wonderful book. It's amazing!

This book does not disappoint after waiting for so long to hear this tale. The really sad thing is that about halfway through reading I became saddened that it was the end. This is a series that I just couldn’t put down. The drama and suspense kept me on the edge of my seat and always wanting more. The writing style is amazing and Nicole Banks has truly grown as a storyteller, maturing from book 1 until this conclusion.
I highly recommend that you get this book and the others in the series. They don’t disappoint.

Knowing this was the book coming next I couldn’t wait to get my hands on it. We are introduced to Kris and Chase briefly in the previous books and I just knew how explosive their chemistry was going to be. I couldn’t wait for their story to unfold.

Collision (Shattered Hearts Book 3) By Nicole Banks. Now let me say that the first two books made me fall for every single character in this series, I was a little worried on how I’d feel about this one not being focused on the previous main characters. But I honestly worried for no reason. This author does a wonderful job of writing a story that very much involves all the characters. I highly recommend reading these in order. Kris and Chase definitely captured my heart and wouldn’t let go. I love the writing style of different POV it gives such a rounded view on everything going on. If you want a series where you connect with just about every character this is it! Five stars all the way!

Eight years ago after a wonderful night together Chase left the bed of Kris with just a note no text nothing. Fast forward eight years and Damian and Kris are friends with benefits, but at the wedding of Kris brother Angel and Em Chases sister, he turns up to give the bride away and to stake his claim on Kris; he has now left his undercover world behind and is ready to have the life he had always wanted with Kris.
Unfortunately Chase and his old crew were very popular and someone has leaked documents with there were about and they are many bounties on there heads, one person Mercedes in partially wants Chase and his family and friends dead and she will stop at nothing to have this happen!

This is the third book in this series, I loved it just as much as the previous two. I highly suggest reading this series from the beginning to help enrich your enjoyment. Once again, this author pulled me right into the story and turning pages fast. In this story, he has been gone for eight years giving her no reason. Now that he is back, he is ready to claim her. But will it be that easy? Their story is an emotional roller coaster ride that will keep you reading until the end. A must read.

Collision (Shattered Hearts Book 3) by Nicole Banks is the third book in the Shattered Hearts Series and I highly recommend reading this series in order to help you better understand what is happening. Holy Cow ,I literally couldn’t turn the pages fast enough I had to know what happens next I felt like I was glued to my seat and unable to move until I finished. Get ready to be taken on one heck of a emotional rollercoaster ride in this must read. I can’t wait to read more from this Author.

Collision (Shattered Hearts Book 3) by Nicole Banks is the third book in the Shattered Hearts Series and I highly recommend reading this series in order to help you better understand what is happening. Holy Cow ,I literally couldn’t turn the pages fast enough I had to know what happens next I felt like I was glued to my seat and unable to move until I finished. Get ready to be taken on one heck of a emotional rollercoaster ride in this must read. I can’t wait to read more from this Author.

I loved every page. Banks has captivated with this series and latest installment. Another treasure and emotional rollercoaster, I found myself diving in head first and holding on to my seat as the story took off. These characters are completely spellbinding. I loved watching the interaction between the two MC and appreciated the level of angst we felt throughout. Well written. Very good book. Highly recommended.

I've been waiting to read this book until I had the quiet time to focus. I knew this book would be explosive and what's been building in the background in previous books and boy was it.
I felt everything on this book, and I was rooting so hard and I can say I yelled finally a couple times.
I'm not giving much away but what would you do if after 8 years your should have been comes back into the picture after radio silence?

This is the 3rd book in this awesome series, and this is Kris and Chases’ story. Chase disappeared 8 years previously without a word to Kris, and he has now returned for his sisters’ wedding, and to claim back his girl. It is wonderful to catch up with the characters from previous stories. This is a well written story which is an emotional roller coaster journey throughout. I was intrigued and hooked throughout, and recommend for all.

The second I finished Into Pieces I picked up Collision and didn’t put it down until I finished the book. This book has everything...angst, passion, regret, heartache, deception, forgiveness, steaminess, twist and turns, anger... it rounded out the perfect hurricane of our heroine.
I loved how it incorporated all the characters we’ve come to love. You are left hanging until the end wondering about the heartache they all endured and find out who will get their HEA.

I could not wait for this book. Kris and Chase did not disappoint in their second chance, chemistry filled love story. We never forget our first and this book was amazing.

I have been waiting for this book and boy it didn't disappoint. Nicole Banks know how to take you on an emotional rollercoaster. While reading this book had me fighting with and for the characters. Not only are we getting to Chase and Kris's story but we get some of the other characters that we have loved and hated. This book has definitely given me closure but also it has made me want more. Great job!!

It is the final book in the series and the book I’ve been highly anticipating for YEARS. I would highly recommend you read Shattered and Into Pieces to understand Collision. It can be read as standalone but to fully understand the story, I recommend reading the previous books.
The Story
Collision much like Shattered and Into Pieces are written in multiple POVs. It is my personal favorite thing about Nicole’s writing. I love that she gives us a chance to glimpse into the mind of all the characters and put the story together. Collision is mainly Chase and Kris’s story; it was one that began in the previous books and now we finally get them front and center. Collision takes place about 8 years after Into Pieces. It does include some flashbacks so it wouldn’t be that hard to understand the story. Having read most of Nicole’s books, I never know what to expect when it comes to her writing. I personally was a little afraid for my babies because she could total hurt them. But what I loved most about Collision is the maturity of the characters, it was what really pulled me into the story and made me want to protect them all.
The Characters
Kris has always been a favorite of mine. She’s a bit of a firecracker and she’s short (like me) with a temper that’s even shorter (like me). I loved how selfless she was, how she was worried about her family. She’s not afraid to put her life on the line if need be, she also puts herself out there. I really loved her.
Chase has always been a bit of a mystery and after reading Collision, I still feel like he is still a bit of a mystery. I did love how selfless he was and how he wasn’t afraid to go after Kris even after all that time.
The Romance
Kris and Chase have had a slow burn romance building. They have been playing this game of cat and mouse but never being on the same page. I also enjoyed the sexual tension mixed with hate that Kris and Chase had. It made you want them together but also wanted Kris to go ahead and punch Chase because let’s be honest, he deserved it. I was rooting for them and honestly, I think the story could have gone either way – they could’ve ended up together or they could have not ended up together and I would’ve been okay. And it’s really hard for me to be okay with that kind of stuff.
Overall
Seeing the end of the Shattered Hearts series was really bittersweet. I didn’t want to let some of my first ever indie series go. I wasn’t ready. However, I was pretty content with how the series ended because Nicole definitely left room for novellas or spin offs if she ever decides to go back to the world. If you love a book that features multiple POVs, has suspense and romance, I would highly recommend The Shattered Hearts series.

I enjoyed this book a whole lot. The wild ride that is the story of Chase and Kris will have yelling at Nicole Banks, ready to choke some characters and all while enjoying the story 😂😂😂😂.
One of the things that will stand out, is the way Nicole gives you the perspective of so many characters. With doing so she's going to have a grip on your mind.
This book is the perfect combination of a real life story, with the book world twist that only Nicole can provide.

Collision (Shattered Hearts Book 3) by Nicole Banks is the last of the books in this series and it went out with a bang. I am sad the series has ended but look forward to what Nicole has in store for us next. The story is a romantic suspense with lots of angst and fear, hurt and sorrow, love and hate and new beginnings. There are so many emotions and you feel each of them along with the characters and the world she has created. The suspense is palpable as we play a cat and mouse game when evil is out for revenge. The story is told in several POV’s which I love because you understand the characters that much more.
Behind door number one, Kris has come face to face with the past and her one true love BUT is she willing to forgive him and give up the one thing that has kept her sane all these years.
Chase has come home to claim what is rightfully his but what he finds throws him for a loop. Not only that but evil has followed him and is willing to take out everything he holds dear and then some.
Shattered Hearts series is a must on anyone’s TBR pile.

My goodness! Collision certainly wrapped up the Shattered Hearts series from Nicole Banks absolutely epically perfect! I have really enjoyed this series and with each book they just continue to get better and better until we have this gorgeous culmination to the series. I know for one that as sad as I am to see this series ends, I will be sure to enjoy them many more times to come in the future.
Kris and Chase keep us on the edge of our seats as we watch Kris face the past and the obstacle of learning to let go and forgive. Chase will stop at nothing and do whatever it takes to protect and be with what he holds the closest. These two have a chemistry that will ignite your kindles and cause you to fan the color from your cheeks. I was so enthralled with these two and their tribulations. I won’t spoil the ending but I can promise you it will knock your socks off! I can’t wait to see what will come next from Nicole Banks!

This author has created a romantic suspense book that draws you in and makes you devour each page. It involves characters from previous books, but it can be read as a stand-alone. This author has created a world that makes you believe you’re in it. She writes brilliantly and has become a one-click author for sure!!
The emotion, the suspense, it all combines to give you a hang on the edge of your seat romance. It will make your heart happy by the end. It does have dual POVs, but the author does a great job writing them.

Bittersweet, WTF & OMG were just some of the words I used while reading Collision. Chase and Kris have been my favorite characters since Shattered and I was just thrilled they got their own book. The ending for the series left me entirely happy and satisfied. Some things came full circle, characters popped back into our lives that we just hated even more and met some new characters that added more feels into the mix. Ms. Banks knows how to weave a story that leaves even the most emotionally stunted reader (i.e. me...lol) reading this book with a need to cry (happy, sad or angry) tears all throughout.
I cannot recommend this book or series enough and I mean really if you're interested in reading this book you should just commit to the whole series!! Lol
