Ugh! Ending at chapter 8, yes i see from other comments that if you Facebook her she will send you the full copy of the book This seems to happen way to often with both of the series i read from her. Gave it a 3 star rating because i don't know what happens and not sure when ill hear back from the author to find out. I wonder if it would be better to not preorder and wait until i can just either buy it or use kindle unlimited ?

I’m stuck between a rock and a hard place. I want to see how this series ends, but the serious lack of editing, or even a spell check is grating on my every last nerve. If the author can’t be bothered to even spell check their work, why should I bother to read it.

OMG 😱

Ok. Real talk here. I flove this series and I’m being for real serious here when I say, I’m pretty sure this is my favourite book so far in the series. Yes I’ve run the gamut of
emotions so far. Anger. Love. Happiness. Utter devastation. But this book? I laughed so darn hard I cried. From huu-ares, to the wearing pink reference, (darn I wish I’d wrote them all down) i was in absolute heaven. This is just the light hearted story we needed after so much heaviness of the story so far. Don’t get me wrong, there’s some heavy stuff here for sure, not to mention a cliffhanger that’s going to keep me up nights for at least 6 months...but it brought me back around. I love Shawn again. Colt is my lifeline of humour. I’m even starting to thaw on the Cael-Reid thing ( and hmm is there something there?? 🤔🤔) but I’m still a diehard Bucker. ❤️ Ok boys. Until we meet again in book 5 😘

Cliffhanger alert!

How dare you end it there! Please tell me its wrong? Omg! Hopefully the book will be rectified in the fact that for some unknown reason to me that the last 4 or so dont show and that if you let the author know on fb she then sends you the link to read the full story because that was inconvenient. Alot of errors but thats ok it didnt deter from the story much. I love how the characters grew in this story, however i also felt like this book was rushed and tried to fit so much in but also keeping it short which kinda left me feel like this book was just spitting out tidbits just to tied readers over for the next book or like this was a filler book. This could have been executed so much better and it kind of took away from the depth the first few had established but in saying that what we got was still a good read. Gave the book a 4 simply for that ending and a couple other instances where we got to see some characters in a different light.

Arguably the weaker of KT'S series. I mean, I do really really like it. It's just that it seems super rushed out at times. The editing is nearly nonexistent as things will simply not make sense or characters names appear in a scene where they clearly are not and it's really another character saying it. Also, some of the male characters just seem like reskinned versions of the guys in her other series. They even talk the same and have the same mannerisms. And that one drives me bonkers still.
Other than that, it's a good book. The guys love Mia but I'm still not sure why at times because she doesn't come across as sweet and nice as they proclaim her to be. But oh well. There have been worse heroines. The book is wonderfully twisty and drama filled and despite the rushing and needing a look through, the book is really enjoyable.
Those people who dont expect a cliffhanger in this author's books by now are silly. Haha

Secrets come to light!

I’m really enjoying this series! I love Mia, even if some of her choices aren’t what I would do, but hey, that’s what makes for a good story right? And the boys are great. I love Colt for his unwavering commitment to Mia. I love Shawn and his struggles with love. Buck seems sweet. Cael and Reid are fun. This story is straight forward in that we are following the development of the relationships between Mia and her guys. There isn’t some huge mystery or story in the background that takes over. Instead, all that happens in the background and all we learn about the past influences Mia’s relationships. And this book ends with one heck of a revelation. Can’t wait for the next book!

The editing was definitely better than the last one but there were still quite a few issues...

“Make a scene if I showed up at the cop shop” What’s a cop shop???
“In front my face”
“I threw the car into the drive”
“You know I talking adore you baby”

Also since when is Bucks hair long enough for a man bun? She commented in the last book it was getting a bit long and starting to curl which usually indicates it’s still short. And then it was mentioned he got his hair cut. Now it’s man bun length?!? Also his hair has always been brown now it’s chestnut red?

This story is like a bunch of tellanovelas threw up together and got poured into this book. I mean that cliffhanger...Really?!? *face palm*

I keep reading the series but it’s just soooooooo bad!!

Bombshell

So for some reason Amazon didn't upload the whole book, message KT, she's amazing, and she'll get you the full copy.
This book I wasn't expecting that ending. I did love how some characters finally got more time and we got to delve deeper into who they are. I need more Reid in my life. Buck and Shawn are finally coming out of their shells and Colt is just everything. Cael is still a mystery to me.
There are some spelling errors here and there but it doesn't affect the storyline much.
Can't wait for book 5.

Wow ok just wow holy crap I am shocked! I am writing this in seconds of finishing this book and i am trying to control my bad language. This book just blew my mind and left me hanging. Yep major cliff hanger warning!!!! Wow Mia is working thru the messed up life of her boys and trying to survive her own crazy life. When 1 secret after another keeps getting revealed. She also just getting her life in a good place with her boys until it all blows up when her gets unexpected but good surprise....

You thought the last cliffhanger left you shaking?

This series is filled with so much drama, the crazy in me adores it. The characters deal with the problems put in their path surprisingly realistically, which I like a lot. I would love it if things slowed down just a bit and we were allowed to breath a bit more between hard-hitting scenes. A few extra chapters would ease the pacing just a little.

That said, KT Strange continues to be one of my favourite authors with a serious gift for putting emotions to words in serious situations.

This book is in desperate need of copy editing! Too many sentences that don’t make sense or have the wrong pronouns in them.

The story itself was all kinds of dramatic and exciting however. It was nice to get a bit more insight into Cael and Reid. I definitely look forward to seeing what happens in the future with them. That cliff at the end is something else, cause damn! Should be nothing but drama in the next book to be sure. 😏

I’d give it a 4.25 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ once the mistakes are fixed for now it’s at a 3 ⭐️⭐️⭐️ because the mistakes make it problematic to read in places.

Beware All Who Enter Here...

First of All, KT is an evil evil mastermind..genius, something like that. She writes so well and hooks you. The worst thing is you know your going down the rabbit hole but you don’t care...until the next of the book when she’s emotionally demolished you. The book is extremely good and will leave you hanging..like serious cliff hanger. You should definitely read it but it’s gonna hurt like a mother!

Absolutely awful

I have no idea why I even bothered. I hated the last book, but this series keeps getting recommended so I thought I'd give it another go. Yeah. No. I hate Mia and the guys are just disgusting. It's like the author regurgitated every soap opera plot she could think of and made the characters teenagers. It's been a long time since a book made me this mad. Lesson learned. I will never, ever ready anything from this author again.

Bombshell...

So mia is finally getting some sense. She finally being honest with her uncle and the boys, even though she is still confused she's not as wishy washy with everyone.
The story has a few good bombshells in it and we are now getting some new POV from the guys which is nice.
There are still many of errors, seriously I do this for a living and will edit one book for free for the author as I can hardly stand a good book to be overshadowed by the editing errors.

Good read

This series has been great from the start. The five guys all stand up for Mia in different ways throughout the series. This book is no different I loved every minute of this book. Even though their is a few mistakes throughout it didn't pull me away from the story. I would totally recommend.

Holy cow

The ending is just wow... like I thought it might go that direction once the character was introduced but also thought “nah...” but it does take you by surprise and I hope it isn’t true. Things develop more with the relationships and Mia learns to communicate and be more open. I still love Colt. Lots of mysteries to discover. Ready for more!

Did not see that coming!

Seriously KT???? I have no idea what to do with that you just dropped and now I have to wait until April? (Cue ugly cry and begging here). Loved the book and honestly wish it had been longer. Can’t wait to see what happens and where things go with Cael and Reid.

Chapter 8?

What happened? This ends in Chapter 7....where are the rest of the chapters?
These chapters are released so far apart I can hardly remember the story line. And then to be missing several chapters...? Not sure I am in for the last book. But if you do decide to read this series, wait for the 5th volume to come out in April.

Wow!

I have never read such a perfect Author's note at the end than the one this one had. I believe that describes all the books in this series thus far. Each book just keeps getting better. I think this one was my favorite so far. I loved getting all the guys POVs throughout. I look forward to reading the next one.

I love it!

I am really loving this series! The story line and characters are so awesome and I love how it keeps you in suspense.. I’m just a little disappointed because it was kinda hard reading this book because of the so many mistakes and parts of the story where it didn’t make sense.. But it didn’t take away from how good this series is and I’m still hooked..

Missing chapters

I was enjoying this book until I got to chapter 8. Not sure what went wrong here but chapters 8-12 are missing. Chapter headings there but no content. I’m really hoping this is fixed quickly. I bought it expecting a full book not half. Quite disappointing

Chapters missing

So besides the last four chapters missing this was a great read. A steady rollercoaster so there's not a moment of dullness. I love the broken fantastic characters. I'll just have to finish it when it's updated.

Great book.

I love this series. Only reason I'm leaving a review is to let the author know there are a few spelling mistakes. One example was Cold said instead of Colt said. I can't wait to read the next book.
