The technique is solid and the lessons well taught. This is a very fine introduction to Spanish for gaining knowledge into the world of business - a book much needed as Spanish becomes increasingly more present in our world.
A basic collection of basic vocabulary and small sample dialogues to get a feeling for Spanish. The dialogues are modeled on business situations, but without a teacher or at least a friend to practice with, it might be difficult to get much of a benefit. A teacher using it with their students, this booklet would be a good addition to use in a role play, as it gives plenty of sample dialogues.
