This second volume of stories are fresh and new and sure to delight. Each story is full of characters that are sure to excite and a storyline you will not want to miss. I don’t want to give away any secrets, but here is a little taste of what is to come. Now if only Elias would find his mate...
Silas - Bella Roccaforte Be the light This story is my first experience with this author and I truly enjoyed it. The author gave the story such intensity and it really was the perfect beginning to this volume of Dark Moon Falls. The characters are well developed and easy to connect with and I especially enjoyed the way they pulled together to save the day. I can’t wait to read the next story in this book and I will be looking up the author to find more books to enjoy. 4 stars
Benjamin - Tami Lund Where you can always return This author has once again captured my attention with this story. I love the excitement and danger she created in the storyline and the way the characters each found something unexpected before the end. I really enjoyed this story and am looking forward to the next book by this author. 4 stars
Terrance - Lia Davis Teleport to love The author added the perfect element to this book, a gifted vampire lady who is strong and sassy. I love how both characters are protective of their mate and yet confident that they can stand on their own. I enjoyed the added undertones between Scarlett and Luca and can’t wait to see what is in store for them. I am looking forward to reading the next book by this author. 5 stars
Foster - C.D. Gorri Fate works in mysterious ways What a small world that these two lives would touch and Foster would find his true mate. This book may be in a new location, but the author has filled it with her hallmark excitement and action, leading to a HEA that you won’t want to miss. Both of the characters have been through so much, but in their core they are still so super sweet and giving. I love how Foster is the ultimate hero and I can’t wait to read whatever comes next out of Dark Moon Falls. 5 stars
Dark Moon Falls 2 has something for everyone; this review is for Asher.
Ashers time in the Military is over & he knows he cannot return to a Pack with an abusive Alpha, after a confrontation with the Packs Beta; Asher knew it was time to leave for ever. Asher knew being on his own would not end well, so finally he reached out for help; he called his friend & mentor Jagger who not only got him a job as a detective with Dark Moon Falls Police department but also a place within the pack. Asher is struggling with the unconditional love and Kindness given to him from the Pack & his new Alpha Elias. After his first day of introduction Jagger is taking him to his home they find Jaggers Mate Storm fighting off Nash a rouge wolf who is demanding Savannah’s whereabouts. Asher never saw it coming when he met Savannah how much all there lives were about the change. They were each other’s mate; Savannah has a secret she’s been hiding, not even her friend/Boss Storm or her mate Jagger know what she’s been running & hiding from. The one thing Asher & Savannah have in common is they have been on there own for so long they need to freely accept help unconditionally from the Pack & Also Trust others. All is about to change for them all.
Alpha ✔️ Shifter ✔️ Mate ✔️ Psychotic Ex ✔️ When Gianna moves home due to the end of an abusive relationship the last thing she was looking for was a love interest but when Kaden walked into a local diner she couldn’t help but admire (or drool) at the sight of him. This was fast paced and when you throw in a mad as hell ex that is a shifter things really get interesting. Kaden is also a shifter and is drawn to Gianna, wanting and needing to protect her. I loved this short read, shifter stories are a favorite of mine and I enjoyed every part of this!
All the books were great and I’m reviewing for c d orris book called foster. I enjoyed the authors story telling and the characters. I’m always gripped with the books. This is another one I can say outstanding
Are you a lover of the Supernatural and shifters this is an epic anthology that had me on the edge of my seat. The Authors have done an amazing jo at bringing this to fruition. They take you into a world of Fantasy with the Supernatural. This is definitely a real page turner and a must read. This is definitely more than a 5 star read. Shauna Joesten
Foster by CD Gorri Lydia thinks she has found a place for her and her daughter to call home. No more running. Foster has spent years paying for a crime he didn't commit. Together, they will heal each other. Packed full of emotion. An enjoyable quick read.
Foster By CD Gorri is quite a good story. Lydia and Foster both have their own issues to resolve when their paths cross. The fears and frustrations jump off the page. An amazing short story. Isaac By Rosalie Redd is a sweet and revealing story for Chloe when she meets Isaac after car trouble gets her towed to his garage. Every story in this collection is unique, intense and full of powerful emotions and situations. The repeating appearance of persons and places in each story adds to the continuity of the community. I loved all the stories.
I can’t wait to read all these amazing story from these fantastic writers!! I have however had the great pleasure of reading Foster by CD Gorri and let me tell you it’s a must read. It a new edition to the Macconwood pack and like the rest in the series it is an amazing read!!
Now this is a gem of a collection perfect to get away to other worlds especially now. Bella gives you Silas whom is a park ranger you do not want to do without especially when there is something out there. Then Ava gives you Asher whom was in a favorite of mine I like to read category in that he is ex military. And oh what his heart will get. The next two authors were new to me C.D. and Rosalie and their shifters were more than enough to fill the craving. Than Tami's Benjamin will capture you attention in his endeavor. With many more authors in here to fill the craving for that unusual taste especially from a long time favorite Lia. Spend several hours in this and cares could melt away with love on the horizon in this place you could stay for awhile.
Deacon by Robbie Cox. I'm Going to call this one a red hot smoking quicky. This book like his previous Dark Moon Falls 1 - Logan, is graphically passionate, e-reader overheating hot! In this fast read,, boy is messed up, girl isn't necessarily messed up , but is trying to save her little sister from a gambling debt, and she is suffering mightily because of it. These two need each other and because of the sensitivity of his wolf are able to connect more quickly than under normal circumstances. We revisit with Logan and Madison in this one, and get to meet other characters that im hoping in time,, will have their own stories coming out. In this one Deacon and Purity hit the ground running. This story is graphic and may contain domestic violence triggers , so beware. In the end the bad guys gets what's coming to him, and the good hearted former soldier just may get his own happy ending. I can't wait to finish reading the rest of the series. Bravo Robbie and Company.
Absolutely loved this boxed set!! This boxset is full of steamy, thrilling, and exciting reads that you can enjoy at any time. They are fast paced, filled with action, danger, suspense, twists and turns, and passion, that will keep you hooked and glued to the pages reading to find out what happens next. I highly recommend this complete boxed set for your reading pleasure.
Dark Moon Falls Volume 2 contains 14 stories by 14 authors. Welcome to Dark Moon Falls, a special town - a town full of secrets, pnr, wolf shifters, witches and humans - and these are their stories. This volume contains: Silas by Bella Roccaforte Asher by Ava K. Michaels Blaze by JJ Pierce Ciaran by Pia Milan Benjamin by Tami Lund Milo by Susan Griscom Grimms by Elaine Barris Kaden by Robbie Cox Foster by C.D. Gorri Josh by Skye Jones Isaac by Rosalie Redd Terrance by Lia Davis
Foster Foster and Lydia make a perfect pair. They are both survivors, in their way, and deserve the affection and tenderness and steaminess that a fated mate can give them. The way their past and mysteries combine is exciting and satisfying even if the audience will see it coming before the characters. Honestly, the only thing more I could hope for is a comment or review from the art world about what they think of Foster's new work.
Averaged together, my rating should be 2.3, and it would make sense to round to just 2 stars, but I’m feeling generous. Isaac and Foster make this collection worth reading, followed by Blaze, Ciaran, Benjamin, and Josh. Milo and Grimm were okay. I wouldn’t bother with Silas, Asher, Terrance, Kaden, or Deacon. You can read below to get reviews of each individual book, in the order in which they appear in the collection.
Silas - Bella Roccaforte 1 star A book has to be really bad for me to stop reading it. This was one of those books. I found that there was a lot of telling without enough showing and far too many cliches. I read a couple of chapters and gave up, moving on to the next book in the collection.
Asher - AK Michaels 1 star I started and then skipped this one too. There's more to fixing a run-on sentence than simply inserting some periods and capitalizing the next word. After only a page or two, I couldn't stand the inconsistency of verb usage any longer.
Blaze - SJ Pierce 3 stars I like Susan Pierce's books and this one was pretty good. Simple premise: human single mom meets wolf/man, he saves son from kidnapper, they are fated mates, HEA. Because it was so short, it didn't evoke any particular emotions. Scenes were clearly described, character motivations were believable, and the plot pacing was just about right. It’s memorable and I enjoyed it but it won't be going on my list of "best books."
Ciaran - Pia Milan 3 stars The plot for this story was unexpected and exciting. I was hooked from the beginning and the more I read, the more I wanted to find out more of the details. The pacing was good, mysteries being revealed a little bit at a time, keeping me engaged. I’m perplexed by the title because each chapter was entitled either Ciagan or Leira, but it’s hard to think of title names so I’ll give the author a pass on that. I wish the proofreading had been a bit more thorough because I kept finding verb tense errors and other mistakes, like listed instead of listened, hatches instead of hutches, and innocents instead of innocence. The biggest problem for me, though, was the author’s tendency to tell emotions rather than show them. A couple of times, characters shared looks of “admiration,” and at one point, one character’s “eyes filled with encouragement and admiration.” Also, there were a few times when Ciaran thought he saw flames in Leira’s eyes. This led me to believe her eyes must be an amber color. In chapter 16, I read that her eyes were green. I think this should have been revealed earlier to avoid confusion. At one point, Ciaran “slunk slipped out from beneath the camouflage and crawled into the brush…” I got a chuckle out of the phrasing. Overall, although I was pulled from the story by the author’s intrusions, I enjoyed it, for the most part.
Benjamin - Tami Lund 3 stars This story was fast-paced with a few surprises. I liked the characters of Ben and Hannah and the development of their relationship. The build-up of suspense was done well, but the fight was a bit of a let-down. Overall, it was an enjoyable, complete story.
Milo - Susan Griscom 2 stars At times, this story was told in a way that had me convinced the writer was a male. I don’t have a specific reason for that; it’s just a sense that I sometimes get from certain writers. Part of it, I think, is that sex scenes seem more like the kind of thing I’d expect to read in Penthouse Forum than in erotica directed at women. The story was pretty good, but the sex scenes made me uncomfortable. The mystery of the story was decent, though not outstanding, and Skye’s hesitancy to trust anyone seemed a bit exaggerated. Nevertheless, I was drawn into the story’s action and continued to read because I wanted to find out what would happen. I did not feel much for any of the characters, which was unfortunate.
Grimm - Elaine Barris 2 stars Characters had little depth and conversations were stilted. I liked Grimm and his backstory but it wasn't enough to power the entire plot. Lacy's backstory was interesting, if skimpy, and necessary for the conflict of the plot. Some details seemed unnecessary, like mentioning there wasn’t a shower or toilet in the cave and Lacy’s intentions of asking Grimm “about the facilities later when she needed them.” She never needed them, so I don’t know why this observation was included. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't terribly well told. (Also, tittering should have been teetering.)
Terrance - Lia Davis 1 star Maybe this one deserves 1.5 stars, but since it ended abruptly without a true conclusion, I'm rounding down. A new paranormal-type character, Vicky, is introduced. She’s a vampire and a “Gifted,” and apparently, Terrance’s mate. From the beginning, I suspected I wouldn't like it because there was too much expository writing, explaining relationships and histories. Even so, the explanation of Mary's living arrangements was unclear. There were silly details like Samira and Luca transforming into identical wolves, except she had a heart-shaped white patch on the top of her head. Sentence fragments caused me to puzzle the meaning the author was trying to convey, and misused homophones (& other somewhat similar-sounding words) abounded: to instead of too, pass instead of past, your instead of you're, shuttered instead of shuddered, bare instead of bear, since instead of sense, and arched instead of arced. And there were plenty of typos and confusing verbs, too. I was relieved to reach the end.
Kaden - Cora A. Murray 1 star Ugh! This one starts off with confusing and inconsistent verb usage, from present to past perfect and back, causing whiplash. Why are verbs so hard?! Sometimes they would contradict one another mid-sentence. What’s worse is that the story also changed POV without warning, mid-chapter. Chapters were told from the POV of Gianna or Kaden and the name at the beginning of each chapter let the reader know who was talking. However, at times within a chapter, the POV would change without notice. This, within a chapter titled Kaden, was one of the worst examples: “I let my wolf out. He strikes without hesitation. When her blood fills his mouth, a growl rumbles in his chest. Mine, his wolf says gleefully, as Kaden thrusts deep, spilling his seed inside her.” I think what happened here was it started in first person (Kaden), then switched to third-person. Other times, it might switch from Gianna to Kaden, or vice versa, totally ambushing me and leaving me shaking my head, trying to figure out what had happened. It was a difficult story to read, not only because of the grammar, but also because it just wasn’t very good. What a disappointment.
Deacon - Robbie Cox 1 star Thankfully short, this was another candidate for Penthouse. Okay, so maybe not, but the sex scenes were certainly similar. Frankly, I got sick of all the honey dripping out of Purity.
Foster - C.D. Gorri 4 stars Hey, this one was pretty good! I enjoyed the storytelling style which included humor and emotion. Lydia has escaped an abusive wolf-shifter spouse and Foster was imprisoned for a crime he did not commit. After an inauspicious first meeting, things move along rather quickly once Foster realizes Lydia is his mate and she realizes how attracted to him she is. Lydia has a little girl, Skylar, who is about five years old. Unfortunately, the author makes the mistake of thinking an independent kindergartener would drink from a sippy cup. Other than that, the story is believable (as far as paranormal stories can be) and I enjoyed it.
Josh - Skye Jones 3 stars This one was pretty good. I liked the characters of Rebecca and Josh, and I sympathized particularly with Rebecca’s history. There were some great descriptions of the feelings these mates had for one another. Josh experienced this: “Colors flashed behind his eyes as he closed them to relish the taste of her. Oh Goddess, he’d heard finding your mate was good, but this? He’d fallen from the earthly realm surely and now walked in heaven.” Rebecca experienced this: “...she’d never had sex quite like that. Mind blowing, body pleasing, soul fracturing sex. The kind of sex that you started as one person, and finished as quite another.” I enjoyed the story, except for one small thing: Rebecca “filled the tub to the brim, added bubbles, and climbed in with a contented sigh.” I can’t be the only one to know that if you fill a tub to the brim and then get in, you’ve got water all over the floor. I know it’s silly, but it bugged me. Luckily, it did not detract from the story as a whole.
Isaac - Rosalie Redd 5 stars The last book in this collection turned out to be the best one. Having been introduced to Isaac in previous books (Milo & Kaden), this was an interesting alternative view of him. Funny how Gianna (Kaden) didn’t see him as particularly sexy or attractive because he wasn’t her mate, whereas Chloe couldn’t see him any other way. There were a few things that I liked about this book: the author’s use of metaphors and symbolism (the recurring flashlight falling over), the descriptive words she uses to describe scenes and characters, and her ability to convey the feelings felt by Cloe and Isaac. There were a couple of silly things that stood out to me: 1. Chloe called herself a divorcee. Who uses that term anymore? 2. Her best friend Brooklyn finally reached her on her cell phone and confessed she had been frantically calling for hours. She should have just called the motel directly and she would have been connected with the room. Don’t worry, the mystery surrounding Samuel is revealed at the end. It’s not a surprise, but it would have been disappointing if the author hadn’t tied up that loose end. Overall, I enjoyed this story a lot and I’m glad I continued through this collection until the end.
Dark Moon Falls II Welcome to Dark Moon Falls, a secluded quiet town in the mountainous Pacific Northwest. This town has secrets. Dazzle’s is the store for you if you need some clothes or sexy lingerie This book is an anthology that plays out in the fun and quirky town. I love anthologies! You get to explore lots of NEW authors and find new favorites. Be warned..I read the first Dark Moon Falls and fell in love with this town and the writers who helped me explore the residents. You will be entranced too. Here are some of my favorites: SILAS by Bella Roccaforte. Silas meets a woman that is out of this world, literally. Silas is a Park Ranger and he must protect the town and local forest surrounding Dark Moon Falls. Some big animals (grizzlies) have been killed and eaten, what is doing this and how can Silas stop this destruction. He finds a fae named Cierce that is hiding a secret. Is Cierce somehow doing this? ASHER by A K Michaels. Asher is moving to Dark Moon Falls. He is to join the local Police and join the local Wolf Pack. Asher is a lone wolf looking to join a pack. He is smitten but Savannah is hiding something, can he help her? Could she be his true mate? CIARAN by Pia Millan. This one is a page turner. An anthropologist has stolen a magical relic Anubis Book of the Dead to keep it safe. She needs to hide and figure out how to keep this book out of a powerful wizard/necromancer who wants the power. This book could open the gates of Hell to destroy our world. Liera comes to Dark Moon Falls to meet a security expert. There is a misunderstanding and Ciaran turns down the job. Liera goes on the run, Ciaran finally comes on board to help her. Ciaran is a wolf shifter but what is Liera? She does not get cold; she can light a fire with the flick of her fingers and she fights like a warrior! She must be another supernatural. BENJAMIN by Tami Lund. Benjamin has infiltrated the dangerous Rogue Wolf Pack at the request of his Alpha, Elias Grant. He is finding out valuable information to help take down this pack and keep all Wolf Packs safe. The Rogue pack sets up camp in the mountains near Dark Moon Falls intent on taking over. The plan is for Vapes group to take out the Witch Coven first then the Dark Moon Falls Pack. Ben meets Hannah at the Wolf Inn. He is intrigued. Hannah has lived in Dark Moon Falls for the past two years. She loves this pack and quiet town. Hannah’s ex-boyfriend is in town with the Rogue pack. Vape killed her brother. Can Ben keep them safe? Will he be able to take down Vape and keep the Dark Moon Falls Pack intact?
This is the second edition of a compilation of many different authors writing about shifters finding their one true mate in the town of Dark Moon Falls. They are all HEA’s, mostly explicit, with only one cliffhanger. As with most compilations, some stories are better than others. I felt that some were four stars, some were three. I don’t like to say negative things about someone who is willing to put their creative baby out into the world for others to judge so I will just remark on the ones that I thought were the better ones. Even though they take place in a fantasy setting, I still expect things to be plausible based on that setting. So here goes:
Blaze - S. J. Pierce
Blaze is an IT guy (wolf) among other things. Madison works in a doctors office. Much better story but the baby daddy coming back and with a crackhead girlfriend kidnapping the child kinda came out of left field. Blaze is my favorite fantasy boyfriend so far. 4 stars
Ciaran - Pia Milan
Leira is a djinn and an archeologist. Ciaran is a security wolf. Good story but a lot of typos. ie: Arnild /Aldrich. Clean. Interesting story. More of an action story. 4 stars
Terrance - Lia Davis
Terrance is a tracker. Victoria is a gifted vampire. A daywalker with pyrokenetic powers. Very supernatural. Witches, wolves, vampires, demons and soul suckers. They are on a treasure hunt for four elemental stones. A good story, but ends in a cliffhanger. Four stars.
Deacon - Robbie Cox
Deacon is an army boy. Purity, ironically, is a stripper. Surprisingly, this one has been the most believable of the lot. Well written. This author actually knows how to be a storyteller. A refreshing change. Four & 1/2 stars.
Foster - C. D. Gorri
Foster was jailed for a crime he didn’t commit. Lydia is a naive girl who married the wrong man. Best story so far. Believable and entertaining. “For you, I’d fight dragons with a toothpick.” Four & 1/2 stars.
Josh - Skye Jones
Josh is ex-military and brother to Kat. Both are shifters from a pack that was attacked while he was away, adults killed, children taken. Rebecca is a virtual shut in with a traumatic past and horrific nightmares. Her ex finds her with the help of a witch and they go after Josh. Good story. Pretty predictable but still entertaining. Four stars.
Issac - Rosalie Redd
Issac is a mechanic who’s brother left town 15 years ago. Chloe finds out she is a shifter after a wolf attacks her on a hike. Surprise. The twist at the end was nice. Four stars.
Thank you Book Funnel and all the authors for this Arc. These are my unbiased reviews.
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.
Maddie has a lot on her plate. A young son, an errant ex and a full time job. She really needs a helping hand. Enter one tall, broad, chiselled, computer savvy, Hottie. Blaze could just be the answer to her prayers.
Blaze is a perfect blend of nerd and badass Alpha! I love the way he's not scared to be himself and show his love for all things tech! Oh and he rides a motorcycle (swoooooon).
Be warned the baby daddy will make you want to throw things! A great wee story and I need to add more books from this author to my ever growing TBR!
Silas by Bella Roccaforte
Silas and his father are shifters who also look after the local National Park. There is an evil presence making its way towards town, leaving a trail of slaughtered animals in its wake. When he goes to investigate he stumbles across a beauty - one who is truly out of this world! Cierce is from another dimension, here on a mission to stop her conniving sister and her associates from blighting not only their own world but Earth too!
Another great little gem! Great writing and an amazing storyline - never seen changling fairy before!Silas is another great blend of Alpha and caring environmentally friendly Park Ranger. Would loved to have seen more of his dad, he seemed a really strong but caring person.
Asher by Ava K Michaels
Asher just wants a peaceful new life in Dark Moon Falls. He had his fill of action when he was in the militay. Seems fate has other plans for this shifter though!
Savannah is clearly hiding from someone or something. And Asher just feels himself being pulled into her maelstrom of mystery! Savannah believes she and her family are cursed and she is terrified of wreaking havoc on the town.
OMG I loved Asher and Savvi! They just leap off the page and into you heart! You can feel Asher being torn about his need for peace and also to help his mate. Sometimes you just need to give in to fate and except that you are not destined for easy!

4.75 stars What an amazing compilation of new authors to me that deliver stories filled with passion, drama and danger. This is one box set that will keep readers turning the pages to find out what happens next. In Asher by Ava K. Michaels, Asher is leaving the military to start his life over. However, he is unable to return to his pack. Instead, he reaches out to his friend/mentor Jagger who helps him get established in a new pack but all is not roses as Asher is having challenges dealing with the unconditional love that is being given to him. Savannah is a woman with secrets and finds is hard to accept help. It seems as if the two have things in common and will have to learn to trust. In Foster by C. D. Gorri, readers find two characters that are survivors and seeking what only their fated mate can give. The positive theme in this storyline is with perseverance one can overcome any obstacle. If you enjoy shifters, witches, romance and intrigue, then this is one collection to add to your read shelf. I volunteered to read an advance copy of this book.
So far, this review is only for Issac by Rosalie Redd - 4 stars
Entertaining and sweet! Chloe is heading to Dark Moon Falls for a day of relaxation, but that turns into a couple extra days when her car breaks down. Luckily, wolf shifter, Issac, is a mechanic that helps her out. Issac knows Chloe is his mate, but since she lives far away and doesn't plan on staying in town, he tries to deny their connection. There's also a rogue shifter on the loose causing problems! Some good action there! There's also a bit of the whole forced proximity during a snow storm scenario going on, and I totally love that scenario in romances. Chloe is in for lots of surprises; some good and some bad. Both characters have some issues growing up that has built up some walls, so it's hard for them to open up to each other. Good chemistry and passion between them, and both have good hearts. They are a good fit for each other. Fun shifter read!
This story was also featured in the Dark Moon Falls Volume 2 boxset, so if you have read that or own that boxset you may already have this story.

REVIEW I am leaving a review for Foster by C.D. Gorri
I absolutely loved this story. Foster hasn't been out long and was given a safe haven a place to figure things out and find the one who wronged him. Lydia had lived in horrible abuse for too long and finally found the courage to move on for herself and her shifter daughter. But did she go far enough away? What about the mysterious male next door who is pulling her in? You get love, courage, trust, and action in this story...
I can't believe I missed the first volume of Dark Moon Falls! I waited alooong time for this collection to come our and finally got it almost a year waiting, lol but sooo worth it. Imagine a happy dance in the street when my email pinged and there it was! Yay! This was an awesome read, the adventu3it takes you on. The characters and all their stories all in one place. Thrills, drama, hot and steamy romance. The men/wolves/witches/vampires/women/ fea/faireis...ooooh sooooo many and much more. All the authors in this volume come with their mad writting skills and take you on a ride you will never forget. And won't want to get off. Emotions are high in these stories. My fav has to be Issac and Chloe's story. Mark the date next Dark Moon Falls is out in 2021.
Dark Moon Falls Vol. 2 by S.J. Pearce and 12 other Authors ...
This amazing collection of great stories by some of the best writers of this genre that have put together a selection of stories that have breathtaking love to sizzling hot passion along with danger and drama. These tales just keep getting better and better. It doesn’t get much better than this!
I received this as an Advance Reader Copy (ARC) with the hopes I would read it, like it & then review it.
Benjamin proves you can go home again. And the new shifter in town, Hannah, gives him a reason to stay. But first they have one heck of a big baddie to defeat. This angsty, twisty, shifter tale is romantic and action packed.
Josh thinks he has baggage, Rebecca has loads more. I really liked the instant attraction between these two, they both smelled good to each other. Sometimes the fated mate trope drags, this one is just right. Of course it’s a short story, but it feels so much bigger, might be the threat of the big baddie. Loved this couple!
Set in the mountains of the Pacific Northwest, the sleepy town of Dark Moon Falls hides secrets, shifters, romance, villains, and more. If you love shifters and the paranormal in general, then this is definitely a must-buy collection for you! There are all sorts of characters to read about, and all kinds of goings-on to keep the reader fully engrossed and loving every minute of it! The books are just the right length for your enjoyment.
Don’t miss out on this great selection in Volume 2! The writing is good and the selections are perfect! You’ll meet characters you can fall in love with and others that will give you chills. So participate in the excitement!
This set is filled with stories by some amazing authors! You can't go wrong reading this set! My review so far is for SJ Pierce's story Blaze.
OMG, this is a great story! Madison gets her story and oh boy is her story good! You met her in Rhee's story and it's great she's back, her and Carson. Her and Blaze are a couple that makes you smile, they're just good together. I think it's a sweet love story that has plenty of heat, aprons can do wonders I guess :) I wish the story was a longer but that's me with stories I love, I just want more.
I loved volume one so much, I had to read this one too. I love wolf shifter books. All these stories take place in Dark Moon Falls, each author has their own story with characters from the other ones in it too. You get to know the whole town. I love that I am finding authors that are new to me and some of my favorite authors are in this book two. What a great deal for all of these stories in one book. I am loving these stories. Paranormal is one of my favorite genres, especially the wolf shifters.
This volume 2 in the Dark Moon Falls Series is a exceptionally well written Box Set of stories by many Authors all set in Dark Moons Falls and it is even better than the first Volume ( and it was good). These wonderfully well crafted characters are re visited throughout the series as all their lives intersect. This believably well constructed world these authors has created pulls you in and you never want to leave this wonderful little town of shifters, witches, vampires and a few other characters that pop up along the way. Each one of these stories the characters must over come the odds and some bad characters/ crazy ex's/ evil. These are the following 13 stories in this volume: SILAS by Bella Roccaforte - ASHER by Ava K - BLAZE by SJ Pierce - CIARAN by Pia Milan - BENJAMIN by Tami Lund - MILO by Susan Griscom - GRIMM by Elaine Barris - TERRANCE by Lia Davis - KADEN by Cora Murray - DEACON by Robbie Cox - FOSTER by C.D. Gorri - JOSH by Skye Jones - ISAAC by Rosalie Redd. I am ready for Volume 3 and Maybe some more well deserving Shifters/Witches/Vampires/Fairies/??? will find their Fated Mates.
Even though I loved all the books, Foster by C.D. Gorri was one of my favorites.
I started with Kaden by Cora A Murray as I’ve read some of her books before. Kaden is on the move and has found a pack in Dark Moon Falls. Gianna is starting anew after her previous relationship turned abbusive. However her ex has decided it’s not over and goes hunting for Gianna. The attraction between Kaden and Gianna is instant but Kaden needs to let Gianna know his secret. Can Gianna accept the lifestyle of Dark Moon Falls? Can Kaden defend Gianna against her abusive ex? Read on and find out. Absolutely fantastic More reviews to follow
