About the author

I'm a lifelong reader and lover of books. I tend to have two or more books on the go at any one time, usually a novel in paperback or on Kindle, and an audiobook. I read mainly literary fiction, but sometimes other genres. And I read some non-fiction too... especially when I'm researching for one of my own novels...

I work by day as a freelance editor, and I'm the author of five novels:

Mrs Sinclair's Suitcase
A Life Between Us
The Road to California
The Hermit
We Are Family

A new novel, The White Feather, is on its way.
