Such a wonderful book

This is the first book I read from the author. His writing his so down to earth, practical and compassionate.
Absolutely jargon free, and he definitely knows grief inside out.
I will definitely recommend this to my clients.

A lot of good practical suggestions that are quick to read/skim and are reassuring. I will revisit this book as I grieve.

Of course, this book isn't for everyone. It deals with ways to help yourself after a traumatic death dues to suicide, murder, accidental death, etc. It gives some good ideas for recovery. Not all of them will suit everyone, but it certainly gave me something to think about. I've read it twice now and thought I should list it.

This is a grief book for those who have lost someone violently and sudden such as in a car crash, murder, suicide, etc. There are 100 ideas each with information and an exercise to help you through the grief process. Though this is a good book with an in depth look sudden, violent death, a lot of it is very general and can cover all types of grief for all types of loss.
