The Covid pandemic highlighted just how important good data and information flows are for customers in the logistics industry. It was a time when there was little capacity and long delays and the visibility that is provided to customers was paramount.

This book offers interesting insights into how best to achieve maximum visibility and ease of cargo movement using digital solutions.

As a Global Business Process manager for a multinational freight forwarder, the information in this booked offer me much to take away and expand on in my own work life.

Interesting and enjoyable book.
