My feeling is this is a predecessor to CBT but non the less a very informative and helpful book. I can imagine it's not for everyone but certainly the sections on anger, specifically traits of anger you may not realise are very informative. Helpful exercises to go through, not all relevant to everyone but covers all areas that I think most would be able to take something away from this book even with its age.
