I've read '31 Days to Live,' and enjoyed that immensely. I also enjoyed this one; it's cool to see Mr. Dozier develop his writing style as he continues his journey as an author, and I feel the underlying message is one that relates to us all; we can be on top of the world—honors student, good relationship, good family—but in a chance twist of fate, we can be plunged into another world entirely, and that's when we really see if we're who we think we are. Or if we need to turn into someone else. Another good one, Mr. Dozier! Looking forward to the next!

Remember the movie, "I know what you did last summer"? This book actually reminded me of the movie; not the story or concept. But simply the way how the author- Lorenzo keeps you hooked to every word of the book. I must admit I was reading this book when I was not in the best of the health - yet couldn't keep it down!

A young high-school kid and her friends need to play a game of survival. But wait! There is more to the story. There is the plot of a father trying to protect his daughter, concept of high-school rivalry and also plain criminal minds! The characters of Jennifer, Kamel, Lorenzo, Jason, and more may be school-kids. But what they have to go through chills you to the bones!

There may be some cons as well. At some places, I felt the story didn't quite add up or was confusing. Very minor portions didn't make sense. But hey! I don't want to be a strict "Schoolteacher" here. Just enjoy the book.

I definitely will recommend the "Kill All Project" for every reader who wishes to read a different sort of thriller.

Kill All Project is thriller book written by Lorenzo Dozier, it’s a continuation of the Game of Crime series which was started in 31 Days to Live. This book follows the journey of Jennifer Delacruz, who’s life is going well, that is until she encounters a serial killer, everything just goes crazy from their and she must fight to survive the game.So I’ve reviewed a book by Lorenzo Dozier before, it’s called 31 Days to Live, and you can check that out here. Also if you want to find out more about the author you can also check out my Interview with him as well. Anyway now that I’ve shared some background information let’s move on with the review.

As stated above, this isn’t my first exposure to Lorenzo Dozier and the Game of Crimes series, I first read his book 31 Days to Live about a month or two ago and while it had some teething issues, I felt it had a strong and engaging story which kept me hooked. So not only was I really excited to read this book, ‘Kill All Project’ because it was a continuation of the story which I’d enjoyed previously but also because I was eager to see how much Lorenzo had developed as an author since the previous book was released.

Something else I was looking forward to was experiencing events from the point of view of Jennifer Delacruz, who was a character in the previous book but was not the main focus. This leads onto my first point, it can be hard to write a strong female character, but Lorenzo manages well to create one in Jennifer.

Now one of my biggest issues with the first book was pacing, mainly just that the story was a little clunky at times, and this is certainly something he’s improved upon for Kill All Project. So yeah, the pacing was much improved, and it flows well from point A to point B in a way that is logical while still being interesting. In this we have someone who’s life is going well and then everything gets flipped upside down, suddenly Miss Delacruz is plunged into a world of danger and intrigue and we are taken along for the ride, and what a ride it is.

I complimented Lorenzo previously on the unique style of his storytelling, I felt it was a strong point that helped me engage with his first book and he’s maintained and developed this aspect of his writing for this second book. I can’t speak highly enough of his style which comes I can only guess primarily from his own experiences, and is both honest and engaging to a reader.

I don’t want to spoil too much about the actual story, so I’ll just finish up with this last point, Lorenzo Dozier is a talented writer, and so far I’ve read two of his books, and with each, his storytelling has improved so I’m excited to see what comes next. Kill All Project is a terrific novel that expands upon a premise which has a lot of potential and with all that in mind I give it a 4/5.
