He de decir, porque si no lo digo reviento: ¡Qué portada más fea! ¿A quién se le pudo ocurrir que poner una calavera de vaca, o lo que sea que es, puede generar atracción?
Me gustaría decir que esa portada nefasta esconde un tesoro pero no es así. Se trata de una lectura bastante regular con los ingredientes que suelen caracterizar a esta autora y sus historias, es decir, un protagonista que le saca bastante años enamorado de una chica a la que conoce desde siempre prácticamente y la cual ha estado enamorada de él desde que tiene uso de razón.

Older man/younger woman romance. Colt and Cassidy were a great couple. They had a great chemistry between them. It was nice to see how they were in the future in the epilogues. Great read and I can’t wait to read more from this author.

Colt fell for Cassidy when she was 18, now that she is back from college, sparks are flying between them. What will happen when it is time to tell her father that his daughter and friend are together? Fast-paced with lots of steam and plenty of drama. Great chemistry and an entertaining read. I liked it.

This is a great book to read. The characters are well developed and engaging and the chemistry is instant. The storyline has a hot alpha male and sassy female whose chemistry is undeniable.

So this was a free ARC copy from my favorite author to read for plus booksprout for my voluntary honest review of this read and I so enjoyed it! I just couldn't put it down til I finished it because I had to see how it ended for these two lovebirds. It had a great storyline and great characters to read about, plus its so sizzling hot to boot!!! If you like reading about older men and younger women falling head over heels for each other, then go get this one and enjoy this great read! *Spoilers Tag-Cassidy, Colt is my dad's best friend, but I want him regardless. I received this book with the understanding that I could leave a voluntary and honest review.
In this book we meet Cassidy Chisum and Colt Cerrone. Cassidy has know the kind of man she has wanted for more years than she can think of. The thing is though she isn't sure this same man sees her the same way. Things changed some on her 18th birthday but still nothing from this man. So off she went to 4 years of college but now she has graduated and she is ready to get the man she has always wanted. Colt knew that the thoughts in his head should never be for his best friends daughter. He has done his part though and stayed away from her even though all he wanted was to drag her close. She is done with college now though and he is determined to get his woman and make her his forever, if he could only figure out how to tell this to his best friend. Will these two get the HEA they are hoping for or will her dad stand in their way?
This is another amazing hit by this author. It is a little small town mixed with big dreams. It does have its ups and downs I really want to tell you about. However I don't want to ruin the story for any other readers. I will say this book will suck you in from the first word and not let go till the very end. I would highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.

Another great read.
Colt let her go four years ago so she could live her life, now she's back and he is done waiting.
Cassidy has only ever loved one person called her father's best friend. She believed he never saw her as more than the little girl that would tag along with her father and him. She went to college graduated never been kissed never been touched by another man when she got back home she made sure she flaunted herself in front of him even took a job right down the street bar tending. When he realize she was back and she's all grown up he decided the time was up he was staking his claim. The stories full of blundering nerves on both sides a little action mishap with 4 guys that are wanted by the police and guns, knives and fists. Cassidy did not feel safe until Colt took care of them. That starts their relationship from that point on. Her father did not take well to their relationship at 1st it only took him a few days to come around. They got engaged they got married they started a family. The story is not sweet it's not steamy it somewhere in between .

Cassidy had just returned from college and she only had one plan. To get Colt!! He might be her dad's best friend but she cant stop the feelings she has for him and now is the time for action.
Even if it was a bit underhanded she was going to use her body for Colt to finally see that she is a woman and not the little girl who left.
Colt had wanted Cassidy for four years ever since she had turned 18. Something happened at her 18th birthday party but He knew not to act on it then, she had her whole life ahead for her and she needed need her dads best friend making a play for her. But she was back and 4 years of waiting seemed long enough!
I am such a massive fan of instalove read and this one felt magical. They knew what they wanted and went after it. To have the confidence and belief that they were right for each other. Cassidy and Colt are just so right for each other. Their love is strong and passionate even go as far to say explosive it is just lush!!! What a fantastic read. i read this book as part of an arc program. This the older man/ younger woman romance between Cassidy and Colt. Cassidy returns home after college and she wants to get the attention of her father's best friend Colt. Cassidy has always had a crush on Colt and she knows she wants to be with him. Colt noticed Cassidy on her 18th birthday, but he wanted to wait until she finished college and returned home before he made it known she was his. Cassidy took a job at the local bar and when she was harassed by a couple of customers who were trying to take advantage of her, Colt came to her rescue and told her how he felt about her. Now Colt had to tell her father how he felt about Cassidy and hope for his blessing. I really liked this story. I love an strong older man who knows what he wants and will do anything to get it. Colt was so protective of Cassidy and he really didn't care if anyone approved. Another good one.

Wow brilliant read Colt full alpha male knows what he wants he will get it he has been waiting four years her Cassidy. Cassidy has returned home from college and wants Cole to notice her she has loved him for a long time now but was sure he only saw her as his best friends daughter well she wants more now. Cole goes to find Cassidy at her new job at the bar but when he walks in the scene he sees is Cassidy with a terrified look on her face and a bottle going towards her head. Cole has never acted so fast to remove the four threats to his girl the men drop one by one as he disarms and knocks them out. Cassidy is shaken and Cole takes her straight back to his where she belongs. Cassidy comes home from college and Colt knows that he won't be able to resist her anymore. Cassidy has always had feelings for her dad's best friend but never thought he would ever return those feelings. Then one night when she was working at the bar and some guys got rough Colt came to her rescue. They ended up back at his place and once he knew that she wanted him just as much as he wanted her Colt claimed her. However what would her father say about them being together? Can they manage with the age difference?
This is an amazing story once I started it I couldn't put it down. The chemistry between them is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

I really liked this story. Loved how the characters knew what they wanted and were willing to be patient to get what they wanted instead of settling.
Cassidy wants to be with her dad's best friend. He's a man that works with his hands and she wants to feel his calloused fingers on her curves, now and forever.

I enjoyed this instant love story! It's cute, sweet, fun and of course over the top. It's an older man and dad's best friend with a much younger lady story. Colt's best friend's daughter has recently returned from college and he is doing everything he can do to be patient and make her his. Cassidy is doing everything she can to make Colt see her as more than just a child. Until their chemistry ignites and he goes super alpha, possessive and "mine" wanting to protect her and be with her. Of course, she is every bit willing and wants him as well. It's a cute story with a HEA!

This was an enjoyable read. It was a quick read that was hot and steamy and left me in a melting puddle. It was easy to read and I couldn’t put it down. It was a page turner that had me hooked from the start. It is an older man and younger woman romance. He is the dads best friend. It is set out in the country with him running his own saddle making business.

I've read a lot of books written by Flora Ferrari; she has done a great job at writing a good book; she is one of my favorite authors. I can’t wait to read more of books her books.
The story line caught my attention at the very beginning and kept me interested throughout the entire book.

I thoroughly enjoyed the book and look forward to reading any future publications; keep up all the great writing .An exciting and very sexy book... A nice short story with over the top protection of an older man for a younger woman. Collecting blows from your best friend because you want to claim his daughter says enough about the depth of his love for her.
What I just don't find credible is that a 39 year old man has never had sex with a woman, but it sounds good
