✨The book "Write to Speak: How to go from blank page to speaking on stage is a book penned by the author Mike Acker. This is a very beneficial and extremely advantageous book about public speaking. The thing of stage fear of speaking, not being able to speak in front of a large number of people is very common among people.
✨It's not effortless for some people to publicly speak and to help those people author MIKE ACKER has jotted down this incredible book to exist as a perfect handy source for you. It helps you to walk through some of the basics of speaking and tutors you on how to formulate a wonderful presentation.

✨This book is a unicorn in the community of self help books on stage fear and it delivers on the promise of the title. I am just really amazed by the work of the author to pen down such a remarkable book.
Write to Speak is about how to properly do public speaking. It is separated into five parts, each teaching you about something different. I liked Mike Acker's writing as he came up with good analogies for the different things he was focusing on for every part. The book included diagrams that helped me understand his thinking. For the most part, this book was easy to follow and interestingly written. The part on "Planning the Takeoff" was especially memorable and it helped me quite a bit. I would recommend this book to people who are going to do a presentation as this book helps a lot. All in all, this was a great book, even for its short size.
An Idiot's ... or Expert's Guide to Speech Writing
This is easily the best and shortest book on speech writing I own. Though I have delivered countless speeches and listened to hundreds, each section of this book delivered something new that I can apply the next time I’m called to the podium. The author offers practical steps, explains the purpose of each speech element, covers the type of speeches aimed for different audiences, gives examples of opening hooks ... If I could only own one speech writing book it would be this one.
This is a very thoughtful, step-by-step guide to get clear on what you’re presenting and specifics on how to do it and in what order. It will increase your confidence, and this process can be used for live speaking events or preparing for creating a video or course or anything you will be presenting, perhaps even writing a book. Well done! Thank you.
This small book shows you HOW TO WRITE A SPEECH, how to craft a talk, or HOW TO PREPARE A PRESENTATION. Write to Speak is a simple guide to creating content to connect with your audience.
This book gives you a clear plan to become a better speaker. It introduces you to the many pains of people trying to become a better speaker and offers assistance to help solve that problem.
This book helped me so much in overcoming my dear of public speaking, along with the author's other book Speak with No Fear. Information in this book seems so fundamental and valuable for anyone who wants to speak with confidence and conviction.
I mean, I can’t complain, it gets the job done. A little underwhelming in terms of what I expected out of the methodology, but simultaneously good enough to go ahead on.
Write to Speak was incredibly helpful to me as I was preparing a presentation I gave earlier this month. It’s super short—straight and to the point. The author walks you through how to prepare your speech or presentation from start to finish.
I used this method as I was working on my presentation and I will refer back to this book any time I ned to prepare a presentation in the future.
If you do any type of speaking, this book is a handy resource!
This book is really helpful! The preparation and drafting of the draft are very important. Before making an outline for our presentation, we should find the answer to the 4 questions: Why? who? What? Who? The author also says the purpose of a presentation is not for ourselves, but because it helps anything to the listener. The book suggests step by step to make a good presentation, attract listeners as well as avoiding unnecessary mistakes in a speech. This is really a book worth reading to practice your speaking and speaking skills in public. I would highly recommend!
