Ensimmäinen suomenkielinen tietokirjani, Buddhan hipaisu, on ilmestynyt tammikuussa 2020 (Atena). Kerron siinä omasta polustani buddhalaisuuden pariin sekä buddhalaisuuden muutamista perusopeista ja huomioistani. Mukana on paljon erilaisia harjoituksia (esim. meditaatio, naikan, tonglen ja metsäterapia). Buddhalaisuuden opit antavat tukea normaalin elämän arkisissa haasteissa (lastenkasvatuksen tai parisuhteen haasteista työstressiin ja jopa yksinäisyyteen).

A Finnish non-fiction writer with books written both for the Finnish and international markets.

I have written books on Finland and the Finnish life & society initially been for the Japanese market (three books so far), and two of them have also been translated into Korean (South Korea) and Mandarin Chinese (Taiwan). The Korean edition of "My Time", on finding family-work life balance in the Finnish way, has come out in South Korea in February 2020 (http://www.yes24.com/Product/Goods/87...).

My first non-fiction book for the Finnish market, "Buddhan hipaisu", was published in the early 2020 and it introduces some basic Buddhist concepts and many practices for keeping the mind open and focused on the present moment (includes meditation practice examples and many other Asian mind-training practice instructions).
