This book is a great resource for anyone who works with youth in a religious setting. It starts from a perspective that being LGBTQ+ must be welcomed and affirmed but is written from those who are just beginning to understand what it means to be welcoming and affirming. Lots of useful information regardless of where your church is in the process of becoming more welcoming and affirming.

Some "guide" books end up being more focused on theory than application, but this is not one of those. Clearly organized, helpful, research-based, and practical. Exceeded expectations.
