'Connections' is an anthology of short m2m love stories. Some of them are spicy and fun to read. They make good bedtime stories for readers who are at least 14+ years old, possibly older. These stories contain sex scenes, so maturity considerations come in to play with that age recommendation. For the editing sticklers out there, be forewarned, several typos and grammar issues have the probability of causing nightmares. For readers who read simply for enjoyment, in all likelihood, this book will provide that entertainment value, and maybe even thirsting for more...

So there were 16 stories in this one. I read them at random intervals as a supplement (stark contrast) to mr. w [Ed: Wodehouse]. They were all readable, though some more than others. With the exception of one, which was actually rather well-done and horribly sad, they were mostly an excuse for lonely females to unleash their closeted passions upon the world in the form of unabashed buttsex. (I'm so sorry, that sentence should never have come into being.) Er. well. There may have been one male author in amongst the L.J.'s and J.G.'s. Anyway. I mostly got it because the cover was so horrendously awful and I have a penchant for covers that scream in the agony of their own self-awareness.

A collection of romantic/erotic short stories from Iris Press. A really enjoyable read: the editors did a good job of pulling together different flavors of stories, so there's different time periods, different kinds of relationships, different genres. My favorite was "Learning the Hard Way" by K.C. Warwick. It had a spaceship setting reminiscent of Firefly, a protagonist I really liked, a romantic partner I adored, and great style.

Sixteen stories of all flavours of boys' love, some of them more enjoyable than others. Not all of them have sex, and not all the ones with sex have sexual tension, but the diversity of characters, settings, relationship, and tenor makes this a worthwhile read. My favourite story is "A Different Magic" by J.G. Williams. And not just because the author is a friend. :-)
