I have dozens of excellent books on Islam and Islamism, yet I learned from reading this brief 90-page primer on the role of the mosque in Muslim thought and practice. The authors are authorities in Islamic jurisprudence. They provide quotations from recognized Islamic authorities. I would like every American to read this book to be made aware of the challenge to American multiculturalism that the mosque can represent if allowed its political aims.

A good book for someone completely unfamiliar with basic Islam, but not for someone seeking more detailed information about the role of mosques. However, in the material it does cover, it is very clear and well documented. The language style is a bit difficult for Westerners in some places, since the original syntax is un-English.
