Joseph Wilson puts all the aspects of the Abundant Life in a clear, easy-to-read format that we can use to change our thinking right away. He explains why the 'religious' dogma we're raised to believe may be false and teaches us a fresh way to apply the scripture to our lives. We can apply these principles right away. This book is based on scripture and solid.

Joseph takes a holistic approach; fusing six aspects of who we are and shows us how we can put these all together to become exactly who God created us to be. We need to believe and apply what God believes about us.

I think this book would be great for a group or individual study. He includes great self-reflection questions at the end of every chapter; questions that really get us thinking and challenges us to be open and honest with ourselves. I will be referring to this book over and over as a refresher in my own life.

My Cup is On Overflow

I like a book that challenges me to examine my walk with Christ. The frame work that's discussed can easily be stand alone studies. I especially appreciated the journal prompts that drew me into a conversation with God. Highly recommended ✊🏼🔥
