This one is definitely staying on my office shelf. If you know any new moms this would amazing for them if they're foodies or the health conscious mom. It's written in a way that is easy to understand (trust no nutrition degree needed).

Surprisingly good and helpful! Covers pregnancy through age 6, and is overall pretty sensible. I find it overly cautious on a few points like deli meat in pregnancy and life of leftovers and no popcorn before age 4, but those are standard dietician lines and not unexpected. I really appreciate the emphasis on Satter’s Division of Responsibility, and Intuitive Eating. The thing that struck me the most: snacks are not the same as treats. Snacks are for filling nutritional gaps. It’s inspired me to cut down my added sugars each day to 50g or less (as much as possible)
