I checked out the audiobook version of this "book" through my library's bonus borrows for the month. It had the same cover, but was titled, "Your Best Self: Living with Change - and Loving It".
It didn't sound like a book; but just a woman talking about change and how it's natural and needed. There is nothing new or earth-shattering here and spoiler alert - you need to change your perspective about change and perspective.
