Formerly an Executive Director for Johnson & Johnson, James is now based in Lausanne, Switzerland, where he is CEO and Founder of Kaleidoscope International Sarl, a supply chain consultancy focused on significantly improving its customers' profitability and enhancing business operations successfully. Kaleidoscope International, via its Supply Chain Mastery Academy division, also offers differentiated supply chain learning and development training that accelerates the transformation of individuals and organizations across the supply chain.

James has drawn on his many years of international travel and business-focused supply chain expertise to create a suspense-filled action-driven novel with vivid characters that is a pleasure to read for readers of all ages. The storyline is both intriguing and creatively crafted, seamlessly incorporating supply chain principles. I found the insights into the industry and Ghana to be particularly valuable and enlightening.
