Informative look at the 11th sign of the Zodiac: Aquarius. With her book "Zodiac Signs: Aquarius," author-astrologist Taylor Moon mixes both her general and intimate knowledge of what characterizes an Aquarius, and illustrates the many Aquarian traits a male or female might have if they were born between January 19th and February 18th, as well as examples of how an Aquarian might fare in this or that relationship or situation.

Yes, "Zodiac Signs: Aquarius" may not be the greatest book on the subject. In going through the pages of the book, one wonders whether Taylor Moon was writing about and for Aquarians, or whether the tome was made for those parents, girlfriends, boyfriends or spouses of Aquarians, or whether "Zodiac Signs: Aquarius" is really just about the author herself with her passion for social activism and Oprah Winfrey. In addition "Zodiac Signs: Aquarius" is curiously (and absurdly) repetitive, so much so that it made me stop a number of times to check and see if I had not mistakenly landed on a page I had previously read. Maybe the repetition of exact facts and phrases were meant to drive the points home, so that the reader would not forget? I don't know.

Despite its obvious and less-obvious shortcomings, I appreciated "Zodiac Signs: Aquarius" just the same. If you can get past the repetition, and the author projecting her own life and interests into the chapters, the book does offer some engaging insight as to what makes an Aquarius so...Aquarian, and what separates Aquarians from the other signs of the Zodiac, as well as in life.

This book is so repetitive, it probably could have been half as long and given the same amount of information.

Way too repetitive but it was spot on with Aquarians. When it said Aquarius’ would be a “purple haired weirdo” I felt very attacked. Haha.

It’s a cute book to give as a gift, but I found it repetitive. After the first couple sections I glossed over the rest seeing similar wording.

Very interesting and some stuff that made me think there may be something to astrology after all. Also other stuff that made me think it was BS. Definitely a fascinating and fun read.
