I paired the A Yogic Path deck with this Reflective Journal and pulled a card (almost) every day for a year. I feel accomplished & grateful for the journey taken through A Yogic Path this past year.
The cards are beautiful, the guide book is full of infinite wisdom + guidance, the journal helps tap into intuition + gratitude + learn the ebbs & flows of life.
I’ve considered picking up another journal to continue on another year journey with this deck but for now I am going to take a break and work through a few other journals for now.
I highly recommend the deck + the reflective journal for anyone looking for journal prompts, guidance, or to jump-start and/or deepen their spiritual practice.
When I picked up this guided journal from the bookshop, there was no clear indication that this "reflective" workbook was entirely based on the menstrual cycle. As a woman who does not menstruate, I find it completely unusable. Also, the tone of the lessons is incredibly distant from traditional yogic instruction. It's an issue of personal taste, but I don't want to attempt introspection with a prompt that includes a cringey "It's all you, boo!"
Nice journal with stickers in the back and comfortable to write in. I enjoyed writing and drawing a spread monthly, but the daily pages became boring because it was the same format every day. I stopped working with it.
Wonderful information here. Worth a read, love the cards as well very good for daily mantras and guide. I would recommend this for a gift for someone whom loves daily practice.
