Here are some invaluable lessons from his life on overcoming
Be confident. With unwavering faith in himself, Hanuman jumped across the ocean to find Sita in an unfamiliar land.
Say no to distractions. Absolute focus helped him prioritize his course of action.
Know your rivals. Competing with Surasa would be futile, so he realized that it was wiser to take on a humbler approach.
Are you confident and fearless enough to achieve your goals?

I have read all parts of "Ramayana - The Game of Life" by Shubha Vilas. There is a charm in Shubha Vilas's writing. His books can be read multiple ways 1) If you ignore footnotes and chapter's summary, you have a religious read. Consider it as a compact Valmiki Ramayana in English with the proper story flow 2) If you read only chapter summaries, you have anecdotes of successful personal, professional & spiritual life. 3) If you read the whole book, you have a complete combo of learning with entertainment. Well for me 3rd is the case. And instead of just reading I try to digest it. That's why I take more time to read his books.
Radiate Confidence has covered Sundarkand, the portion where Hanumana takes center stage. It contains details of Hanumana's adventures into Lanka. As most of us know what all happens during this visit, How Hanumana met Vibhishana, How he gave assurance to Devi Sita, and how he set Lanka on fire, so I am not giving more details. All these stories along with deep behavioral analysis of each character are covered in this book.
I have already provided general facts and marvel of Shubha Vilas, so not repeating it again. It is easy to read, learn from and apply in life. Just for information, If you are close followers of Shubha Vilas books you will find that this same the Game Of Life series was being promoted with different titles for first 3 volumes, with 4th volumes author had rebranded woke series with different title & covers. Well, I liked both concepts. Coming to the ratings nothing below 5 is justified for this book as well as series.
Radiate Confidence by Shubha Vilas is the fifth book of the Ramayana: The Game of Life series. I was sent the review copy very graciously by the author, who is also a spiritual and motivational speaker, and I am truly grateful.
The story continues from where the previous book ended.
Summary
The book begins with Hanuman's mighty leap to Lanka to look for Sita. On reaching Lanka, Hanuman doubts his ability to find Sita in an unknown land and of the challenges that lay ahead. But when Sita and Hanuman have a heart-to-heart talk, all desolation seem to dissipate. Her encouraging words are all that Hanuman needed to feel confident again and face the mighty Ravana.
The events in the Ramayana are explained as a way of life by the author and he suggests that if we can imbibe them even in a small way, we can find strength to face challenges.
The stories are mainly about how even the Gods are, sometimes, not sure about themselves and have doubts, much like us humans. The book, through several notes and explanations, teaches the reader how to confidently lead lives and garner confidence.
These books are a re-telling of the Sundara Kanda and in no way is boring or repetitive. Even if one is aware of the entire Ramayana, these books could be viewed as a different approach from which much can be discovered.
What I Liked
I love the footnotes in each page explaining the citations in the text. It is especially useful to someone who isn't well versed with Indian mythological stories.
There are notes, after each chapter, describing what one can learn from the happenings in the story and how to apply those in real life.
What I Did Not Like
Nothing.

Amaizing book. It is the book 5 of the Ramayana series by Shubha Vilas. I have read the whole series and it is so nice. I am 12 years old and I could benefit a lot from it. I will recommend it to everyone above 10. There is something to learn from it for the people of all the ages. The author has related all the stories from the Valmiki Ramayana with our lives. The footnotes in each page makes us relate the Ramayana better and also to apply the lessons. I loved the books. They are very beginner friendly.
You find episodes and incidents in this book that you don't find in any other version of this holy Ramayana. The analogies and comparisons help us to love and understand this divine epic even more.
I really enjoyed reading this book. The author provided his perspective in a very simple manner. Lessons and observations are excellent and great points
Some parts were amazing but most was simply an explanation of Sunderkand. Which was also incomplete. Lord Hanuman had a huge role in the entire Ramayana but only a small aspect was touched upon.
