Steffer has applied for a three-year course in the Academy. He did not ever notice that he had everything in that Academy. It supplied him with his first for-life set of friends; it supplied him with his first big feeling loss and desperation; it supplied him with his first love. He has feelings for Drimizle Hughes, a girl with whom he has accompanied in high school and is now determined to get into a relationship and romance. He had always admired her. In fact, she was the only girl that he liked that much. Within a span of few years, she had become important to him. She had literally become a part of his life. He did everything he had in his hands to make her his own. He did not want to force her by any means. However, many obstacles stood in his way of which he never knew of or had predicted anyway. A surprise too awaits him in his way. He gets to know that Drimizle is leaving the Academy and that he would get the next conversation with her as the last of any conversations. The most important person in his life was no going to be in his life anymore. Relive the emotions of this novel while journeying through love, friendship and grief. Experience the unusual love story full of turns, triangles and heartbreaks.

My Review: Some stories make our hearts and minds sway back in time with sweet nothings of high school and teenage. Such is the story 'Won't Let You Go, Won't Let You Down' written by a very young author Saumya Mathur.
The story is a small read which is also is sweet and relatable. There is so much to be improved in terms of writing, editing, and language. But from a youngster's point of view, the book is great to work on sharing one's own experiences. There is innocence, friendship, humor, emotions, and honesty in the author's storytelling skills.
What I like: 1. An honest and simple yet good plot line 2. The beauty of teen love is written in a very endearing manner 3. This story comes as a surprise from a very young author who is just 14years is an interesting point to be observed. 4. The heart of a sweet teen who experienced puppy love is very well illustrated. 5. There are many lines in the story that are nostalgic with every reader. 6. The pain and pleasure an innocent and true love aces due to pressures at that age are presented very well.
What I didn't like: Though a simple story, written nicely, few print mistakes that can be corrected in editing must have been taken care of. These acted as speed breakers during the story flow.
Characters: The characters in the story are relatable and every character is just so perfectly plotted that the reader will immediately get involved with every one of them.
Narration: A very sweet and engaging narration absolutely allures every reader.
Language & Grammar: A very fine and simple language with good grammar is used in the story.
My Final Verdict: A perfect tale of teenage love!

This book is a must read for those who miss teenage life, for those who are living it and for those who are going to leave it. It is suitable for all age groups. Genuinely, the story is bit slow moving with ups and downs but the humor and personalities of the characters grip you till the end. A boy who has friends, a comfortable life and a crush, faces his three years in a certain Academic institution. Must check it out!
