This book has been written by a woman who really knows how to be a woman.
Is it a self-help book? Yes, up to a point.
I like this explanation on Confidence:
"Confidence is the faith that you will be OK no matter the challenges you face."
... and the tips on how to deal with negative thoughts- I started wearing that elastic band right after reading the book.
Favorite quote: "If you pick up shit to throu at someone there is always a chance that you may not hit them but you will always have shit on you hands no matter what."
I'm really glad I had the chance to read this book.
