I enjoyed this box set and yes it was steamy. Hours of reading delight as it includes five full-length books. Included are: Accidental Surprise, The Perfect Match, Love Again, Marry Me Already and Forbidden Nanny. Gorgeous alpha males and the women they fall in love with. Surprise babies, second chances and tempting nannies. It's all here and guaranteed to steam up your Kindle. I read an arc via Booksprout and voluntarily chose to review.

Great story lines and characters, Awesome !! Loved this boxset. The storylines were so interesting that it had me turning pages in anticipation of where it would lead . I was very intrigued with the characters in the stories. Simply awesome . Definitely recommend this boxset to anyone looking for great reads. I would recommend to others. Worth the read and the money!

I enjoyed this book set of five stories even though they all seem the same, but since that is just my opinion, I recommend reading the books! It took me a while to get through them all as the stories are somewhat similar, so I need a little time between them, but I do recommend the box set!

*** Reviewing “ACCIDENTAL SURPRISE” ***
Emily Andrews looked out at the dreary, gray sky of New York City. She had no idea about her future now. At one time, she had it all planned out. Attend school in New York City; intern at the top fashion houses in the world and make connections; with a degree, launch her own line with a little financial help from her wealthy parents. It had moved along perfectly well, until her father lost all his money in a bad investment. Now even her scholarship wouldn’t pay the tuition to reach her dreams. She was going home to help her parents move into a two-bedroom condo since the mansion had to be sold. She would have to get a job in New York, find roommates -- but one way or the other, she would make it on her own. She was so close to getting her degree.
Patrick Manning, former NHL Player now a billionaire businessman, wandered through Saratoga Springs, but very little had changed over the years. Waiting for his business partner, Jonah, to meet him for dinner at the restaurant, his mind kept going to Emily and how much he missed her. He and Jonah were having a dinner meeting to discuss a magazine shoot for “hometown kid makes it big”, but he thought it was all stupid. He just wanted to get it done and get out of town again. Being here let him know he actually hadn’t healed from his broken heart as he had thought he had!
Emily tried to pack or throw away the items in her room, but everything reminded her of Patrick and she finally called Alyssa to go have a drink. Patrick was likewise trying to work, but he couldn’t stay focused and finally got so restless that he needed to go out, maybe for a drink. Elliott recognized him and came up to say hi. Alyssa, who had always had a crush on him, threw herself into his arms. When Emily looked into his eyes, it was as if nothing had changed. Their attraction was as strong as ever, despite her walking out on him and ripping out his heart. She had told him it would never work, they were from different worlds where she had money and he didn’t. Now the tables had turned! She went outside to get a lift, but Patrick came up behind her and said he would take her home, linking his arm with hers. He didn’t know her family situation yet, so when he asked about the sale sign, she thought he was mocking and she stormed into the mansion.
Knowing how talented Emily is, Patrick called to offer her a job helping with his wardrobe on the photo shoot at a premium pay scale since it was a last-minute request. She did a great job and they were able to get the shots they needed. So the next day, Patrick stopped by the mansion to offer Emily a job as head designer for his company’s new line of outdoor clothing. He knew he was difficult to work with, since his name went on the product. But he had confidence in her. Could they really work together despite their painful past? And even better, could this be a new beginning for two people who still loved each other?
This was a wonderful story. I loved Patrick all the way through. Emily not so much, but she learned the hard way what really matters in life. She will have to deal with a threat from someone who doesn’t want her in Patrick’s life. And there are other surprises still to come. Can she turn to Patrick? Can they build something even stronger and put the bad behind them?
This box set is full of really good stories for your enjoyment. Grab a copy and surround yourself with love!

Accidental Surprise
Emily is coming home to help her parents pack up and move because they need to down size due to losing their money in a Ponzi Scheme. She hates the thought of what's to become of them now but knows that they'll manage. On her first night back in town she runs into her old high school sweetheart Patrick. Patrick is back in town for a photo shoot on himself a rags to riches thing. He is stunned when he sees Emily and he is also surprised to learn the hardships that her family is now going through. He wants to help her so he offers her a job and sparks reignited between them as they work together. Will working together bring them back together romantically? Or will it make things worse between them?
Love Again
Grace is a single mom that wants to work her schedule around taking care of her daughter and having some down time with her. So having a permanent job isn't something she is looking for right now. After her last job she lands a refer to Caden and it seems like the perfect place for her and Grace agrees to a permanent position as his assistant. However what she didn't expect was for travel to come into play. Caden understood that she had a daughter and he thought he had everything fix when he found someone to stay with Ella but Grace acted weird. Grace worries that she might be rushing into a job with Caden because of how he makes her feel. Can Caden show her that they can make both a business and personal relationship work?
Forbidden Nanny
Christian is a divorced father and a hard working professor. When his ex-wife ends up going away for the summer for an archeological dig Christian gets their son for the summer. He tells his best friend that he'll need some help with him because of getting everything done for his tenor and an article he is working on. Hollie needs a job so she can save some money for school so when her brother mentions being a live in nanny for Christina it seems like the perfect job. When she meets His son and his ex wife things go smoothly. Things between her and Christian heat up and she starts to think maybe there can be something between them but he pushes her away. Just when she starts to move on from it he draws her back in making her think they'll work however this time her brother catches them. Will Christian push her away again? Can Christian see that Hollie is what he needs?
These are three of the five stories you'll read in this collection. each one brings its own aspect to draw you into the story. This is a well written and very entertaining box set. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

This is a wonderful boxed set that contains five full length stories each story is different enough that you can read them one after another without feeling same story different name which sometimes happens with box sets I will review each book separately.

They where schoolyard sweethearts until she dumped so she could travel now this rich girl is back to pack up her parents after they lost all their money and who should she run into but her ex Who is now extremely wealthy He offers her a job after hearing of her families plight Will they get a chance to rekindle old feelings and get a HEA this time.
LOVE AGAIN
She needs to work but she needs a job that she can wok around her daughter Caden seems like the perfect answer until he needs her to travel Yes he may of organised a carer for her daughter but Grace has to wonder if her feelings for her boss are colouring her decisions. Can he convince her that they can have both a professional and personnel relationship
FORBIDDEN NANNY
Christian a hard working professor knows that he will need someone to help with his son ever the summer break So when his friend suggest his younger sister Hollie he sees it has the perfect answer He remembers her as quite young woman so she would be perfect Hollie sees this as the perfect opportunity to earn some money before attending grad school What Christian didn't expect was that the quite girl he remembered is now all woman and the attraction between them is instant they may fight it but eventually they will give in Do they have nay chance at a future when they will have to contend with the age difference her brother and her about to return to school. I think it is hard to write a review for a boxed set. But I’m going to get it a go.
Book one: ACCIDENTAL SURPRISE - This book was one I had read before I got the boxed set, so I knew the story line ahead of time. The second read was just as good as the first. The story is about Emily and a ‘second chance’ with her first love, Patrick. The story line is solid. Lots of twists and turns. It held my interest to the very end. The book had everything I like in a good read: a little heat, surprises, twists and turns, and of course an HEA. 5 Stars from me.
Book two: THE PERFECT MATCH – I had not read this one before. It was a wonderful story. I fell in love with the characters. Clara finds a clerk in a store to act as “Blake” her fake boyfriend to take to lunch so that her mother see’s how well her meet up app is going. Fake Blake turns out to be a rich chef named Adrian. The story progresses with a great story line and even greater characters. It goes without saying that I absolutely enjoyed this one! 5 Stars from me.
Book three: LOVE AGAIN – This was one of my favorites. Not that I’m encouraging you to skip the first two books! Caden hires Grace as a part time assistant to help keep him organized. The story line is solid and fun. The characters are well thought out and endearing. As always Annie J. Rose knocks it out of the ballpark with this one. 5 Stars from me.
Book four: MARRY ME ALREADY - okay, changed my mind…. This was one of my favorites. Well, maybe I could have five favorites—just this once. Wes needs a nanny. Wes hires Cheyenne. Sparks fly. Heat ensues. Love starts to bloom. Kidnapping takes place. Threw you for a loop with that one, didn’t I? Gotta read the book! This story has everything in it that makes a great book. Trust me! 5 Stars from me.

After a re-read, I wondered why. The story was solid, and the characters were great. I think, quite frankly, it was because I had read one to many Dad meets Nanny books in a row. So, blame me for that not the author. The book still carries the same components that we readers have come to love in all of Annie J. Rose’s work, greatness and pleasure in reading. Hence, the BOX SET still gets a 5-star rating from me.

I am always delighted to read Annie J Rose’s work. Sinful Desires is a box set of five previously released stories. It’s a great introduction to this author if you haven’t read her previously, or just a great way to read more from her if you have. Overall this was a great set, all have HEA’s but are their own stories. They have different themes but all feature great chemistry.
I would have to say that out of them all Accidental Surprise is my favorite (actually my favorite Annie J Rose book to date) and Forbidden Nanny was my least favorite of the bunch.
Accidental Surprise: 5 stars: We have a little spin on the second chance romance. How many times is it the girl who breaks a heart and walks away? The characters are vibrant and the entire story has a wonderful flow to it.
The Perfect Match: 4 stars: The characters here were great. Clara pays Adrian to pretend to be her boyfriend but she’s in for a big surprise when she fins out who he really is. Their chemistry felt organic and had some nice humor.

Forbidden Nanny: 3.5 stars: This one had so much potential and all the makings of a great story. To me it just go boring, it was too long and the story didn’t move along at a great pace. That being said I know other people who love this story so it comes down to preference.

I would have to say that out of them all Accidental Surprise is my favorite (actually my favorite Annie J Rose book to date) and Forbidden Nanny was my least favorite of the bunch.
Accidental Surprise: 5 stars: We have a little spin on the second chance romance. How many times is it the girl who breaks a heart and walks away? The characters are vibrant and the entire story has a wonderful flow to it.
The Perfect Match: 4 stars: The characters here were great. Clara pays Adrian to pretend to be her boyfriend but she’s in for a big surprise when she fins out who he really is. Their chemistry felt organic and had some nice humor.

This is a great series. Each book is written to the characters and what they are going through. There are 5 different stories and each with their own HEA. I got the chance to read 2 of these as part of an ARC program. Below are my reviews from those 2 books. However, the other 3 books that I had not previously read but have now read are beautifully written with amazing characters and chemistry. The author has a way of getting you to root for the couples.

His best friend recommends his sister, Hollie. She is saving money for graduate school. The romance blossoms between the two of them. They have to decide if the romance is long term or just for the summer. The characters have amazing chemistry. The story flows smoothly. The author does a nice job of wrapping up the story.

Patrick and Emily old high school sweethearts meet up again by chance and their situations have reversed, he is now a billionaire while her family has been taken by a Ponzi scheme. But fate doesn’t care about who’s wealthy, all they have to figure out is can they work together and forget about the past, or can they mean something to one another again. Not to mention the possibility of someone trying to sabotage their HEA.
Book 2
Clara and Adrian are an absolute joy to read, they have such great banter off each other. This book was my favorite out of the collection. I loved how Adrian helped Clara with confidence and standing up to her witch of a mom. Truly a fun book to read.
Book 3
Grace and Caden this book had so much emotion and heart written into these characters, you could practically hear their hearts breaking. It was rather surprising to see how much emotion was shown from the guys point of view willing to go so far to the girls he wants.
Book 5
Christian is in desperate need of a nanny over the summer for his son, in steps his best friend sister Hollie. Everything starts out with good intentions, but they both soon realize the attraction they have for one another. The writing of this story was thoughtful, mature and caring for these characters. It was nice to read how they each cared for each other, but still took on the responsibilities of work, school, life and love in order to get their HEA.

. ACCIDENTAL SURPRISE - Very good. My first book by this author and I really liked it. It is a second chance romance with a heroine, Emily, that went from rich to having nothing and a hero, Patrick who went from being poor to being wealthy.
THE PERFECT MATCH- Cute meet, she grabbed the first man she saw and hired him to be her fake boyfriend to get her mother off her back, It was fake for about an hour and it fooled her mother. But wait! There is more, much more.
LOVE AGAIN – It has great potential, however, there is too much repetition. Grace, the h is obsessed with the fact that she wants to keep the H, Caden, from her daughter. The author repeats this …..... Great plot, loved Caden.
MARRY ME ALREADY – Wes's wife died leaving him devastated and with a little girl to raise. He hired Cheyenne as a nanny. There is nerve-racking danger, a second chance for love, happiness. Loved how Cheyenne had a calming influence and could help Wes become a better man.
FORBIDDEN NANNY - I really liked Christian and Hollie's story. The more they tried to deny their feelings for the other, the more they wanted each other. Hollie, Christian, and Richie are lovable realistic characters, well-paced, well written.
Overall four-star rating.

Accidental Surprise
This was a nice fun sexy read. The climactic part wasn't hard to figure out. And Santa will have a new meaning for you! Definitely worth a read!
The Perfect Match
This was a cute and quick read. Enjoyed Adrian's character, but Clara was a bit annoying. She needed to stand up to her Mom a long time ago and not be quite so immature.
Though I must say, the cooking demonstration was rather enjoyable!

Caden was quite the wimpy Alpha...if that is how he was supposed to be written as. And while I understood Clara's point about leaving Ella, I got rather tired of her constantly whining about it every 5 seconds! Caden couldn't sneeze without her claiming he did it to force her to travel!
Ella was adorable though! Smart, but not the genius level that most authors seem to think all kids need to be in these books!

A quick read! Very fast story with some suspense and over the top family life. Sunny seemed more bratty at times than spirited though.

I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of theses books. Great Job on the collection of books. A couple of the stories I had reviewed before and I thought the rest of the collections was a great deal for me to get. You have Emily and Patrick reuniting after years apart. Coming back home where it all started in the first place. Patrick has succeeding in life where Emily dreams came tumbling down.
Caden and Grace are working together but he wants to make a personal and professional commitment. Grace has a daughter too.
Christian and Hollie. You know how that works out when you have a child and you needs someone to look after them while you are working. Hollie needs a job so she goes to work for Christian. You have the brother to Hollie that mention the job to her. Its a back and forward with these two,

There are five books to this collection: 1. Accidental Surprises; 2. The Perfect Match; 3. Love Again; 4 Marry Me Already; and 5. Forbidden Nanny. Each book has its own theme, if it is not about baby sisters, roles reversing but providing a second chance, it is to an instant family by providing a second chance for some while providing a new beginning to others. Whenever there are kids involve like in books 3-5, you know it is going to be wonderful. There is a bit of drama in each book, but it is well played. I hate to admit but I love the books with children in it, but I have to say Accidental Surprises was one of my favorites, I always say a person is known for what they achieve in life on their own, not living off of someone else. Being a spoiled brat has its consequences and Emily learned that the hard way. Her family losing everything and the one that loved her regardless of her fortune, but was poor became the billionaire in this story saving her instead. Again, each book is great and has its own happy ending.

This is a box set of five romances that I can really recommend. The stories are all full length and individually different even though some have the same theme - i.e. the nanny theme, but who is counting ? Not me, the stories were good each of them, the storylines were there, the characters were there, and then what I always appreciate really much, there were really really really few typos and errors in sentences as far as I could see. There were actually only I could count three or four in all of the stories, and they were all in the same story!!! So clearly something tiny has slipped through that one but in a box set of five stories, this is totally miniscule!!! I sent those to the author if he / she wants to check and see if there are inddeed errors there or not. But I loved them all, one I had just recently read and reviewd but the other four I was reading for the first time. At least I can with a great conscience say that I can recommend this box set for all who want good romances.

He is in town for a photo shoot for his upcoming rags to riches. He finds out about her families situation and offers her a job which gets sparks flying between them again.

This is when she is referred to Caden but is a permanent position as a assistant for him which she can not refuse even thought she did not want one then travel came into play. The storyline is fast pace, well though-out, funny, witty, and emotionally deep with an amazing twist. The characters are likeable; their chemistry is potent and off the charts. Lots of Alpha Men you can get Sinful with
Sinful Desires box set is a solid collection of Alpha men that are most definitely sinfully delicious. There are 5 full length stories with a wide assortment of genres, so something for everyone basically who likes modern romance.
A couple of these books I have read previously and a couple were new to me, so just concentrated on reading the new ones. i enjoyed each of the stories as they each had their own sweet and tartness to them.
I would definitely recommend this box set to add to your Kindle library. You don't have to read them all at the same time but you can keep coming back to them for a solid read.

So many hours of reading, both fun and hot. A good combination of stories that didn’t felt like repetition. They all had their own thing.

It was a fun read. Had a little different touch that I appreciated. Hollie and Christian had some real chemistry, even if I thought that they both worried a little too much sometimes.

These books are all classic Annie J. Rose.
Fun easy reads with improbable situations and plenty of heat.
I would not be able to pick out a favorite since each one is good in slightly different ways. Although when reading them in a boxed set there is some repetition that probably would not be noticed if read individually.

I truly enjoy this Sinful Desire box set!!! The title alone is true to its word!!! Lots of sinful actions, with crazy desire!!! This set will keep you entertained and hooked with so so much more!!! All the books are standalone and is written to perfection!! Loved it!! This is definitely a keeper!!! Especially when you want to read it to get that heartwarming depth with spice!! A must have!!

Previously released stories all in one set. I enjoyed each story and some were a bit better than others. Accidental Surprise is 5 star worthy. The Perfect Match is 4.5. Marry Me Already is a solid 4. Love Again is a 5 star and Forbidden Nanny is a 3.5. I do recommend this box set highly as you will get your monies worth and these are just my thoughts. You may enjoy some stories more or less than I did but regret is not something you will feel with this in your collection!!

Sinful Desires is a collection of 5 of Annie J. Rose's books. I found them fun and easy to read. If you are looking for some escapism from the sweltering heat outside. Grab this collection and keep a nice cool glass of lemonade by your side.
I've only finished one so far but will come back tomorrow when I've pulled myself out the books and let you know how much I like them.

Sinful Desires is a steamy box set of five full length standalone novels and great summer reads. Each book has couples that deal with life's problems and the twists and turns involved to get their HEA. This was my first time reading this author and I do plan on reading more of her books in the future. Sexy alphas, beautiful strong women and plenty of heat make for some great summertime reading. I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book.

This was a great 5 book collection of stand alone romances with HEAs. Each one was completely different so they didn't follow a cookie cutter story line. I liked some more that others, but that's not surprising since they were all different. The characters were well developed and the romance plots were well thought out.
