I can’t say there was anything. I disliked in this book. The author keeps it simple and gives you the necessary basics to get started in the business of process serving. The books doesn’t bog you down with legal details-just what you really need to know, and he gives references along the way. It’s a quick read. I highly recommend it.

I would definitely recommend this book. It was very informative and resourceful. The author goes into detail on the "insider knowledge" of the industry that you would think it's common sense, but in reality it isn't. Great book.
