About the author

Victoria Pinder grew up in Irish Catholic Boston before moving to the Miami sun. She’s worked in engineering, after passing many tests proving how easy Math came to her. Then hating her life at the age of twenty four, she decided to go to law school. Four years later, after passing the bar and practicing very little, she realized that she hates the practice of law. She refused to one day turn 50 and realize she had nothing but her career and hours at a desk. After realizing she needed change, she became a high school teacher. Teaching is rewarding, but writing is a passion.
During all this time, she always wrote stories to entertain herself or calm down. Her parents are practical minded people demanding a job, and Victoria spent too many years living other people’s dreams, but when she sat down to see what skill she had that matched what she enjoyed doing, writing became so obvious. The middle school year book when someone wrote in it that one day she’d be a writer made sense when she turned thirty.
Besides her full time job of teaching, in 2013 and 2014, she sold on her own sold books to three different publishers. The Zoastra Affair, Chaperoning Paris, Borrowing the Doctor, and Electing Love will be published from Soul mate Publishing. Mything the Throne will be published with Double Dragon Ebooks. Favorite Coffee, Favorite Crush will be published with Jupiter Press.
Now she is represented by Dawn Dowdle of Blue Ridge Literary Agency and she hopes to continue selling her novels that she writes. Moving up to the next level from hard work and determination is rewarding, and partnerships bring new opportunities.
Also she’s the Vice President of Progams for the Florida Romance Writers. She’s gone to multiple conferences and intends to continue. She learns and meets so many people at conferences. Before writing, her father had taken her to many star trek conventions and on her own she grew up as the only girl in the 90s at the comic book store. Science Fiction was her first love, but contemporary romance was her second. She’s sticking with contemporaries for the near future.

Nicole has created quite the following on her blog that covers life, love and everything in between. She has been hired by the King of a country in Europe to help reform his son’s image and it couldn’t have come at a better time when some private information about her is exposed on her site.

Ryder is not content with his life either personally or professionally which has led to some destructive behavior. He is less than impressed when he finds out about his father’s plan and their first meeting was a disaster. After that encounter they decide to work together as a marriage of convenience would allow them both to reach their dreams for the future but when the parameters of their relationship change will it end in heartbreak or happy ever after?

Both Ryder and Nicole are trying to measure up to the expectations of others but in each other they find someone who loves them exactly as they are.

I loved this book. It is a book you can let yourself believe that fairytales can come true even to every day people. Nicole is very brave to put herself out to the public with her blog. I admired her that she was always honest, even if it wasn’t best for her. I can’t imagine what she felt when she found out her appointment in Las Vegas was with a real prince. The meeting may have not gone well, but she does get another chance. My heart went out to Ryder as he is the middle child and lost his mother not long ago and needs love. He wants to do other things in the world besides princely duties in the castle. He doesn’t always go about getting what he wants in the right way. I enjoyed Ryder and Nicole getting to know each other better. It’s a sweet book that I loved. I strongly encourage you to read the book. I was given a copy of the book and voluntarily wrote a review.

Powerful Prince by Victoria Pinder is a contemporary romance. It's the fifth book from the Steele Series.

Nicole Steele was an influencer. She had a blog called Modern Life where she gave relationship advice, taught people how to live clean,
healthy lives and be the best version of themselves. One of her subscribers decided to make a video calling her a hypocrite since she had
never had sex. This made her feel horrible but didn't have much time to respond since she had an important meeting with a mystery client.
That man was Prince Ryder Kristoff of Norden. His father had threatened to cut him off if he didn't change, so he was under pressure.
At first, Ryder didn't want to even listen to her but after talking with his father he invited her to dinner and made her a proposal.
She could be his princess so he could retire and get his fortune and she would have the much-needed privacy so she could write her book.
Nicole agreed and they decided to have a shotgun wedding but the King's disagreement in some of her demands almost destroyed their plans.
Did they love each other enough to go against their first instincts?

It's such a sweet fairytale romance. The plot is simple, easy to follow, with no drama and a few erotic moments. The theme was like an
insta-love but not precisely. There were instant lust and comfort between them like they knew each other for a long time. I liked the
scenery descriptions and the dilemma in the end. The characters were great as well. Nicole was very kind and forgiving but straightforward.
Ryder was impulsive and hothead but deep down he was very caring.

Powerful Prince is a romance I highly recommend to all ages since it doesn't contain explicit scenes. I enjoyed reading it and I will rate
it with 4 stars.

Nicole Steel is a blogger and a really good one, but then a person who she thought was a friend put a comment on her blog that completely tore her apart and some how she had to sort it out. Prince Ryder Kristoff or Norden is under pressure from his father and if he doesn't tow the line he will be cut off with no inheritance and he can't do that because there are things that he wants to do with his life that few people know about. When Nicole meets Ryder he literally takes her breath away which is something that has never happened to her before. Then Ryder comes up with a solution to all there problems but will Nicole accept after how rude he was to her when they first met, only time will tell. There chemistry between them was so hot that you could feel it sizzling of the page's. I love this book and series so much and I am really looking forward to reading the next book in this amazing series. Victoria Linder is an amazing author and writer and I definitely recommend you read this book, series and other books by her and you will definitely not be disappointed.

Nicole and Ryder's romance in Powerful Prince reminded me of the real-life love story of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.
She's a media celebrity (as a vlogger and online health guru), with millions of followers worldwide, while he's the rebellious, independent younger brother of the heir to the throne of Norden, fed up with the restrictions that royal protocol places on him, including the arranged marriage he feels pressured into accepting, to gain even the limited freedom of 'retirement' from his suffocating position.

What happens when the young couple actually meet?
Will they be honest enough to confess how they really feel about each other?

I liked the easy read of this interlude between Prince Ryder and Nicole Steele. When his butler brings Nicole to him for her Modern Living personal coaching, things didn't go well. She was dismissed. But he really was attracted to her and when he learned his father had picked her to be his wife, he decided to give her another try. Next, they are on his private plane arranging contract negotiations for a 'friendly' marriage as they fly to his home country. Little do they know, his father, the king, with the imperial 'we' of the whole country, will have his say about the contract: no posting, blogging, etc. without approval! Hey, this is her life and her living, and the reason she thinks a royal marriage will be profitable for her! Will they fight him? Marry without approval and be thrown out of the country? Or call the whole thing off? Will either of them recognize love? Fun to touch base with Nicole's sisters in the series.

Large Ensemble Cast With Each Character Distinct And Unique - 5 Stars

This was a lovely romantic read. The story was well written, ease to read and was original. Character development over the course of the story occurred for both the main male and main female characters. Again, as with other novels in this series, there was a large ensemble cast, with characters easily distinguished from one another. It was a delight to "see" again and catch up with characters from past novels in this series. I really enjoy how in overlapping characters from one story to the next in a series, adds another element of cohesiveness to the whole process. Good Stuff!

Nicole and Ryder are probably my favourite couple so far in this series. I probably have said that about all of them so far though! I really liked that Nicole didn’t have the same doubt and insecurities in the relationship that many of the previous female characters and they managed to maintain a great line of communication especially when trying to negotiate the contract with the King. It was also lovely to see that Ryder was able to become closer to his remaining family. All in all, I would recommend this book.

The Steel sisters are very close and while they were all determined to not get married one by one they have started to find their HEA. This is Nicole's chance for a perfect match and she is surprised by the Prince who is not as arrogant as she first thinks. Prince Ryder wants to escape from his family and duty but with Nicole by his side he finds that his family loves him and maybe he doesn't need to leave it all behind. The Avce matchmakers again make a perfect royal match.

Delightful story of Nicole and Ryderfalling in love quickly. Like most relationships, some rough patches occurred. The biggest problems are between Ryder and his father. Harry, Ryder's brother, adds a bit of trouble as well. Ryder's sister Emily is a sweetheart.

Easy-to-read. Entertaining. Happily Ever After. Romantic. Wonderful characters.

This is the fifth book in the series and brings Nicole and Ryder's story. The author brings strong characters and weaves an entertaining fairy tale type story with an insta love romance. She paints her scenes in detail with her descriptive writing and moves the story fluidly. I enjoyed and would recommend this book.

Awesome romance that is a page-turner to see what happens with this delightful couple. Nicole is a hard working blogger that opens her life to the world with clean living and advice. Ryder has been summoned by his king/father to straighten up his life or loose his inheritance. So begins their journey. There’s laughter, enlightenment, joy, and difficult times ahead if you read this book. I received a complementary copy of this book and as with all of Ms. Pinder’s books I loved it!!

Nicole is a blogger influencer and Ryder is an out of control spare Prince. She is being ragged on and she is losing followers and he wants out from under his father’s, the King, ruling thumb. So, they make an a deal for an arrangement that will benefit each of them. They didn’t count on the king to throw up so many roadblocks. See what they have to do.... nicely written and an enjoyable read!

Ruder and Nicole are enchanting. But, they come from different lifestyles. The way the author mixes their lifestyles together along with family is why I read anything written by Victoria Pinder. The characters are true to life. You, as the reader, feel pulled right into the story. You find yourself waiting with bated breath until the ending. A blogger ,a Prince, and his Country's protocol. Don't worry they do marry.
It starts at the beginning a knock on the door and is requested to come help the Prince. So she follows his aid and she walks Into his living area and Ryder does not want her help and walks her back to her apartment. Excellent read!

This is another great book by Victoria Pinder in the new world meets old genre. This tells of a young girl who blogs about her life and in the mix she meets a very wealthy young man whose father has picked her for his sons wife. A very interesting story to read. Good story

Decent characters. I liked that she was able to keep the characters straight in this book. In the previous book, at the end, she substituted one of the sisters names in for the one the book was about. The editing was also awful but this book turned out really well.

Powerful Prince is the fifth book in the Steel family series and features Nicole Steel who is an influencer on social media. On a trip out to Las Vegas, she has a meeting with Prince Ryder of a small European country, where she is totally underwhelmed with this royal. Later, Ryder is informed that Nicole is his father's choice to marry. After a reboot of their first impressions, both Ryder and Nicole discover that they actually like each other. A marriage between them would advance Nicole's blog following and help Ryder distance himself from his royal duties.
The book is written well and the storyline compact. I am not a big fan of insta-love, but overall the book is entertaining. Powerful Prince is what I call "fluff" - an entertaining, feel-good story without suspense or angst and of course, an HEA ending.

This book has an ironic title. The prince doesn’t really have any power at all. He is at the mercy of his father, the King, and the duties expected of him as a member of the royal family. Prince Ryder doesn’t want to be a prince.....he wants to retire from royal life to concentrate on green initiatives, and finding scientists and companies that can help him make the country carbon neutral. He does, however, have the power to turn Nicole’s life upside down. She is a modern lifestyle blogger giving advice on how to live life better in ways that benefit the planet better too. She thinks the prince is a potential client, but he has marriage in mind, especially after their chemistry seems to strike sparks of desire and awareness the minute they are near each other. Marriage to her meets his father’s approval because Nicole’s blog made it known she is a virgin waiting to meet the right man before having a sexual relationship. The Avce matchmaker the King consulted also named her as a suitable match for the prince. They strike a deal. If they marry, she will still be able to write her blog, but will also be able to take much needed time away from it . Her blog has been consuming her life, leaving her no time to devote to the book she has longed to write. He will be able to retire from royal duties to pursue his green initiative interests. The marriage contract will also state that they will both be faithful and exclusive to each other. As they get to know each other, their arrangement takes on the characteristics of a live match, her virginity becomes a thing of the past. Both feel the love, but neither is willing to reveal their love to the other. A stubborn king’s efforts to patch up his relationship with his son, may well lead to a permanent estrangement between father and son. As they negotiate the marriage contract with the King, both begin to realize they could well lose each other. What are they willing to do to be together? Will they claim their happily ever after?

The characters and the storyline of this book are well-developed and fascinating. The spoiled playboy prince is captivated by the beautiful, effervescent virgin. Love changes both of them for the better. This book is a keeper. I received an ARC of this book and I am voluntarily leaving an honest review.
