~3.5~ I really want to give this book the full five stars. Unfortunately, there were way too many grammar mistakes. Some small things, some much bigger. A few name mix ups made the story kinda hard to follow at some points. There were some little punctuation mistakes (which could've just been the print I had) and such. What makes this book so great is the attention to characters. You can tell the author loves the characters very much. I love Nomad and I loved reading about Nomad. I loved how the team worked together. I loved the little bit of conflict between them. It was all great. This book isn't terribly driven by plot. Not that I expected it to be. There is one, but of course it's mostly action scenes (which totally fits the Ghost Recon thing). It follows the Ghosts on their mission, and occasionally flashes back to a previous mission of one of the members (which is sort of inconvenient since they started on cliff hangers). I did really enjoy the mission complications. A few things seemed unrealistic (minor spoiler). For a fan of the game series, a great read. For someone not familiar with it I could see it going either way.
