Maybe closer to 2-1/2 stars. It was fairly good but had a couple of problems. They took way too long to figure out they loved each other. Even when the heroine threatened to leave him he still was all about getting her to stay so that he could get his inheritance. It ended extremely quickly.

I didn't like it, I found the connection severely lacking that they weren't in love after 17 months of marriage. Hero was more interested in money til the last chapter and heroine cared more about charities. I just didn't like the plot or the characters. P.

DNF - 3/4 done and I wasn't feeling love only lust - both physical and monetary. Maybe this ended up ending nice but they were both greedy for different reasons. So she gets 1M$ for her charities but if they split it ALL goes to charity- she just wouldn't be the one controlling which charity. She made no sense and I was annoyed by the barely there backbone that disappeared a soon as they start kissing. *eye roll*
