Spoliers- but honest review
This was mt y first book by Rosa Mink and I'm eager to try another. Serena has just accepted a proposal from her boyfriend of three years. She had been coerced into dating him at 19 and has been with him even though she doesn't like or love him. After having a panic attack she decides to leave home to think things through. She heads towards the woods for a hike. During her day trip she is attacked and then Recused by Christian. He takes her back to his cabin and to safety. Christian is scarred from being in the military and has settled into a life in the woods because of his scars when he meets Serena and falls in love with her instantly.
So, here's why the 3 stars. First, there is no cheating and no OW drama, slight OM drama towards the end with the fiance. However, i was very annoyed with how much the H talked about boinking all of the women he had. Not only that but during their smex scene he kept talking about all the women who had been able to take his 12 inches and them squirting on him so he knew it was about to happen with the h. It was just an overwhelming amount of information of all the women he slept with. He had so many that he lost count and couldn't remember if they had hair down there or not but liked that the h was bare. Then he spoke about his scars hindering him from using his F@$# stick. Seriously? But it didn't hinder him because he still slept around a lot just without the lights on because the women would freak out. The scars were all over his torso and his upper thighs but no scarring on his face. And how even his most experienced conquests were sore the day after but this little virgin was able to take him multiple times within several days. It just got to be too much talk about the other women he slept with.
Second, was the bdsm aspect of the book. Obviously he has been with others since get got out of the military, he specifically bought a bed to tie his ladies up because then he pulls out a rope from his dresser to tie up the h. He spoke a little bit about it to the h, but we're not really privy to that conversation.
He did have a conversation with the h, during dinner, that he was 38 and had slept around a lot and was always safe. He mentioned that he wasn't a saint and wasn't going to wait around until he found his one so why not... So, for these reasons, my personal preference, is why i brought the rating down. It was just an overload of information that i read about him being with all of those other women and it was just annoying to read about. The h was definitely submissive and had only a tiny backbone when she fought off her attackers but she instantly fell for this man in the woods and she was turned on by all the women he slept with because he knew how to please her 🙄.
Overall it was a good book, if you could overlook the women talk. I enjoyed mostly everything else. I wouldn't read this one again but I would like to try others by this author. Thank you for making it with no cheating.

Beauty gets the beast or should I say Titan?
Who knew getting attacked in the woods would lead to the love of your life? Chris saved Serena in more ways than one that day. Serena also showed Chris that his scars didn't define him or make him unworthy of love and devotion.

Sweet, quick read
Rosa Mink knows how to write H sweet and alpha at the same time. The h is not a push over and I love strong women who dont mind being taken care of.

WOW! What a beautiful and wonderful love story! I love Chris and his little Pixie story so much! It was soo soo good andsoo soo H.O.T. Just sorry to see it end! ❤❤❤❤❤❤
