About the author

Stephanie Nichole is an Amazon Bestselling Author. She lives in a small town with her family in New Mexico. She graduated college in 2010 with a degree in business and accounting. However, her true passion is all things book related. As a student English and Literature were her favorite subjects. Weekly library trips with her mother also helped instill her love for books. Stephanie would look forward to summer most of all, not because she was out of school but for the summer reading groups at her local library. After a friend’s encouragement she started her author journey in 2016.


Stephanie is an avid book, music and old Hollywood movie lover. When she's not busy reading or writing she's probably binge watching Netflix.

Talk about a redemption story! Tillman has dirty deeds so caked on his hands that he’s sure he’ll never be clean, even if he gave up everything and everyone to try to make things right and to save someone. Then his past comes barging into his present with a deal he can’t possibly walk away from. After all, maybe his past and the dreams of a couple of lost boys can make a better present and future for those who come after them.

Tillman isn’t expecting to find his forever when she’s at her lowest. And Odette sure isn’t looking for a guy to fix everything. But when he steps in, steps up, and stays right by her side or back as needed, Odette can’t help wondering if this is meant to be.

Odette and Tillman made for a fast paced story that blends new faces with old ones, as well as a guarantee that we’ll see more of both. For anyone who wasn’t quite ready to say goodbye to the James family, this will be a very welcome arc into something more, with new stories to learn along the way.

I devoured this book. Tillman’s story was so beautifully heartbreaking, a true “ rise above” story. One can’t help but fall in love with him, as a boy, a teenager and then a man.
Odette needs a break in her life , she needs to not only have a guardian angel but to be one.
Two beautiful people who can not only understand each other but elevate each other in the path of life.
This is what this author does best, small town redemption stories with unforgettable characters. We also get more of the James boys in this book. I hope this story continues as I would love to see Onyx get her happy ending and see how the boys grow!!! Thank you Stephanie Nichole for another great story!

This is a book in a series and this book is about redemption.
He thought he wasn't a good person.
She needed to find good in a person to move past what she was going through.
When Odette found Tillman, she saw a good man, even though she wasn't really looking that hard.
But he steps up when she leasts expects it.

This book mixes other books in this series, so if you haven't read the other two books, go for it!

Tillman entered the foster system after his father went to prison for killing his mother. His friend's parents applied to foster him but were turned down, he was place in a home that just collected the money. He slept outside and only ate at his friend's house. One day he makes the mistake of stealing from the working individual, it is either join them or lose a limb, no choice really.

Odette went back to her ex after her sister went to jail, he beats her one night and the trio end up at the Street Kings. She garners the attention of Tillman from the beginning, she seems to bring out his protective side.

This is more of Tillman's journey than a romance. Tillman has been trough so much in his life, it is amazing he has not ended up in jail or dead.

Can she bring him out of his darkness and into her light

Pit Stop is the third book in The Furiously Fast series. The story is about was a mix for me with some parts I really loved and others not so much. Both Odette and Tillman have had a rough start to life with no one to really rely on, or at least not the right people. But both are trying to do the right thing for the right reasons, even if things go wrong. When they find each other Odette is battered and bruised and Tillman is immediately attracted to her but is more determined to protect her. Can two broken people make a better life together, one that has love, understanding and a future?

loved it !!! love Tillman and Odette... this is their story...a fast paced drama... Tillman has done some very bad things and he ran to make a better life... when his past catches up with him.. he goes back... to save a few souls... that's when he meets Odette... she's been beaten almost to death... he knows... just know that she is the one !!! but, who saves who ? or do they save themselves and each other... a heartbreaking story full of redemption and love...

What a heartbreaking, beautiful story. Tillman hasn't had an easy life. The choices he's had to make in life are for his survival. No matter how dirty the deed, his heart stayed pure, no matter what he thought. Odette was the redemption he needed. The push and pull was so addicting. Right away I fell for these characters. I loved the connected to James Brothers. This is a must read for romance fans. Get ready for your heart to break and then for it to be sewn back together in the most beautiful way.

Until the night his past shows up. Odette had no choice but to go back to her abusive ex. She and her brother had to live somewhere. But when things go wrong, and they end up with the Street Kings, in her mind it’s worse.

There are no words to tell you how much I loved this story. Once I started, putting it down was not an option and I was caught up in Tillman and Odette’s emotional and moving journey. My heart went out to Tillman and all he went through, and I just fell in love with the man he turned out to be. I adored Odette, and I loved how Tillman stepped up and took care of her when she needed him. Brilliant read and one I recommend you read for yourself, you’ll be happy you did.

This book tells the story of a group of drifting kids struggling to keep it together whilst being exploited by a crime boss. When they grew up they have the chance to go back and live out their dreams for the house which was their haven for a time. The story tells of their struggles, their successes and their loves.

The book is a good, and enjoyable sweet small town romance read with fast paced drama. The story has a good story line. The characters are good, relatable, and they have good chemistry. Tillman is the hero you want to wrap your arms around and protect him from the cruel world. Odette is the herione you want to be protected but know she can stand on her own 2 feet and find a way to survive. In life every decision you make, every path you go down, comes with a consequence. Some good. Some bad. Some find the path to redemption, some fear it, some refuse. It was quite interesting to read about how all these paths intertwined for Tillman and Odette. Couldn’t put it down!
