Before Aladdin met Jasmine, or the genie, he was a boy painfully alone on the streets. No one cared whether he lived or died until he met the boy who would transform his life.
Rami, was a person unlike any other. Running from a smoke monster when Aladdin first sees him, Aladdin learns that this mysterious boy has a secret, he cries golden tears.
Helpless to the boy’s charms, Aladdin is seduced by him. And, when their naked bodies touch for the first time, Aladdin discovers a part of himself he didn’t know existed.
But, will their innocent love survive Aladdin’s hesitation about being with a boy? Will either of them survive the power sorcerer who will stop at nothing to retrieve Rami? With danger around ever turn for these beautiful boys, their time together might be running out fast.
This is the beginning of Aladdin's exciting and charmed life. In this story he is naive and not sure about himself. He has a "girlfriend" and he helps her provide for her family. When he meets Rami he only wants to save him from the evil chasing him. Rami has been locked in a cage for the last 10 years and has no clue how to live on the streets. Their story is sweet and pure. Both have never had anyone that cared about them before. Aladdin wants to live up to Rami's high expectations of him and not betray his trust but will he? I really enjoyed this short and sweet at a look at our Aladdin before Jasmine or the genie. I requested an advanced reader copy and am under no obligation to leave this review.
You will need tissues for this story. Aladdin is seen in a different light then when he met Jasmine. This Aladdin has a lot to learn about life the mistakes he makes. Its heartbreaking but worth the read
