Okay-ish... Mostly his notes abt his "methodology" and some misc bits of info scattered here there.
Would recommend only to peep who are already well versed in Infosec and are looking for alt perspectives to integrate in their "methodology", but most of the stuff here is already available on YT as talks or in the form of well written writeups/articles, just need a bit of dorking the web to find them. However, if one's too lazy just grab this I guess.

almost 98% mentioned there are in the book.
