Five brothers, 5 stories. A father who has spent most of their childhood and teen years working has finally seen the light and decided it is time he stepped back from his legacy and have his sons give it a go at running the family hotel. Someone has to take over from him some day, right? The thing is, each is different and pretty much self-made successes and living their lives away from the family nest. That doesn't mean that they won't each step up to prove to their father and each other that they all have what it takes to be the boss. First up, the youngest of the brood, Anthony, a chef with his own highly popular restaurant in NY. Second, Xander, the fitness guru to the stars in LA. Then comes Jonathan, the lawyer from Chicago, followed by Elliot, the playboy who works when needed, but is happy not committed to one steady 9-5 job, and last, Saul, the oldest, an accountant who is looking for a change. All have their own thoughts, or lack thereof, of how to leave their mark and prove to their father that each is capable of taking over. However, none expected to find romance, the one thing their father wasn't counting on and isn't exactly thrilled to hear about. Will proving that they are the right man for the job cost them the women that they unexpectedly find themselves involved with or can they prove that loving someone is worth the risk?

The stories are cute, highly sexual, and end on a happy note. My one pet peeve, who will dad choose?

Such a Great Read
Omg this collection of stories will keep the reader entertainment for a week,lol.
One hotel, 5 brothers and the women who turn their world upside down.
Each story is different but the sizzling chemistry is the same.
From Lane & Anthony to Amber & Zander, then Mia & Jonathon, Millie & Elliott and finally Anne & Saul, all will make you laugh and sigh from some of the craziest things they do. I couldn't decide which one I Loved best. like
All I know is no matter which cup of tea you like there's a story for everyone.

Had promise but then....

I usually don't complain about books but this set i have to say s word or two. There were two many inconsistencies within each story and also flowing through the set. First the synopsis for each story does not match what was contained in them. I enjoyed the first two books but it got progressively worst and boring...like the author ran out of ideas. Also, the brothers just seemed so disconnected from each other. I'm trying not to be a spoiler but we never found out who the father chose to run the hotel! That was the main premise of the story but at the end the author forgot it.

Marvelous Romance Box Set

This book set turned out to be much more than I expected. I anticipated one or two of the stories to be of high quality, skillfully written, imaginative, suspenseful, and with plenty of romantic erotica. Much to my surprise,, each of the brothers stories maintained this high level of skillful wordmanship! Congratulations, Ms. Brooks, you've got another fan. I'll be looking for more romantic stories from you! Highly recommended!

Great box set

It was great reading about these brothers as they came to each take a turn running the family business. Coming home allowed them to find love even though each of them were trying not to. The females fell really fast but the stories were all enjoyable.

Never Over You
Anthony is the first son to take over the hotel on a trial period. Lane works in housekeeping at the hotel while trying to finish her degree. They knew each other in high school but weren't in the same circles. They both had crushes on each other but never acted on it. Sparks fly between them when they see each other again. However They cause a stir and it brings his father coming to talk to him about it. Will he end things with Lane to keep his father happy?

Hate to Want You
Amber is an artist working as a waitress in the hotel to help her income. Xander is the second son to work the hotel and he is a fitness man. He comes in and redoes the gym so he can bring in the type of crowd he caters to. However as sparks fly between him and Amber one of his former conquests isn't happy about being ignored. What will the scandal do for the hotel?

Let’s Play Pretend
Jonathon is a lawyer and his father comes to him and tells him that he needs to be different from his brothers. He wants him to be settled even if he has to pretend to be while he is working there so there won't be any more scandals and bad press. Mia is a waitress at a coffee shop and when Jonathon turns her sister away as a client she shows up at the hotel the next day to give him a piece of her mind. He then makes her a proposition. If she'll pretend to be his girlfriend or fiancé while he is at the hotel he'll take her sister's case and give her fifty grand cash. What will they do when real feelings come into play?

Protecting Her
Elliot is trying his hand at the hotel even though he isn't really interested in it. Millie is there on business with the publishing house she is working at. They are trying to get another author all the while her boss is making creepy moves on her. Elliot saves her and she gets away from her boss by spending some time with Elliot. However things go badly when one dinner with her boss turns into an harassment and Elliot has to help her yet again. Will Elliot and Millie get their happy ending? What will happen to her job?

Unexpected Love
Saul is the last son to take over the hotel and he is an accountant. He quit his job before comes so he could spend all his time doing what he could to help out his family's hotel. Anna comes from a France and her family is in hotels also. She is coming in to talk about her family investing in the Selby hotel. Sparks fly between her and Saul when they meet. When he goes to France to finalize the deal they get closer. However Anna pushes him away and Saul goes home heartbroken. Will Anna change her mind and see that Saul is the one for her?

This is an amazing collection of stories. This is a well written and very entertaining book. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

What a collection!! One hotel, a father who wants to retire and his five sons that are competing to be the successor who find themselves unwittingly falling in love. Each of the brothers has his strengths and own way of doing things. The women who capture their eyes and hearts are pretty special in their own right. Each book can be read as a standalone. The first book begins with the youngest son and his foray into running the hotel when he bumps into Lane, someone he knew back in high school. She is a divorcee and working in housekeeping while he is a renowned chef in charge of everything. As they try to keep their relationship a secret, things begin to blow up. The second story is Xander and Amber. He is a fitness buff with an A-list clientele and she is a struggling artist but somehow opposites attract. Xander is hesitant to engage in a relationship after what transpired with his brother but the chemistry with Amber cannot to be ignored. The third story is between Jonathan and Mia. Jonathan is a high-powered attorney who is taking the helm for the next three months when he encounters Mia in a coffee shop. After getting a lecture about finding a woman to play his pretend fiancée after what happened with his brothers, Jonathan sets about trying to find someone. As luck would have it, Mia comes in to his office and asks him to help her sister with her divorce from her husband. An agreement is reached to their mutual satisfaction but along the way the rules change. The fourth book belongs to brother Elliot and the woman for him, Millie. Elliot is a man with no real work ethic and is a womanizer to boot. Millie comes off as a woman who is driven to succeed and currently works as a junior editor for a publishing firm. She is at the hotel, with her boss, in the hope of attracting an author to sign with them. While Millie is all business, her boss has other ideas and Elliot steps in to help and that is the beginning of the end of other men for Millie and of women for Elliot. The final story is Saul and Anna. Saul is an accountant who relinquishes his position to take his turn running the hotel. Anna is a woman who has come to the hotel to see if it is something that her family would like to invest in, as her father is a hotel magnate in France. In order to solidify a possible deal, Saul escorts Anna back home and their relationship begins, until she sends him home….
This is an amazing collection of stories that are perfect for reading anywhere. Each one is filled with steam, romance and wonderful characters that will keep any reader entranced. I highly recommend.

This set is awesome – it involves five brother and the family business The Selby Hotel. Mr. Selby is too good of a genius for his own good. He sets out a plan involving the family for his upcoming retirement. Boys will be boy and competition has been their thing. So, the plan is to have each son come to the hotel and add their own management style to it while changing/upgrading the hotel in one way or another. Each son thinks they are outsmarting the next which in turn they are being outsmarted themselves when their love life takes a turn. Although one of the brothers doesn’t want to take his turn, all their lives change due to love. Each book is standalone, but its great to read it in order as you get a glimpse of what is going on with each brother.

1 – Never Over You is about Anthony, the chef and Lane, his high school crush
2 – Hate To Want You is about Xander, the trainer and Amber, the artist
3 – Let’s Play Pretend is about Jonathan, the lawyer and Mia, the fake fiancée
4 – Protecting Her is about Elliot, the playboy and Millie, the editor
5 – Unexpected Love is about Saul, the accountant and Anna, the daughter of a Hotel Magnate in France who is thinking of purchasing the hotel.

Ms. S. Brooks has put together an incredible collection of goodness for each of us us romance addicts to devour and enjoy.  Do you have a yearning for deliciously crafted storylines, complete with beautiful characters for each?  You know the kind, the ones that are easily relatable?  I have been following the work of Ms. Brooks for quite a few years, and have yet to ever be dissatisfied in any way.  I promise you, this Author, has a unique gift, and drawing her readers into each book she publishes, is something she makes appear effortless. To me, that is a special talent, and definately something that I am in awe of.  Should you not be familiar with her work, nor have you ever had the pleasure to read her publications, then why not start here, with this terrifically designed box set?

A Great Variety of New Book Boyfriends

An amazing job from Sarah J Brooks in matching not one but five brothers in unexpected love!!! Join the Selby brothers in their competitiveness to prove who is the best to take over their family owned hotel when their dad retires. You'll be amazed at the women that capture these bachelors hearts when they aren't looking. Each brother has made something of themselves away from the hotel and are required to spend three months at the helm to prove themselves. Whether you like second chances from a high school crush, a scorned actress scandal, fake fiance, unexpected bun in the oven or across the ocean love, this set has it all. Each story is beautifully written and will keep you turning the page to see what these brothers are up to. I highly recommend this box set. Sarah J Brooks is a genius, first of all, I’m very excited to have read this box set. I’m the kind of person that when I read a series, I don’t want to wait for the books to get out, so I fell in love with this books.

The Selby Hotel is family owned and is time that the sons improved, learned and reconnect with it.

This box set is about the Selby Hotel, it has come the time for Mr. Selby to take a break from running the hotel, because he’s not getting younger. He decides that is time to have some different management. So his decision is handling over the management hotel, one son at a time.

Each story is about the changes that the five sons make to the hotel, their life and how they find love in the process.

The books were first of Anthony, Xander, Jonathan, Elliot and Saul.

Sarah J Brooks is an amazing writer. Again I was really happy to binge read this incredible series.

Love is in the very air at the Selby Hotel

Primed For Sin by Sarah J Brooks is an awesome Boxset of 10 wonderful characters determined to remain aloof and avoid entanglements. Little do they realize, it’s just not possible at the Selby Hotel! It appears all one has to do is breathe the same air and it’s just all over (despite the protests and denial).
Each book within this Boxset is unique. Although the plot lines are similar, the sort arcs are completely different with their own complications. There is a resounding commonality of all the characters; ultimate stubbornness to the detriment of each other and themselves! Thank goodness for HEAs.
Overall, a fun Boxset with great characters, romance, steam, humor and of course a very loving HEA for everyone.

While these five stories are interconnected with each of five sons taking his turn running the family hotel to impress their dad who wants to retire, they can if needed be read as standalones. Each plotline is unique with well developed, likeable characters. They are well written and evenly paced and of course the mains have great chemistry and find true love. I won't go into detail with each storyline, the author's blurb does that very well. This is a great summer beach read that I thoroughly enjoyed and can highly recommend to all lovers of romance and HEA's.

WOW, I must say is by far the very best series of stories that I've read from Sarah J. Brookes yet!!! She had completely nailed it out of the ball park with this magnificent box set. From the detailed background stories on all 5 individual brothers to their romantic encounters and how they caught the sights of the women their after, this box set I found to be really engaging, enrapturing, enthralling and heartwarming!

I'm gladly giving this box set a 5 star review rating and highly recommending it to anyone who loves reading books of a romantic nature with very powerful HEA's.

Sarah J. Brooks’s Primed for Sin is a boxset full of deliciousness. Five standalone contemporary romances (see the publisher’s blurb for perfectly good summaries) that have one think in common: they are all really (really) goooood. Each is well written, with sexy guys, great plots and great supporting casts. What more could you ask for? But for the fact that I’m literally dictating this review to my husband from my hospital bed I could go on and on with praises. The boxset definitely deserves it. Since I can’t do that I will simply note that the boxset is most definitely one to read, and it is easy to highly recommend.

Ooo, oo! I *love* racy romances with an enjoyable HEA! A new box set from Sarah Brooks, "Primed for Sin" is full of great reads! I think my favorite was "Let's Play Pretend" (that's one of my favorite tropes. haha). Each one is endlessly entertaining. I enjoyed these so much, I read them all in just a few days! Formulaic? Yes... But they're exactly what you're looking for to satisfy to your romantic reading desires for quick-moving stories, fun and caring characters, and a great Happy Ending for each couple. *I received an ARC in return for an honest review.

Sarah J. Brooks keeps writing amazing books. I love how she puts strong men and women together and creates love stories that make a lasting impression. She never disappoints with steam and romance all mixed together tastefully.

She has taken 5 brothers and given them their love stories. This box set has all genres you love and appreciate. The women are strong and give the men a run for their money. The men are required to put in their time at the hotel, away from their outside jobs. I absolutely loved this box set and recommend it to romance readers.

I REALLY need to find that hotel.
On serious note. Each and every one of these books are 5 sexy as sin and will have you kicking people out of the room just so you can some “ALONE TIME.”

I am definitely going to be looking forward to seeing more of Anthony, Peter, Xander, Damien and Nate. If only just read about a family reunion. Or even a family vaycay.

This fun collection offers up five contempary romances with varying themes. I found this set of books quite entertaining. Interesting story lines, likable characters, steamy chemistry, drama, humor and lots of emotion are combined and added into these fun reads. I feel this box set would be perfect for by the pool, at the beach or during your vacation travels. This is my independent, impartial review.

This is a fun collection of 5 books about five brothers who each get a turn to run their family's hotel for a few months. Their father wants to see which one can do better than the other brothers that were in charge. I enjoyed this collection. I liked the characters, the story lines in each, and chemistry was good, lots of humor, lots of drama and it is well written. I give this 5 stars.

This was a wonderful collection of stand alone romances, each story centered around a one of five brothers. Each story is as different as the brother, but they all contain successful Alpha males with and HEAs with their dream women. The characters were great and stories were easy to read and kept me turning pages. I was sorry to finish each one but excited to start the next, until the last book that is!

Awesome set of romances. Each book has its own special theme and way in which the couples met. It’s not clear sailing for any of the couples. There’s drama, big ego’s, broken hearted women afraid to put themselves out there again and babies. I enjoyed each of the stories. I received a complementary copy of this set and chose to write a review. I look forward to reading future books by Ms. Brooks.

Great!

I chose this rating because this was a pretty good series. I enjoyed all of the characters. I like the way the dad gave each brother a chance to run the hotel and the outcome of it. How each brother found the love of their lives in their own unique way. Oh I think their dad was a sly ole fox, I believe that was his intention all the while. He wanted his five sons to find the love of their lives. Great read, I recommend this book to all romance readers.

Let the Sinning begin....

This box set contains five new reads by Ms. Brooks. The story-lines are engaging and the characters are wonderful. Choosing a favorite story in the set is hard. I've narrowed it down between two. Maybe I need to reread them to help me decide...

The chemistry with the characters is out of this world hot and story lines that will have you addicted from beginning to the end. A terrific collection!
