(…) tills vidare, inväntar rättning på tentan. 50% gör G. VG finns ej, mycket bra. Det ska gå, men vissa frågor var bara där för att sätta dit en. Blir tokig. Håller mig fortsatt ödmjuk.
A great introduction to psychology. Lots and lots of information scratching the surface of many of the subfields, leader to further interest and enthusiasm. Based on many interesting studies and filled with advice on how to improve your life with the psychology you’ve just learnt!
This book is intimidating. It weighs like 2 kg and is ~1000 pages. Having spent quite some time at various universities, I've had my share of books like this. However, I was quite surprised this time! The book is and remains interesting throughout the whole time. Somehow, it doesn't grind like for example Kotler's "Marketing Management" (or whatever it's called). It's interesting, informative, arguably easy to read and often refers to recent research. I really enjoyed reading it.
I read this for work, great teaching material and good for general surface level psychology. The only criticism I have is I do not think some of it is very well structured. I would have presented somethings in different way.
A huge book that takes on itself a huge task: introducing psychology in debth. The topics varies from therapy and mental heatlh, to the anatomy of the brain. The book is comprehensive, and is best used to understand the immense broadness of the area that is called psychology.
