The Hell's Bastard series has come to an end.
I have loved every minute of writing this series.
I wanted to bring a very unpredictable series with lots of twists and surprises to keep the reader wanting more from each book.
Watching Edge and Whisper grow and find each other has been a highlight.
Watching Edge connect with the old lady—Miss C—was plain fun.
Having the Soulless Bastards MC and the Lion's Den MC enter the story along the way and bring their own brand of kick-ass action and excitement took a lot of words to describe, but so worth it.
This series is dark, sexy and gritty, but it also comes with light, funny moments, which I totally enjoyed bringing into the storyline. Miss C was the light, the wise one among all the chaos.
If you are on the fence about whether to start this series, jump off and take a chance, it may be completely different to what you are thinking.
Please be a mature aged reader, because even though there is 95% story and 5% naughty, the naughty sizzles like bacon on the BBQ and some of that sizzle bites!
Thank you to every reader who has joined Edge and Whisper on their journey, I think you'll agree, it has been quite the ride.

What a great series!
I loved this series it had everything, a lot of action, a lot alpha men which I love, MC bikers, undercover agents, and the most loveable characters as well some very bad men. Whisper was such a strong woman to have to go all things that was done to her and still be so sweet and loving. Edge was a great character that he learned from his mistakes. In this last book Edge found out about his family that he didn't know he had and a big surprise in who his brother was, Whisper was healing and learning more about her pregnancy. Then Edge finds out about a friend's death that helped him and brothers get Whisper out of her captivity of a very sick man, by way of a present of his head, that was a red flag that there still more of bad men out for Edge and Whisper. It was interesting how they was hunted by the bad man and how they hunted for him, that was great Emma. The romance of Whisper and Edge was hot and sweet, loved the ending and epilogue, I would like to have a book on Mattius I liked him! I will highly recommend this book to all romance readers!💗

Exciting conclusion to Edge and Whisper's story.
This entire series has had me on the edge of my seat since the very beginning. It is incredibly detailed and pulls you in from book one. I am truly happy with the entire experience. I am looking forward to reading more from this author.

I loved reading these books in this series, all the twists and turns had me gripped. First time I've read this author and look forward to reading more of Emma's books.

With baited breath I waited for this final book in this absolutely sensational series by Emma James. The full and complete meaning of Hell's Bastards is cemented in this book!
The story picks up straight away from book four, Entwined. Filip, who is supposed to be dead, is out to avenge the demise of Cezar, the only father like figure he had. Being a master of disguise his intended victims need to be on their toes at all times. Whisper and Edge are starting to get to know each other as impending parenthood looms ahead..well hopefully.
The descriptions are once again on point so that readers clearly see and feel the story, easily visualising each scene. There is also plenty of humour to balance out the Dark in the book, for example when Boxer thinks this about himself..'I’m turning into a right marshmallow when it comes to Whisper.' I love it! I can just hear him say this to himself in his British accent!
Oh the emotional helter skelter this book takes you on, at times you find yourself chuckling, at others getting angry or fear builds and your heart races but then there are the times when everything is right in the world and you almost feel euphoric.
Dallas, aka Edge, is such a romantic sweetheart. This is oppositional to his role as club enforcer however his love for Whisper brings out his softer, loving side.
Please don't think that you will sit back and have all of those little loose ends tied up nicely and that's that! This does happen but oh so much more...some twists I never thought even remotely possible! Very clever Ms. James.

what can I say about Venerated but WOW.
Emma has done it again and has tied up this 5 book series with an awesome ending. We are not left with any cliffhangers and just get our HAE. What this is I'm not going to tell you.
I feel that Whisper has come along way from the scared girl (I call her a girl as she has not experienced anything) to the young girl as she has not experienced anything) to the young woman that she has become. She has suffered love and lost a lot more then anyone should ever have to.
Edge has also come along way. He has changed from the man who was just after enforcing to a man who loves a woman and will protect her with everything he has.
The ties to Emma other series Ocean Beach just makes for an even better story. All up I love Emma's writing and can't wait for the other books that Emma writes

Great ending to a great series
I was waiting patiently for this book. I was dying to know what happens with Edge and Whisper. Great ending to a great series. This book was well written and had you on the edge of your seat waiting to see what is going to happen with everyone involved. I absolutely loved how things worked out with everyone. Emma did a great job writing the story for Edge and Whisper. I loved it . Highly recommend this whole series.

Oh my goodness!! I absolutely loved the final instalment in this series. It was perfect. I’ve waited what feels like forever to get my hands on it and couldn’t put it down, I’m so glad Edhe and Whisper got their HEA! Emma, I love your work and can’t wait for more.

Have just finished what has been an amazing journey for Edge & Whisper. Everyone needs to read these books. I am not going to give any spoilers whatsoever. But you will need to hang on tightly to your sanity. I just love Emma’s books. Looking forward to reading more books from this amazing author.

Highly Anticipated conclusion
Venerated is book five and the finale in Emma James’ Hells Bastard series, it is highly recommended that you have read the previous Wrenched, Warped, Contorted and Entwined prior to this book. Venerated continues on right where Entwined ends.

I literally could not put this book down, scratch that this series has been one massive enjoyable ride. Filled with twists and turns, suspense, family, loyalty, kidnappings, evil sadistic bad guys, hot alpha males, love, reunions, secrets and justice. Thank you Emma for writing a fantastic series that will be sticking with me for a long while.
Filip is supposed to be dead, or so everyone thinks, but he is just biding his time to get the retribution he believes is owed to him after the demise of his boss and father like figure Cezar is killed. Being a master of disguise he is able to hide and keep on eye on everyone in plain sight.
Whisper and Edge are starting to get to know each and build a stronger relationship with impending parenthood looming ahead. They are perfect for each other, they have both been given a hard start in life but together they will make the future brighter and better, not just for themselves but for the twins growing in Whispers belly. But will they get that happy ending when there is darkness waiting to strike.
Edge is such a romantic sweetheart, with a dark and serious side to him, he is thrown through the ringer in this book with more secrets revealed and worry about his woman especially with the pregnancy taking a toll on her body. But the epilogue was just pure bliss and my heart skipped a beat with joy and happiness.
Whisper is so strong, she has been through so much but she is still sweet and wild (Edge’s words).
Get ready for another emotional rollercoaster cause at times you’ll find yourself chuckling, then you’ll be getting angry, then fear will rear its ugly head and have you bitting your nails with worry and concern, but then to have it change again and feel warm and cozy like Edge’s arms are wrapped around you.

The whole series was excellent 10/10 😍. Once I picked up the first book I read them all back to back within a couple days. There are so many characters to love and watch develop over the series. I loved how the journey ended for Whisper and Edge. They deserved some happiness after all they had both been through. I am excited there is a spin off series with characters that have already been introduced.

Bravo Ms James Bravo!!!! I have waited and waited (what felt like forever but wasn't) for the conclusion of this awesome series ... my anxiety has ended, my need for Whisper to have some peace has ended, my extreme dislike for certain people, yes, has ended. Emma kept me intrigued, anxious, excited, fearful and p&^%ed 90% of the time, I was so invested in this story every time I got anxious I had to put it down and walk away but then pick it back up again as I needed to know .... I NEEDED TO KNOW!!!!!

Each book in this series was wonderful in it's own way.I t was a great series with an author so imaginative that you felt like you were in the book too.I highly recommend that you read this series of your aren't vanilla!

Edge and Whisper
Well, first of all Bravo to Emma James for this series! It was suspenseful intriguing, heart wrenching and hot!
Kudos for all of the characters, to each is described in a way we want their own books! And being the writer she is I'm sure she will!

This was a thrilling crazy wild ride. This series took many twist and turns. It’s definitely one that will grab hold and not let go till you’ve read all the books.

Amazing Series and Fabulous Characters!
I hate when a series ends but this one was beyond anything I could have hoped for. I love MOOB and when I said so on FB the author mentioned that I might try this series but warned me it was a bit darker. I said I would try it and immediately downloaded the first book in the Hell’s Bastards Series. From the first page I was hooked and 5 books later and I can’t say enough about this series!! Thank you Emma and I can’t wait for Will To Protect.

I LOVED this series. It had it all. The MC aspect, the human slavery, the alpha males, the twists and turns, and the hot sex scenes. Really, what more could a girl ask for. This series kept me on the edge of my seat. Just when I thought things were going to get better for Whisper....BAM... something else happened. I loved the suspense, the action....Everything!!! The characters were wonderfully flawed. I just could not help but love all of them. I have not felt this excited about reading a series in a while. Thank you for this.

WOW!! Whoop this series is the BOMB!! I loved it. I haven't binge read a series in a minute and this one was most definitely the business. It was an amazing read and yeah I rated each book high on the scale as it was exciting and action filled, and yeah had some steam too!! This author did an excellent job adding twist and turns and keeping you on the edge of your seat and this the ending was as good as the rest. Whisper is hiding out in San Diego making friends, healing and growing the twins safe and sound. . . so they think. It all comes to a head with all of them getting exactly what they wanted and almost loosing those they hold near and dear. It's nail biting down to the finish and done really well as the author wraps it up in a pretty bow not letting you take that much needed breath until the end. There's lots of laughter and some serious steam between Whisper and Edge when it's all said and done I thoroughly enjoyed it all. Great series and yes you do need to read it in order but now that all of the books are there you'll have an awesome time binge reading like I did, it's totally worth it.

EPIC SERIES, Emma James is a master!! The story was decadent, sadistic, twisted, romantic, saucy, messed up, sweet, loving and the conclusion a masterpiece. I really cannot rate this series highly enough. I loved the conclusion, I felt it did the characters justice and left me wanting to know more!!! Im praying to the writer Goddess that we see more of these characters stories! In particular Slade and Phoenix, Miss Catherine (would love her back story!), and Ghost who intrigues me!!!
I am so glad I took a chance on this series because I really think its a wonderful storyline, Im on to the Men of Ocean Beach series now and I am sure it will bring me the same satisfying feeling when I finish the books!

The end of a fabulous series
You cannot believe what a rollercoaster ride these guys have been on and unfortunately then end isn't in sight yet. The evil is still after them and with a few twists and turns thrown in, this book has you on the edge of you seat. I truly brilliant piece of writing that just captures you and pulls you in. It is dark, gritty, heartbreaking and loving all thrown into one series.

The light
This series grabbed hold of me and wouldn't let go. I honestly cant recall ever being held so captive by a series. The characters became so real, so vivid. Thank you Emma James for finally ending this series without the cliffhanger!! I don't think I could have handled another!
