Stories from Last Wednesday is an interesting collection of well-written shorts by numerous authors from The Last Wednesday Writers. My faves were "How Wolf Learned to Howl", which was cute, "Night Creature", comeuppance is always a nice plot, and "Hallow Forest", which is good for Halloween season. "Fritter" was sad but endearing, and the rest of the stories were entertaining in their own ways.
Since the book is short stories, it's good for travel or waiting on appointments, or for times when there is an hour or so to kill. This book is an excellent value for the number of stories.
