Mí humilde opinión:
Violet Collins es la asistenta de Selena Smooth en un lujoso complejo turístico en la playa.
Aunque está en el lugar porque su familia la quiere lejos por protección, se hizo un hogar y amigos allí.
No esperaba la entrada de Víctor en su vida que apenas la ve le dice que se casará con ella.
Es posesivo, musculoso y le exige un beso por cada cosa que pude de él. Debería molestarle la actitud de este musculoso ruso pero todo lo que piensa en en lo dulce y lo bien que se siente ser querida y cuidada por alguien.
Víctor Sokolov es el jefe de seguridad de Lennox Luxury Living.
Su trabajo y hacerlo a la perfección es todo lo que le importa hasta que ve los ojos más impresionantes de una mujer... No cualquier mujer sino de Violet o más bien su "Kotyonok" como le llamará de ahí en más.
Violet tiene problemas de confianza pero eso no le preocupa a Víctor porque él le ayudará y protegerá.

Me encantó su historia! estuvo divertida y dulce, hubo algo de drama, y por supuesto pintada con mucha sensualidad.
Aunque hubiera querido que sea más larga, me quedé con ganas de saber más de estos dos!
Muchas chispas saltaron con esta pareja. Me gustó la química, cómo hicieron click, y también diferencia entre ellos; él fuerte y ella delicada.
Suspiraba con este ruso, como la protege y cuida a pesar de ser un tipo con aspecto duro.
Él solo quería que se enamorara de él y cómo lo hace, madre mía! No podía ganar Violet con ese irresistible Hombre!
Por fin el EPÍLOGO! El cierre perfecto para la historia.

Fast pace and a sweet read.
We met these two back in book one and Victor was already alpha when he met her, but Violet held back due to family problems.. even if she had problems he always made sure she came first teasing and solving her "what did my family do" i enjoyed our alpha Russian. And when he finds out what her family did to her.. he needs them to visit so his girl can finally open her heart.
And boyyyyy Violet mom and dad are.. wow her mother is a lying cheating bish... and her father is a coward.. sister Amie's boyfriend or ex is sleeping with her mother.. lord i swear lol.
I did wish we had more steam and sexy times..
I do have questions where is the middle sister? And is Amie getting a story??
No ow/om drama, tiny drama, no cheating, Secondary chara, Drama, sexy time, virgin gal udk about him but not a manehore

Yet another love from the first sight. Once you know it, you just know it. Even if in real life someone told you you're going to be his wife, after half an hour of knowing each other, you'd just laugh it off and mark that person a creep. Especially if he also puts a tracking device on you. Major danger alert :) unless he's hot of course .
I liked that Victor did not dip his 'sword' in straight away and actually waited for Violet to be all his- with body AND soul. Other than that the plot seems to be repeated yet again.

I've been wanting/needing Victor and Violets story from the first mention of them in Smooth Kisses. I absolutely adored Victor.

I was very pleasantly surprised that this book offered only a small amount of repeated events from the previous book—I am talking about word by word repeated.
Again, I found myself liking those main (and minor) characters and devouring this funny, sweet and sexy story of theirs.

When Victor Sokolov saw Violet he knew then what his reason for being on this earth was. It was her.
I loved this big Russian. His manners, his way around Violet and the protectiveness as well as the over the top possessiveness he had for her. He knows she's the one. And he's not going to seal the deal until she commits fully. Yes you heard that right. This Russian wants forever.
Violet can't help but trip over the big Russian shadowing her. It's kind of hard. Apart from being huge he never lets her out of his sight. She's attracted to him of that there's no doubt. But she's also shy of starting anything. Being exiled here by her family and having no contact with them has made her wary.
Until she can resolve that part of her life she won't be able to fully commit to Victor. But that's not saying she hasn't tried. But Victor is adamant he wants all of her.
It was sweet and sexy. And you can't help but smile at this big guy and his antics with Violet.

A Good Read
I enjoyed this story as much as the first. This was a really sweet and sexy read with a little mystery added in. I really liked Victor and Violet together, they were a sweet couple. I hope we get Amie’s story and find out how their family is doing in the aftermath of the betrayal.

Completely safe. I’m pretty sure both are virgins. No ow drama, slight om drama when two drunk guests try to by Violet and Smooth drinks. Family drama and betrayal. No abuse.
I enjoyed this story as much as the first. This was a really sweet and sexy read with a little mystery added in. I really liked Victor and Violet together, they were a sweet couple. I hope we get Amie’s story and find out how their family is doing in the aftermath of the betrayal.

Plot: Victor showed up at the resort as the bodyguard to the new owner from the last book (Smooth Kisses. Violet is Selena's bodyguard, and Andrew and Selena are now together. Victor knew the moment he saw Violet that she was meant to be his. He is grumpy, a little dominant, and a whole lot sure about Violet.
Commentary: This is my favorite of the series. I loved stoic Victor finding his sweet kitten! He was so funny - grumpy because he has to call Anna by her first name, silent for most everyone - everyone but Violet. He met her, tagged her, and bred her in that order! She's just the sweetest, and I love how she blushes whenever she talks about Victor (and how only she can call him Victor). He was so good about dealing with her family. I think the sweetest moment in the whole book is when he stands over her at the beach so that she'll be shaded from the sun.

One of my favorite kind of hero is the big, grumpy kind who lights up when he finds his woman. That's all this book is about, plus, of course, an insta-love story, and the necessary drama that is him taking care of his woman. So, hello, perfect plot! :) Victor is no-nonsense kind of guy, to the point of being unreachable even to his closest colegues, set in his work as a security firm owner, doing a job for a multi-resort owner billionaire. While his boss gets to meet his girl (which happens in the first book of the series), Victor meets and instanly falls for Violet, a lavender eyed sweetheart who little by little lets him in, even before he uncovers some drama that made her family keep her away. I loved my advanced copy of this book, for such a small read the plot got a surprising, unexpected turn. I adored how careful, respectul and in tune Victor was to Violet's deepest feelings. A lovely, lovely read!

Victor and Violet make as perfect a couple as their names. I met them in the previous novella and I knew right then that their story was going to melt me. Sure thing.
He asks for kisses in exchange for opening a door! That was so funny and hot especially because he is a serious Russian security expert. The contrast between his antisocial, imposing attitude and his doting behaviour towards his tiny woman is heart-melting.
I loved Violet's honest and naïve nature, Victor's devotion to make her happy while protecting her from all kinds of harm or discomfort, and also their relationship as it parallels the other couple's story while also enhancing the plot with a little mystery concerning her family.
It's so cute and sensual at the same time. This Russian giant can be respectful but also the most romantic knight in shining armor and deadly to any source of threat. Lovely to the max!

I loved this story about Victor and Violet who we saw glimpses of in the prior book "Smooth Kisses". I have a really soft spot for gruff Heroes whose only weakness is their heroine. What pushed Victor into the category of AMAZING for me was that gruffness paired with how inadvertently and surprisingly playful Victor was with his demand of payment in kisses and how he waited to consummate the relationship until Violet was ready. Completely sigh worthy!
I loved Violet's loyalty and personality. She was sweet without being a doormat, and I loved how she handled the truth about the issue that was holding her back from giving herself to Victor completely.
The story left me smiling at the end and I am looking forward to Amie's book. There IS going to be a book for her, right??

I always find it difficult to rate these kinds of books. I feel like they need a different scale. Most of them tend to have a skinnier plot and they are just smutty goodness. I mean sometimes ya just need to read a smutty feel good book. I can't be the only one right? Ella Goode is one of those authors that just does a good job with the OTT alpha and HEA. So this one was entertaining and smutty. Not a bad quick read. I will say I am getting tired of the overly naive women in these types of books but I also know that that's just what I'm going to get a lot of the time. Anyway, not a bad read but I'd place it and rate it 3 - 3.5 stars in the smutty short reads category.

A Russian beast that calls her kotyonok (kitten), and he does everything to make Violet happy = sheer bliss.
For a short read, this book was perfect. The author did an excellent job creating this adorable, strong, possessive and controlling man without making him into an arrogant jerk. Throughout the entire book, I was either smiling or feeling all warm and gooey. Victor made me super happy.
Sweet Kisses was the first book I've read by Ella Goode and I'm looking forward to reading more of her books!

I just love how perfect possessive and alpha he is over his Kitten, and how no one, but no one, gets to call him Victor but her.
And the way that they mesh with Andrew and Smooth- hilarious. It’s truly like one big happy family. I can totally see how Violet wouldn’t want to leave, now that she’s found her happy place.
I’m so happy that Ella came up with this series, and I can’t wait for Amie’s story next!!

As sweet as a Hershey's kiss!!
I really enjoyed Violet and Victors story. It was a great follow up to Smooth Kisses, and I am looking forward to the next book. I am guessing the next one will be about Violets sister Amie because she definitely needs and deserves a HEA! Ella Goode is a go-to author for me and I absolutely recommend you read this book, as well as any other book by her. Mature eyes only due to hot 🔥lovin!!!

I loved Victor and Violet! Victor is a man of few words. But when he does speak, he speaks with 100% certainty. Especially when it comes to Violet. These two made me laugh with their witty banter and all those sweet kisses.
