After everything that happened my first year at the academy, I just want to slow down. Enjoy some time with my guys and my friends. But family secrets keep coming to the surface, and there's always someone out to steal my heart—or kill the students at the academy.
Can a girl get a break?
Apparently, not when that girl is me.
Join Dani and her guys for Dani's sophomore year at Phoenix Academy.

4.3 stars. Ok. So we’ve regressed so far from the smut that we’re now at fade-to-black…which is frustrating and super annoying… But, I do still really like the plot?.. So far there’s actually been like, three of them over the course of the series, and this last one is the most dangerous and seems the most impossible, so I’m not sure why it’s only getting the one book to be resolved, but whatever.
Hopefully there’s smut in this last book. Hopefully we get a tiny snippet of one of the guys’ POVs, because so far that’s been sorely lacking. Hopefully I won’t regret finishing this series.
*mumbles* Who the hell puts smut in the second book of the series and then just one tiny scene in the third and none in the fourth? What kind of sociopath would tease like that? It’s cruel and unusual punishment.
*Spoiler Alert* Dani (FMC) starts to get dreams that involve her dead mother. Ones in which she tells her about how Phoenix Academy was founded and by who. Finding it has been built by using Supernatural beings and their powers are tied to the Academy. Dani and her guys _ Lynx, Sebastian and Ezra try to find out a way to release them in this book. Except things dont go to plan and the ending shocked the hell out of me!! Loving this series though. Cant wait to see what happens next
This is a fab continuation of this great series! A well written series full of action, suspense, mystery, intrigue, romance and some hot chemistry! Loving the characters and watching their relationships grow and looking forward to seeing where this takes us next!
Phoenix Academy: Reborn by Lucy Auburn is an awesome story to read. This is book number four in this awesome series that I have loved reading from the very begining. I highly recommend this story to everyone who loves reading about magic.

Well what can I say except sometimes Dani doesn't see the bigger picture till it's too late! I love her witty and culver mouth, she always makes me laugh. Now she is not the only rare Phoenix at the school. She is now a TA for Shimmer to help the new Phoenix. However she is being haunted by a spirit. Who is haunting her you ask? No no no, you got to read to find out. So does it surprise me that she finds out about a half brother? Dani's family wins the award for Psycho crazy. So now she is on a mission to find a bracelet. So what happens? All I have to say is that she has a death wish!
There is a lot that happens. Emotions run high for everyone and tragedy strikes again! I can't wait to see what happens next. I loved the twists in this book, it kept me on my toes.

Out of the whole series this would have to be my least favorite book. For me, I felt the book was lacking in a lot of areas which is sad because I really loved the first three books.
A part of me wishing the books were done by year at her time in the academy. However I felt like this was rushed and no real buildup like the last books.
I think my only really problem is the author lacks the romantic connection between Dani and her demons. It’s very PG to say the least and I wish she would write a more in depth emotional connection where you feel it coming off the pages.
However I thought the story was interesting but just slot of things were missing for me.
This one was a bit different compared to the last 3, or at least it seemed that was to me. In the last few books they were fighting or trying to stop someone evil who had ulterior motives, this one just seemed more of a magical quest that turned into now we have someone evil to hunt at the end to lead into the next book. It was still good compared to the last ones, just again a bit different especially since we didn't know who the evil person they need to hunt down now until the very end. The one part I didn't like was Petra, only because she blamed Dani for things that seemed to be outside her control, while it is in Petra's character to complain and be a bit rude this just seemed excessive. Overall this was a good book and great addition to this series even if it mostly just set the stage for where the next book will take us.
Omg Dani and her guys are thrown into another life threatening and saving expedition! Dani wants to save her guys from the contracts they are I see so they can be free but then her mother comes to her to set her out on a new quest...freeing the immortals. Great book with some twists and of course leads to an emotional cliffhanger...Can't wait to read the final book in the series!!!
The first book was good enough to keep me coming back but by this book, I just want to stick my head in the sand and disappear. I really tried to stick it out. I came to care for the quarter but, I just can't keep going. The story is all over the place. You can no longer connect to the players. And come on, this immortal fairytales thing is annoying. Sigh. I miss the storyline.

Epic battles, freeing immortal legends and more half siblings to deal with. I love that this book was more action and less self doubt, some of it was still there but Dani is finally gaining confidence in herself and her abilities appreciate that.
Poor Dani. Always trying to do the right thing but it not going according to plan. I enjoyed one of the new characters being introduced. A demon, I’m really curious about. I need to jump into the next and final book.
It seems to me that these books got less and less entertaining as the series went along, culminating with this one being the worst so far. Dani seems to NEVER learn from her mistakes and others seem to pay for that. 2 & 1/2 stars for me. I've learned that the next book is the final book in Dani's arc, and because of this I'm contemplating reading it. Not because I think it'll the series will magically revitalize itself, but just to finish this story. Haven't made a decision as of yet, but I have a few months to make it.
I love this serious hard core and Lucy did not dissapoint with the next installment in Dani and her guys story.
This book is slightly different as no one is trying to kill the students or attack the school and most of the action takes place out of academy grounds which I did enjoy. We still see the teachers and students in academy life but it is more centred around the history of the academy and Dani's responsibility.
Would totally recommend but cliff hanger warning this one doesn't have an ending and we are left with a owe dang kinda feeling.
I loved this book. It continued seamlessly from the previous book. The characters and story were both well developed and the book was well written. I love the individual character personalities and their relationship dynamics. The story was action packed and full of suspense, intrigue, emotion, hit chemistry and romance. I’d highly recommend this book and the previous books in this series!!
NB: This book ends with a cliffhanger.

I had lots of fun reading this story. The characters are well developed and engaging and plenty of chemistry from beginning to the end. Storyline flowed smoothly.

Dani's mother has started appearing to her, and shown her seven immortals who have been imprisoned. She needs to free them, and she wants to free her quartet of demons as well - can she do it without losing her life and destroying the school? This is her second year at the Phoenix Academy - will it be her last? I love this series!

Another fantastic addition to this series and with everything that has happened with Dani and her demons over the last 3 books Dani wants a break but I’m afraid that it doesn’t happen, now her demons need to protect Dani more than ever. There is so much going on in this story I can’t wait to read the next book in this series but sorry guys no spoilers today but this story is just too good if not even better than the others and I highly recommend this book.
This is the fourth installment of the Phoenix Academy First Years and I am still waiting for the heat to warm me up. That being said, anxiety runs high while the plot continues to thicken. We are introduced to new characters we were not expecting and crazy adventures to experience. Looking forward to the next edition; let’s see what she has in store for us next!

Another great addition to the series! With each book the plot thickens, new mysteries unfold, the suspense is off the charts and Dani gets embroiled in new life-threatening adventures. As part of the series, there's a cliffhanger, so be warned and read the previous books before this. Can't wait for the next installment to find out what comes next!

This was an ok read. I like the plot and the characters but the first half of the book just is too slow. Plus there was some of the other series in here so I got to repeat what I already knew. This is a rh people where is the heat? A couple sentences of nothing is all you get.
The story arc could have fallen flat at this point in a series. Dani tends to get a tad frustrating in previous books. This turned out to be my favorite in the series so far. Sexy demons, sassy mouth girl with a heart of gold, and a twist at the end! I am ready for the finale in this saga!
Wow this book was a fantastic edition to the Phoenix Academy world. This is not a standalone you will have to read the other books in the series. This book had me on the edge of my seat with twists and turns. I really felt Dani came into her own in this book. Can't wait to see what happens next after that twist cliffhanger.
Well shoot. Every book in this series has been awesome, and reborn is no exception. I love Dani and her guys, and this story is an epic one. Looking forward to the next book... dang cliffhangers! ;)
I love this book Dani!! Is the best Lucy had me from line one book one! She is on my must buy list so far she has never disappointed! Amazing writting! This is a great addition to Phoenix Academy!!!
I love the continuation of Dani's story. I was pleasantly surprised by the twists and turns and can't wait to see how it all wraps up with her demons and her powers
