DANGEROUS WATERS
Was it her past here in Lantern Beach, it didn’t look like him, the walk, or clothes, still she felt the fear, the panic to run. Throwing things into a back pack to leave, and she encounters Ty, she didn’t want to hurt him, but she had to. Regret and tears, what must he think, hurting him like he had been in the past, she would explain why, and then leave again. Decision was out of her hands, when things started to happen. They are caught in a web, he is playing with her, a deadly game he is determinded to win, and make her pay. The cause of more loved ones or innocent people may die, she didn’t want. Good tense mystery with a touch of romance.

An ice cream truck of Cassidy that plays music at the most oddest time. Upon checking into the dashboard, he found a journal. They said Elsa committed suicide the journal shows other wise. With trumped up evidence, Ty is framed and put in jail, without bail. Up to Cassidy and Max to prove who really was guilty.Good plot, with a surprise guilty person at the end. New job for Max now.
DEADLY UNDERTOW
They don’t want Cassidy to make it to the trial, so deadly steps are taken to kidnapped. Who to be trusted Ryan an ex boyfriend, or Samuel her go between while in hiding. They want the information, in a flash drive and papers. She doesn’t want to run any more, and wants the guilty ones caught with plenty of evidence, can she do it. Will Max and Ty figure out where she is at in time.Good conclusion to the series

Better and better
I randomly read one of Christy Barrett’s books a couple of month ago. It was great. Then I stumbled on this series! What a gem!! Her writing is so well thought out. She puts just the right amount of description and well-timed mystery to keep the reader going and going. Twists and turns and surprises with every book in the series!! I also loved how she reminded the reader of the past details without repeating the story - but in succinct sentences describing the main points. I also loved how Cady’s days with DH-7 wound their way through the entire series to build to an exciting, amazing, edge of your seat ending. (My dogs must have thought I went crazy for a min or two - when I couldn’t keep my emotions in check a few times!) Thank you Christy -keep writing! My new favorite author!

This series, Lantern Beach Mysteries, is 6 books full of twists and turns that captures your interest and makes it hard to put the books down. The main character, Cassie, aka Cady, is undercover with a gang and wants to destroy them. As she moves to Lantern Beach, the author weaves how she hopes to do this. And love finds her as her relationship with Ty grows. The obstacles are daunting but GOD is in control! Highly recommend the series!!

UNPUTDOWNABLE!!
I'm trying to figure out what to read next in the Cassidy and Try series. I read the first two mystery bundles and can't wait to start the next one. Christy Barrier is an awesome writer. I love that her books are clean and Christian oriented. I would recommend them to anyone who likes clean and wholesome. I am a big, big fan of her writing.

What a great author! Christy Barrett really knows how to write mysteries. So far I’ve read 6 of her books and I have never been able to determine who did it. I cannot wait to read the next book in this series!

Non stop action. Amazing characters
I have grown to love the Lantern Beach community and these books don’t disappoint. The characters are easy to love or hate. Always a new unexpected twist in the plot and a satisfying ending.

Refreshing story!
Different than a lot of other recipes nance/mysteries, the backstory is amazing, the romance intense and the execution wonderful. I thoroughly enjoyed this series and can’t wait to reach more Lantern Beach stories!

This is a great series! There is suspense in each novel, along with great support with whatever is happening from family and friends. I've read most of the Lantern Beach books, and love that I get updates on other characters in each of the books.

So this was books 4-6 and true to the first three there was a pretty decent mystery in each with the overarching plot line woven in. The last book took the main plot to its fruition.

Wonderful box set
This box set reads as one continuous book. The mystery resolved in one book leads into the next mystery/problem that evoles.

Lots of twists and turns
I enjoy reading these Lantern Beach books. Christy Barrit really knows how to flesh out a storyline. Ty and Cassidy are great together.

Best Series I Read in a Long Time
I simply loved this series. Christ Barritt has done a spectacular job with it. It will keep you on the edge of your seat until the end. I highly recommend this.

I have loved the entire Lantern Beach Mysteries Series.
These three books (4-6) tied up all the loose ends. We find out who killed Cassidy's best friend. We find out who killed Elsa, the original owner of the icecream truck. We are able to the see the relationship between Cassidy and Ty progress and how Cassidy takes over as chief of police in Lantern Beach. My instincts were correct about who is the head honcho of DH7, though for a few chapters there, I was almost second-guessing. At least two major players from DH7 either end up dead or in jail. DH7 is not completely disintegrated, but Cassidy's involvement in the case is tied up rather shockingly!
This a real page turner, and highly entertaining. It is romantic and sweet. It is humorous in parts. It is mysterious, dangerous, and thrilling in various parts. I look forward to reading other lantern beach books Christy has written and I found the six in this set to be some of my favorite Christian fiction!
