The story is catchy and addicitive, the kind you want to keep reading because you want to know what will happen next, and not because it's a great story.
It's more of the high school drama we got on the first book. Presley and Trevor are now a couple but there's a new player in the scene trying to break them apart.
If there was a theme to this book it would be trust. Who you can trust and who trusts you.
The level of maturity is what you expect from high-schoolers, and if you are looking for a light read, it delivers, but if you are expecting something deeper, you won't find it here.
