Nash Walker is a simple wolf. His days are spent at the firehouse and he never has trouble finding someone to fill his nights. He isn’t ashamed to admit he has an amazing body and though his cousins tease him for his hero complex, he does save lives. He’s a popular guy on the isolated island he calls home and certainly doesn’t need to be around anyone who isn’t thrilled to be in his presence.

Until he meets Phineas.

Phineas is a nerd through and through. Not just a nerd, but as far as Nash is concerned, an angry one. All of the traits that normally make men fall at Nash’s feet have no effect on Phineas, and though his head tells him there are plenty of fish in the sea, Nash’s wolf only wants him. There’s a sadness in Phineas that calls to Nash.

Phineas is used to being invisible. No one cares when he walks into a room and he prefers it that way. People in his life have a habit of getting hurt so he lives alone. All his friends are online where they can be safe from his curse. His touch heals, but not without making sure a price is paid. But when Phineas has a problem he asks Nash—the insanely gorgeous fireman who is everywhere Phineas turns—for help. He might as well learn what he can before Nash comes to his senses.

Meanwhile, a serial arsonist is targeting buildings in Walker County, particularly on pack lands. As much as Nash hates the idea of helping the wolf pack that he once called his, he must do his job. When the danger spills to the other side of the island, particularly at his human’s door, Nash knows he must find the culprit or he might not ever have a chance to truly claim his mate.

Hope is the second book in the Wolves of Walker County with steam, humor, magic, and intrigue as well as a second surprise pregnancy that will continue to change everything. For maximum enjoyment, this quartet should be read in order.

This was better than the first book. I really liked that Nash and Riley worked for their relationship ... even if it is a bit strange at times

all in all I liked it a lot

I have very mixed feelings about this book. The majority of it was great; funny, cute, and Nash and Phil made a great couple. It wasn’t until about 70% that the book began to go downhill.

*major spoilers ahead*
The first problem was with Phil. I thought he was great at the beginning. He was a flushed out character that had flaws and insecurities. Then his character did a complete 180. After he turned into a wolf, every problem that plagued him seemed to just disappear. He became completely confident and no longer blamed himself for people getting hurt around him. Which would have been fine if there has been progression to get to that point. Instead , he seems to have no problems, no worries. He readily accepts both becoming a wolf and becoming pregnant which, for the person he had been in just the previous chapter, was completely unrealistic (well, more unrealistic. He is pregnant after all).

My second problem is centered around Phin, as well. With his new self-confidence and surety of himself, he welcomes Nash and Wyatt’s mom back into their lives without even consulting them. It’s later explained that her husband was pretty emotionally abusive, but Phin didn’t know that when he did it. This was a woman who actively-not passively, actively-participated I’m attempting to maker her sons kill each other. Nash is, reasonably, upset, and he had every right to be. But as Phin was his omega and seemingly couldn’t do anything wrong in the eyes of anyone, it was completely overlooked that he dismisses his mate’s hurt and hatred of his parents, and decides that he needs to forgive his mother. I get that he wasn’t there, so he didn’t feel the severity of the emotional damage of what happened to the brothers, but he knew how Nash felt and pretty much ignores his feelings. I just couldn’t understand how he could do that to the man he is supposed to love. It was honestly kind of selfish of him.

*end of spoilers*

Now, these are just my problems wither the book and, besides these things, the book was pretty great. I was just disappointed of how things turned out, which is a real shame since I gave the last book 4 stars. Like I said, the majority of this book was great, so if you can overlook these things, or are just able to more easily understand them than I am, then read this book.

I am loving this series so much. And it just seems to get better with each book. Although this one was a little scary at times with what the guys had to go through, it was also a time of hope (aptly named), and a time of renewal. A time for forgiveness and moving on. It didn’t mean things were easy, because some things come with a price, but it means the work was becoming worth it.
Phineas was used to being on his own. With his ‘curse’, he always felt like he was harming people or causing harm in an inadvertent way, so he stays on the go. But he’s found he likes it in Walker and wants to stay a while. Especially when the hot firefighter, Nash, rescues him. Oh, he doesn’t put up with Nash’s crap, but he’s definitely not immune to the gorgeous man. When he asks Nash to help him with something, Nash jumps in to do so. Which for him is odd too. He’s always been one to never tie himself down, thanks to his past, but something about Phin makes him want to dominate and claim him in every way. As they get to know each other more, they are finding out there is a possible stalker and a definite arsonist in the midst. And Phin is thinking it’s all his fault because he’s cursed. Now Nash has to prove that not only in Phin not cursed, but find out who the real culprit is…..and fast.
Phin is just the perfect add on to this group of alphas. And it’s so funny because Nash is used to getting his way with that blinding smile of his and his charming personality. He’s very vain. But Phin don’t fall for it at all. It doesn’t mean he’s not hot over Nash or want to do everything under the sun with the man, but Phin doesn’t put up with his crap and it’s hilarious. It really is. Because Phin just has this way of putting Nash in his place without even meaning to. But what I do love is that Phin is crazy about Nash and will do just about anything for the man. He wants to be loved by him and wants to love him and be what Nash so clearly needs. It comes out in the stories they share and they obviously need each other. No matter how much Nash wanted to deny it at first. But I love Phin too, because he is utterly unselfish. He will risk his own life many times over to save the lives of others. He’s selfless and sweet and absolutely perfect for Nash. Who needed a bit of a knock down on his ego, but someone that still loved him and stood by him no matter what. Phin is also helping knock down a lot of old walls that needed taken down years ago. And because of Phin and Riley both, big changes are coming in the Walker pack. And it’s been a long time coming.
I’m anxious for the next book. There are a few that I’m ready to see how it’s going to go. Because there’s some cross lusting going on and I’m curious who is going to end up with who and how things are going to finally turn out in the pack. I have a funny feeling of how things may go, but we will have to see. It’s a great series.

I was really looking forward to getting one of the twins stories (although I reaaaally want Wyatt lol) and Nash’s story didn’t disappoint! But honestly, Phineas stole the show for me. Probably because I saw myself in him, he’s nerdy and not very social, and peopling is so hard. Nash was great too, especially once he got past his ego and realized he had the dreaded feelings. I’m really enjoying this series, and I feel myself constantly trying to figure out where it’s all leading with the Pack politics (I just want to get inside Nanas head to figure it all out dang it!). This book was a great blend of meet cute, arguing (but like in the way people do when their obviously attracted to each other), arson!, hot sexy times, and more mystic mates powers that has me continuously hooked on this series.

loving this family

I love this family. I love their bond. I love how they fight with each other and will fight for each other. I love seeing they all have their quirks. This book was about the twin bash finding his mate. And how they mate fits in as being one of the blessed ones. I loved that P was feisty and didn’t take N’s crap. I love that they both had to work to make the relationship happen, but once they were in they were in. The writing was great, the smexy was yummy, and the side characters have or will have their book. If I had a complaint, I wished there was more mating claiming parts. I want knitting and bite marks

Got bored half way through. The couple was cute, but then the story got very chaotic and ridiculous at a certain point. Everything was just happening 'because' and I felt like a lot of the plot was very forced and to fast. Like chill. Smell the roses. You're falling in love not running a marathon.

The plot are quite messy, didn't get executed quite well, I thought I relate more to phin since he was just like me but I didn't idk why the process of him getting into a new environment happens very quickly it would've been better if we see a progress.

This second book in the Wolves of Walker County series seems to follow the same rules as the first. This is not the typical AO shifter series, and some of the traditional merits of the trope(s) are completely thrown out the window. But at least the author keeps things consistent.

Once again, we are introduced to a newcomer to Walker County who has been "cursed." This time, Phineus has the power to heal most physical injuries, but it comes with some serious baggage. Phin is a self-made introvert who writes books, has online friends, and never stays in one place for too long.

Nash is one of the four Walker alpha cousins that left pack life a decade ago. Nash definitely has a hero complex, which is why he enjoys being a fireman, and he has an ego the size of the moon. When he rescues Phineus from a smoke filled apartment, Nash cannot understand how the man is not immediately falling for his good looks and charm.

Phin comes up with a scheme that both frustrates and intrigues Nash. As they dance around each other, Nash becomes more possessive and Phineus a little more desperate. When they finally open their eyes, things steam up pretty quickly.

The story differs from Truth, book one, in that the plot around Phineus and his past and curse are the main action and mystery drivers. It's also important because Phin is able to break familial barriers that have been in place for a long time. However, the progression of the mating, mpreg, and its side effects are virtually the same as Branson and Riley's, but the fanfare just wasn't included. There is a significant difference in the outcome of the pregnancy, but that's for the reader to learn.

As with the first book, it took several chapters for me to become invested in the story, but when I did, I found it entertaining. It is even more predictable than the first book, and bordering on too similar for my taste, but the author manages to create a unique character in Phineus, and that made the relationship between he and Nash more personal. Overall, a decent read. I'll be looking for Wyatt's book in the near future.

Happy reading!

OK, full disclosure? I didn't mean to read this book. Mpreg has never been for me so I usually steer clear, but I accidentally requested a copy in an ARC group I'm a member of...I totally thought I'd requested something else. So, I thought 'I've got this book, I should give it a go at least'...and am I glad I did!

The second book in Kiki Burrelli's Wolves of Walker County series sees a little more chaos enter the lives of the four alphas and their very limited inner circle and Nash is in the eye of the storm this time. At the start, we have the epitome of alpha werewolf who's never been told 'no' (and might be inclined to think he's God's gift...) meeting Phineas, a nerdy, shy author with just the right amount of sass and a major crush on his Hot Neighbour. What could possibly go wrong, right? Well, we have both MCs battling their own inner critics due to issues in their past, trouble on pack lands which brings Nash's household into closer contact with his estranged family than is comfortable for any of them, surprise 'gifts', oh and an unhinged serial arsonist threatening the town.

As characters, Nash and Phin are very well-rounded, and I found myself cheering them on with every challenge they faced, admittedly it took a bit to get on Nash's cheerleading squad because he was such an arrogant ass in the beginning. I've got to say, though, that's another sign of the standard of the writing...it's not always easy to make a character genuinely lovable, let alone likable after such an inauspicious start.

The plot, whilst not completely original, is a decent one and the way in which the MCs navigated it flowed well. As I mentioned, I'm not a fan of mpreg, but I was pleasantly surprised. I thought the pregnancy was handled really well and seemed to be written as an enhancement to the story rather than the focus of it...that worked really well for me.

In summary, I thoroughly enjoyed reading Phin and Nash's story and thought it worked as a standalone even though it's the second book in the series...a solid 4*.

H.O.L.E. 4.75

I have to begin with what made me laugh the loudest and feel recognized, nice feelings.

“Prestige of being Army wife” I lived without my husband for years—he took care of Soldiers (best 1SG that Army will ever have) and I the families. We are retired (you can retire at 40 so no, not that old thank you), but others carry the torch proudly. Thank you for the recognition.

If you did not yet read book one—do yourself a favor and start there.

OMGOSH! I am in love with Phinester. No, wait...his mate. No, Ph...yes, both. Don’t tell aforementioned husband please.

This book had so much humor. Heart too, but author reached new pinnacle here with dialogue. Tender, sassy, and so forth.

Now, if you have not read book one skip this paragraph. You have been warned. That name (my review on book one name was vague, but now readers should know). Bran? Like the cereal? How long until Madison is mocking him? And he is not typical Jr. My brilliant idea? You want food name? Bean. His own name. Close enough to Bran, but not. Why Bean? The first initials of the first four names. Oh, I feel so much better now. Names carry power.
............9....(my dog says nine)

I was a bit confused by the timeline for the daughter. When did she die? I was also confused by Charles. Did he see “it” happening? Is that how he knew? Also, fire at pump house? Same fire as the residence on pack lands? Coincidence? (Trying to be vague is difficult)

Bothered by Phin by so excited to be at a fire. To comment on how as a little kid he loved the sirens and excitement. He musta had one heck of a counselor to work through all that grief.

The welcoming of Mom was perfect.

Loved dichotomy of new shifter experiences.

This is long. Buy it. Read it at KU if you must, but this series is a buy one.

**********Contains Spoilers**********

Man, I really enjoyed this book. Nash is completely full of himself, he’s a firefighter and he found something that makes him happy after him and his brother Wyatt and 2 cousins left home but ever since Branson and Riley have got together and had a baby he’s a bit unsettled. He’s goes to a call out at Riley’s apartment building where an old lady had set off the smoke alarm becuase she tried to cook sausages inside on an charcoal grill. She tells the firefighters that she hasn’t seen her neighbour Phineas but Nash was told that everyone had been accounted for but he’s goes into his apartment and it looks completely clear but due to his extra senses he can hear someone breathing. When Phineas wakes up him and Nash get on the wrong foot, as he thinks Nash doesn’t have any substance just because he’s really good looking. Yes, Nash keeps putting his foot in his mouth and saying the wrong thing but he feels a connection to Phin and is angry that Phin nearly died and he doesn’t care. Phin has a gift that he can heal any accident but he takes on the injury himself too a slightly less extent but he thinks he’s cursed becuase whereever he moves too people always keep getting hurt around him. When Nash and Phin finally sort out their issues they’re great together. Phin has a stalker that has caused all the people to get hurt around him so he could watch Phin heal as he thinks he can be taught what Phin can do but that’s not possible. I’m glad that Phin helped Nash and Wyatt learn to forgive their mother Julie when they learnt what their father John was like, and she finally got the courage to leave their father and go live with Nana Walker. I’m looking forward to reading Wyatt’s book as I think the pack Elders are just going to up their game. I’d recommend this book, series and author to everyone.

I liked this series from the 1st book but I m falling in love with it as it continues. My favorite part is the mates abilities, I can t wait to learn Kanssas''s. Book 2 was better than 1 and for now will remain as my favorite. That s a bit ironic seeing I didn t like how it started, meaning I did not like Nash in the first chapters. I was so surprised to see him as a narcissistic douche bag. That didn t last long tho, as soon as Nash and Phin's story developed I loved everything ab it, from their deal to help Phin be cool and flirtatious to their actual confession of love. Since hurt and comfort is my main ingredient in any book I absolutely adored Phin''s ability, I just knew from the start it would mean moments of hurt and comfort. I wasn t expecting the almost tragedy that happened in the end and for a hurt/comfort freak like me it was gold. I read those chapters 3 times. Nothing I love more than love sacrifices. Also, since Nash is a twin I totally expected them to have twins.
I warmed up to Julie and a tiny fraction even Paul, the one character that I m loosing interest is Nana. By this point she is too one dimensional, she doesn t bring humor or emotion to the boys's life just cryptic shit.

I know Wyatt is up next but I feel like Aver is the one we know the least amount of info so I can t help but be intrigued by him. I m very curious to see who will have his heart.

Cursed or blessed. It's all about your point of view.

Welcome back to Walker County. All the boys are here; Nash, Wyatt, Aver, Branson & Riley. Ooh, & blessed baby Bran, and Nana. I am so loving this series. The guys pulled me back into their lives from the start. I didn't resist. Pack politics & an arsonist amp up the volume. There is danger, redemption, understanding, surprises, steamy sex, and a new curse (blessing). I loved this book.
Picking up where the last book ended, this book tells the story of Nash and Phineas. Phineas is a human. Nerdy, shy, more comfortable with his online friends than with "real" people. But he has a secret... his hands can heal injuries. At a cost. When Nash is called out to an apartment complex fire, he rescues Phineas. His wolf goes crazy. Phin is his. Now to convince him. Phin feels pulled toward Nash, but his inexperience holds him back.
Follow Nash & Phin as their attraction turns into something far deeper. Share their wonder as Phin follows Riley by getting pregnant. Feel their hope when a mother's love is revealed. And when the crazed arsonist is finally cornered, see what the depth of true love can accomplish. You will love this book! I cannot wait to read the next chapter in this saga.
This book contains adult themes and language, mm sex and is intended for mature readers only.

3,5*

PLEASE READ MY RATING SYSTEM!!!

To my ratings:
A 3,5* is clicked with a 4* but in review marked as 3,5*:

5* - very very good and rare (it would be a Blow-Away-book like ‘Jesse's Smile’ or ‘Joey’ from Angelique Jurd, ‘Save the the kids’ series
from EM Leya, ‘Love’s Tethered Heart’ from C.L. Etta or ‘Liberty’ from Seth King),
it's like an A+

4* - very good and will be often reread and is a WOW-book with interesting plot and surprises (like most of Andrew Grey books and Davidson Kings 'Haven Hart'-series)
it's like an A

3,5* - a really good book, which will be reread a few times (most romances where you can enjoy for relaxing and during waiting times in
hospitals). I can recommend them definitively!
It's like an B+

3* - it could be more then a one-time-reader (2-3 times a year),
it's like a B

2* - it was ok to read, but it's more a one-time-reader (I wouldn't recommend it heartily, but it was ok)
It's like a C-, D

1* - sorry, but that isn't really a book for me (too many mistakes, not nice plot, illogical, so an absolute NO-GO). It's like failure in the
whole line, dismissed, repeat the class

There I was, eating breakfast, reading, and BLUBBERING LIKE A BIG BABY!!! *headdesk* LOL!!!

I love an author that can make me laugh... that can make me afraid to turn the next page... but, when said author can write a scene that requires tissues? Yeah, that author is a great author... IMHO! :D

I will be honest... I missed the clues! UGH... but, have no fear, Nash put it all together and Phineas' curse was cured... in a manner of speaking! *snort* ;p

I can see why this one was titled HOPE... because it lets us see how important it is to look outside of our preconceived ideas and see what is really right in front of us... hope for a partner that we either weren't looking for or didn't think we would ever find... hope for the love of a mother that we thought had been, for one reason or another, lost to us... hope for a future full of more happiness than we could have even dreamed of... hope, what a wonderful thing!

Now, moving on to Faith...

Loved this! Nash was such a surprise! It’s quite unusual to have an MC be so conscious of how gorgeous he is, and so entitled and full of himself in some ways, and yet also intriguingly tormented and very self-aware. I really enjoyed getting to know more about Nash and see him try so hard for his mate, Phineas.

I really liked how compellingly the author wrote the emotional intensity of the mate bond, as well as that of the strong connection between all four cousins. The dynamic between those four alpha’s is great fun to read, and unexpectedly moving at times too.

I loved the plot twist with regards to Nash’s parents and I so enjoyed getting to know more about the pack and its history. Nana, the mysterious, wise and strong matriarch of the pack, is an amazing character and I love what she brings to the story. The world-building and mythology is detailed and original, quite a step up from a lot of other shifter mpreg stories I’ve read so far.

Very much a fan of this series and in desperate need of the next book!

Delightful story of finding true connections amid intrigue and finding family.  This is a wonderful addition to this series as we get t see more of the four Walker cousins and the complex dynamics with the Pack.  I really enjoyed how Nash outgrew his ego and really became the man he was meant to be. The story-line is engaging and the writing flowed.  I really like both characters but Phin really stole my heart.  He carried such an immense burden around and i was so glad the story resolved the issue.

Nash and Phineas are really fun together.  I loved their dynamics and laughed out loud several times as Phin didn't react the way Nash expected.  I enjoyed all of the brothers and loved how they are getting stronger as their own pack.

This is book two of the Wolves of Walker County series and i am so looking forward to the next one.

Suspenseful story, needs better editing

This is book two in the series and to fully appreciate the story and the characters you really need to read these books in order.

This book features on of the Walker cousins, all wolf shifter who have left their pack. Nash is a fireman and at a fire he meets Phineas who, much to Nash’s dismay, does not immediately fall at his feet. Nash, who is quite a playboy, is drawn to Phil as he has never been drawn to anyone else. And just like the MCs in book one, the man he is drawn to has a unique gift.

The story has an arsonist and the alert reader will figure out this mystery long before the MCs do. There are family dynamics and pack dynamics which come into play here as well.

The story is a good read but there are some definite editing and proofreading problems that really became annoying after a while. I didn’t notice as many in book one so I am hoping things are better in book three which I will be starting right away.

Change can be exciting! Nash, was feeling the pressure of life changing. He was still curiously questioning the miracle that was Riley and baby Branson. Riley's consideration is humanizing Nash, a bit. He is still wary about the pack trying to encroach on the cousins' lives using Riley and Brandon as excuses. We get to meet Mrs Boxer who is a feisty lonely senior lady. She raised the notice about Phin missing during a fire run. Nash, instinctively felt a connection, but he didn't know why. As they got to know each other, Nash felt safe because of course Phin didn't have any special curses or gifts, right? Can Nash and Phin, do what they fear most, share their internal truths? Expanding household, Walker pack invasive curiosity and change. Can Nash and Phin handle the truth? Is Nana able to provide clarity? Will Nash step up? Great story. Nice to watch cousins grow. Well done!

This is book two of the series and can be read as a standalone story I think. I liked this one a little more than the first book just because of Phins special talents.
A great start to the book as the two MCs come to battle of mixed personalities but something buzzes between them. An easy read and includes a secret talent that'll come in handy in accidents. Oh the flirt lessons hmm whatever works for Nash lol. There's a feeling with them but both are dancing around that, Who's gonna be the first to confess up. Dramas with fires and danger around and includes a "few little" suprises lol.

Responding to a fire dept call in a apartment building a resident was missing. Nash finds a guys unconscious.
Phineas aka Phin was new in town and a writer.

This is the second book in the series and I would recommend reading the books in order.

Personally, this book just didn’t pull me in as much as I’d hoped.

Nash made me laugh with his possessiveness and jealousy, even if he didn’t understand the reason behind it. Phin was sweet and I enjoyed the moments where he clashed against Nash. Nash and Phin has great chemistry but the emotional connection between the two felt lacking.

The story dragged and I felt it. Usually, I devour Kiki’s books but I had to take several breaks to get through this one.

Nash, the cocky, firefighter cousin realizes he can be arrogant and off-putting, but can't seem to quite get past that. When he rescues Phin from a fire, something about the young man attracts him and when Phin asks him to teach him how to flirt a snarky, prickly relationship begins to deepen. Both men have secrets they initially hide from each other and the pack is still out there to be dealt with, but they build a life together until someone who has been getting closer to Phin to use him makes his presence known. The last few chapters of the book are a real rollercoaster ride from heartbreak to happy ever after. I loved this entry in the series and can't wait for the rest.

As a huge fan of Kiki Burrelli’s books I was so excited for the opportunity to read this book 2. Now is the story of Nash and Phineas and how they found each other. As a shifter story there were some parts of the plot that we’d already expect but again the little twist involving magic, intrigue and a mystery in between romance and hot scenes made this book even more interesting. I strongly recommend to read it as part of the series because even if each book is about one couple you’ll understand and enjoy better the dynamics and the story as a whole only after reading the books in order. I can’t wait to read book 3!
I received this book as an ARC and this is my honest opinion.

Soooo Gooood!!!

I couldn't put this book down. I haven't read a book yet by Kiki that I haven't loved and this one is no different. Nash and Phin are amazing together. They complete each other. Nash is a firefighter and Phin is a nerd and author. Phin doesn't stay in one place very long because he believes he is cursed and Nash doesn't do relationships. They meet when Nash saves Phin during a call. Will Nash's family and Phin's curse get in their way of being together or can they overcome both to get their HEA? You will have to read the book to find out and I highly recommend that you do.

What a complex story! A mystery can be so much fun. I admit to having figured out the “bad guy” before the characters do but it wasn’t obvious just I love a mystery!

The action, slow burn build up to the steamy moments was perfect. The eye opening moments that keep happening from book to book is a good connecting point. It gives each story just the little bit extra to find out the actual end I am sure will be happening in book four which I am half way to getting to!

Our characters continue to be fun and loving and loyal and when a new “omega” comes to them the automatic connection to the rest is just perfect!

Let's be real here: I choose covers before I read the summaries to see if I want to read the book. I don't know why so many m/m book particularly shifter books have so many muscly men on the cover. It doesn't really make me want to read it, but I've learned to let go and see where the book takes me.

I would say the first 3/4th of the book was great. Phin and Nash are fun. But once you reach the the final quarter, suddenly it gets disjointed and rushed. Phin suddenly starts to become a different character altogether. I don't know if the author has a deadline or if it was intentionally, but the book lost me in the final quarter.

This one was a lot better than the first in the series. There was some actual relationship development between the MC's and some outside drama that was interesting to read about. It would have been better with some more plot progression, also I was hoping to see some more interactions between Nash and Walker, supposedly they're attached at the hip and have this great relationship, but I didn't see that here, like at all.

If I could see and feel the relationship between the four cousins it would make this series a lot better, a lot of times I feel like they're just roommates instead of family who love each other enough to leave their pack.

Love this story! It is very well written and flows smoothly. Nash and Phineas are wonderful characters with incredible chemistry and I really enjoyed watching them get together. I really like that Phineas doesn't drool all over Nash like most people and actually makes Nash work for it. It was great seeing the changes in both characters as they grow closer and also as they unravel the mystery of Phin's past. I'm really looking forward to the next story in this series. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.

Always a fun read

I have to say that I figured out who the villain was pretty early on, but I liked that the hints weren't so clear that they were bludgeoning you over the head.

I loved that Phin didn't allow himself to show how attracted to Nash that he truly was, which drive Nash a bit crazy in pursuing his attraction to Phineas. Now that two Walkers have found their omegas, who've both been blessed, will Wyatt and Aver be a little quicker on the uptake when they meet their mates?
