This is one of the Aaptiv workout courses available, free to members, on Audible at the time I downloaded it onto my library. What I appreciated most about this collection was that it is supposed to be for those who travel a lot, hence "road warrior", so the workouts operate under the assumption that you are not going to have a lot of workout equipment available to you. As such, the body weight workouts can be done in your home, and the outdoor runs let you know when you have reached the halfway point so you can turn around and head back.

I used this to supplement other workout exercises, so it took me a bit to get through all of them. But if you do one a day, or even just 5 days a week, then you will be able to finish this set in about a month.

I found it a bit jarring that about half of the workouts were taught by one instructor, and half by another instructor. This would be fine if we knew what to expect, but one instructor was not good about explaining what movements during strength training I needed to do, so I am certain that I was doing some moves incorrectly, which is not what you want from a workout program. I don't want to hurt myself! Most of these were good though, so I still recommend it to someone who wants some audio push to get them through workouts, and maybe doesn't have as much knowledge about exercise training to know how to balance running & strength training workouts into a solid regime.

You don't have to do these in order, and I skipped around a little based on what I wanted to workout next. If you do not have time for a 40min strength training session even though it is next in the queue, then you can skip ahead to the 20min run, for example. It's really up to you. I found the time lengths of the workouts, and the descriptions for what types of moves to expect, really helpful.
