After a series of terrorist attacks on American soil, a United States Marine, Sean Connors, uncovers a political conspiracy aimed at permanently closing the U.S./Mexican border and...deporting all citizens having Mexican lineage. As Connors discovers that other Marines are killing Mexican immigrants, attempting to illegally cross the border, he also discovers that a rising U.S. Senator, Senator Billings, has aligned himself with a group of elitists, who have a plan to solve the illegal immigration problem, which involves killing millions. As Connors relays relevant information to the President, he soon discovers that the President may also be involved, in an attempt to re-create the United States into a nation containing only White citizens.
