Doomsday
SciFi novel focused on the development of a suprrpowerful AI. The principal characters are FBI and associated Federal officers, the plot moves quickly with unexpected twists and turns. First in a series, the cliffhanger does offer minimal closure.
As I am a gatherer of books, I collect books and ebooks from a variety of sources: Goodreads wins, Bookhub, BookFunnel, emails from authors and publishers, and others. I do lose track of their sources. But, as a reader, I feel I should give an honest, unencumbered review for all I read.

Love this story! A thrill ride for sure, very unique, interesting, awesome , and scary! Had me on the edge of my seat and reading until late in the night! Like nothing I have read before! A must read!

Pretty good story
A few internal inconsistencies, reasonably believable characters and a well developed plot. The 'glitch' lies in the editing - it's BRAKES, not breaks

An excellent first book in this brilliant end of the world AI series! A good mix of sci fi & adventure! Great characters & ideas! I did really enjoy this & do recommend!

Unreal apocalypse!
This book is probably pretty good, unfortunately, the grammatical errors kept distracting me. Hopefully, you’ll be able to ignore them.

This is a really great read.
Very realistically written plot and story line.
The characters are very well written and believable.
I really enjoyed the conspiracy plot line and look forward to reading the next one.

Ascension is a very interesting idea for a book. This thriller starts off as a typical crime book and then becomes a sci fi conspiracy novel. I found it very interesting how the author develops the story line and the relationship between some of the characters.

Exciting, far out there science fiction book that starts out like a horror story. It has a good plot, great characters, and realistic dialogue. I enjoyed it.
