A Life Transforming Man who Walked with God
Smith Wigglesworth Judd one of my Spiritual hero's he lives by example of what he taught . This records accounts of his life that he spent with the author George Stormont another man of Faith.
I love to great of His life and this is a uplifting and motivational even though he has since gone to His Heavenly Father as He would have put it his life still touches thousands of lives today I think that's very much an understatement.
The end of the book shares one of His many sermons this is one He spoke in New Zealand a man who started work at 7 picking turnips to a World renowned Speaker he may have his detractors but jealous and methods may lead to questions I feel he's answered them all and has heard the words well done good and faithfully servant come into My arms. Spoken in Heaven a place he loved and a Father He adored. This book explores some of this and I loved every page specially when challenged.

Jesus!!! This book will stir up your faith. It has sent me into more prayer and the study of God's Word. I have a greater desire for his presence. What a need for today's church for his Word and Spirit.

Very interesting, faith building book. The author takes you through the amazing things that happened through Smith Wigglesworth, a devout English follower of Jesus from the turn of the 1900's. His primary hunger was to see people come to know Jesus and in the process God performed many physical healings through him. He listened to God's direction on what to do and who to go to. Listening to what God said to him and following the Bible yielded an inspiring life, although it is told repeatedly that he didn't want the recognition. He thrived on following his beloved Lord Jesus.

The man is amazing. I am challenge to seek God earnestly and view the Holy Spirit as he is in the bible.

This book really stirred my faith. The way of life Smith walked out in is very convicting.
The stories were amazing - the stories of Smith leave me wondering and rethinking so much!
His faith pushes me to new levels, his boldness is fascinating, and his desire for Jesus is beautiful.
This really made me want to be more bold in ministry
I am also feeling my ears open to the call of Jesus, specifically when He calls me to the secret place.

Factual account of fantastic faith
This book converted my skepticism with its focus on the human inability to do anything for God apart from the Spirit of God. I have never spoken in tongues or seen instantl healings but they’re presented as totally done for selfless motives to simply obey and glorify the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen

An inspiring story of a man "sold out for God". Challenging in so many ways. Food for the soul - even if the man himself would never have read it or suggested others should do so. It moves one to take on board his life of the Word and the Spirit

Wow. Amazing man. So humble, contrite and held the word with upmost reverence. No wonder he was so blessed and did so many miracles. (Isaiah 66.2).
This book is great, because its like a biography, but with no boring bits (like his childhood etc). Its led me to acquire his full works.

2.5 stars for the writing. 4.5-5 stars for Smith Wigglesworth's life. Stormount's account is the first book I've read on Wigglesworth and it inspires me to read more. He certainly walked with God and we need more believers like him today.

This is the second book I've read about Wigglesworth. Once again, this great man of God continues to astound and inspire me to pray for a similar if not even just one-quarter of his anointing.

Smith Wigglesworth's life is an inspiration that shows the truth in Jesus' statement in John 14:12-14: "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in My name, I will do it." Wigglesworth is famous for saying, "Anything is possible, if you will only believe." This book shows its true.
