I've wanted to check out NLP for a number of years, hearing about it off and on. I can't say I understand NLP much anymore. It seemed to be about 15% of the book. This is largely just a guy who was asked to write a book on Self-Discipline. He goes ahead and applies basic self-discipline principles to life, work, finances, marriage, parenting, and Christianity. Just a giant personal take on self-discipline.
