It is very, very repetitive. The more I read, the more I felt like I've already read it. Still it seemed useful in my clustering studies, where I was looking for ideas why and how people come together to create not only a product, but also the helpful environment. But I think it was too watered down, I would cut out at least half of the book, and than it actually could have been 3 or 4 stars from me.
