Michelle is a Great teacher at My Vinyasa Practice school, based in Auston, Texas.
I'm glad to be one of her students, and this manual reflects all her competence and attention and all her passion to transmit to the students all her knoledges.
Great support for the YTT course, to read and re-read multiple times, as a reference for Yoga teachers.
