This was quite good! There was a lot of repetition and rhyming which is great for lower grades at primary school and keeps them interested to see what the next invention is. I love how it will inspire kids to use their imagination and invent some things of their own. Also, it was lovely to see the 'inventor' main character being a girl, and challenging some stereotypes children may have about science.
For obvious reasons. A Christmas gift in 2009 with some minor changes made by the giver to include the names of all those present. I read it to the assembled group on Christmas night.
